ARRIVALS/DEPARTURES:
COL Blade has transferred into Yod Squadron.
AWARDS/PROMOTIONS:
CPT Bret K'thraz has been promoted to CMDR of Yod!
WING NEWS:
1) Congrats to CPT Bret, our new Yod Squadron CMDR (rumors have spread that I've been forgetting more and more frequently to take my brain pills). And congratulations to MAJ Mini Minkus, who was Top Gun in the Wing IV Quest for the Iron Star Competition.
In the IS Comp, 21 entries were submitted. Kaph Squadron had the best participation, with 80% flying. Good work to everyone who did submit!
2) There will be a Wing IV Meeting later today in #Wing_IV on the -Innernet- on IRC. It's scheduled for 6:00 PM EST this Sat. afternoon.
3) For Round 2 of the Iron Star Competition, fly FREE-TIE 137 and submit it to myself and your CMDR by the 9th of February! Remember: the pilot with the highest total score at the end of the three rounds will earn an Iron Star medal, with a Bronze Ribbon. The squadron with the highest combined participation percentage in Round 2 & 3 will earn February's Wing Commander's Own award.
4) If my mind hasn't failed me too much, I think CM Keiran and LT Diablo's Wing Commander's Honor Guard match should be over.. pretty soon :p
