Ministry Council
Grand Moff (GMF) - The Grand Moff is appointed by the Fleet Commander and Executive Officer to oversee the general operations of the Emperor's Hammer Territories, it's average citizens, and all home military defensive units; thus, the Grand Moff is the final authority within the Directorate, and all large changes and operations are passed through his office at some point. The Grand Moff approves all bestowments of Titles, with the assistance of the Ministry Council, and is the only Officer authorized to promote individuals to the Council. Upon appointment, the Grand Moff will receive the title of Duke of Aurora, and may be promoted - via a very specific process - up to the rank of Grand Duke, the most prestigious and rare rank in the entire Directorate.
The Grand Moff has the authority to appoint to any position within the Directorate without prior notice to the membership.
Deputy Grand Moff (DGMF) - The Deputy Grand Moff is in effect an extension of the Grand Moff and is charged with bringing relevant details and information to the attention of the Grand Moff and acting as a mediator of the Ministry Council and the other membership. All members of the Ministry Council are initially answerable to the Deputy Grand Moff, to whom the task falls of procuring updates and relevant information from them on a weekly basis. The Deputy Grand Moff also serves as a personal advisor to the Grand Moff, and is instrumental in the technical aspects of the Directorate, supporting the Minister of Communication where possible. On occasions where the Grand Moff is on leave or absent due to other duties, the Deputy Grand Moff is in acting command of the Directorate. Upon appointment, the Deputy Grand Moff will recieve the title of Marquis and can be promoted - with the combined consent of not only the Grand Moff but also the Fleet Commander - to the rank of Duke.
Minister of State (MoS) - The Minister of State is charged with the planning and execution of new Directorate-wide competitions, as well as assisting the Grand Moff and Deputy Grand Moff in overseeing all activities of the Directorate. The Minister of State is the official in charge of approving all competitions.The Minister of State, much like the other two positions of the Ministry Council, receives the title of Viscount upon appointment, and may be promoted up to the rank of Earl.
Minister of Communication (MoC) - The Minister of Communication is in charge of all the communication aspects of the Directorate. The MoC is responsible for the maintenance of the Directorate website, updating and managing the IRC Channel and keeping mailing lists up-to-date. The Minister of Communication, much like the other two positions of the Ministry Council, receives the title of Viscount upon appointment, and may be promoted up to the rank of Earl.
Minister of Education (MoE) - The Minister of Education is in charge of the Directorate Governor's Academy, the training center for all members of the Directorate. It is the job of the MoE to keep tests online and mark them. The MoE is also in charge of keeping track of keeping track of who completed which tests. The Minister of Education, much like the other two positions of the Ministry Council, receives the title of Viscount upon appointment, and may be promoted up to the rank of Earl.
The Minister of Education is permitted to appoint professors to mark tests/exams.
