Order of the Vanguard (OV) - The OV recognises long service to the Directorate. It is awarded yearly to all Directorate members. Subsequent yearly upgrades are known as "Echelons". The first year of service earns the basic OV, the second an Order of the Vanguard- Second Echelon (OV-2E), and so forth. OVs will eventually be automatically awarded by the database.

Medal of Penmanship (MoP) - One Medal of Penmanship is awarded for each submission to the Emperor's Hammer Newsletter.

Medal of Recruitment (MoR) - The Medal of Recruitment is awarded for recruiting a new member into the Directorate
