Welcome to another issue of the Dark Sentinel! For this issue, I decided to run a fleet-wide competiton by the name of "Great Works". Presently, the number of submissions is relatively low and the competition deadline has been extended to August 1st. However, there are none the less a number of fictions, some from the competition, for your enjoyment. Again, there was a number of graphics submissions. There's a few good interviews and articles.
Once again, I'd like to thank everyone that took the time to submit. I'd especially like to thank two people this month. First off, FA Aseret has been a great force for promoting the NL to the Intelligence Division. The first results can be seen in this issue in the form of Intelligence Division submissions, which hopefully marks the start of more to come. Second, DA Troutrooper sent me a number of submissions from his station in the Dark Brotherhood, which gives the Brotherhood an excellent presence in terms of fiction in this NL.
My hope is to continue to bring you more competitions and quality NLs. The success of Great Works and future of these NLs depends on you, the membership of the EH - please submit for NL 109!
