Major Khadgar turned on his Scandoc Transmission to start off the day.
"Battle Submission Form Confirmation for Lieutenant Commander Zero Pain..."
"Next," Khadgar said.
Ender MBind appeared on the screen, "In this weeks report, we will look at the science of bubbles. Also, today with will attempt to create five interlocked bubbles simultaneously!"
"Next," Khadgar said.
Major Death appeared on the screen, "Commander Mareek, you picked this weeks numbers, so you are cordially invited to fly along side Avenger Squadron!"
"What the heck?" Khadgar stared at the screen confused.
"Incoming Scandoc transmission."
"Play," Khadgar said.
"This is Major Death, I will require information on your pilots to see which would be suitable, meet me in Docking Bay 3."
Major Khadgar approached Major Death, with Lieutenant Colonel Hizad at his side.
"Work your magic, Hizad."
Hizad waved his hand at Death.
"You don't need to see their information," he said.
"I don't need to see their information," Death repeated.
"Those aren't the pilots you're looking for."
"Those aren't the pilots I'm looking for."
"Move along."
"Moving along."
"Woo hoo, it actually worked!" Hizad said.
"What's say we have a drink to celebrate," Khadgar said, grinning.
"All right, meet you at the cantina," Hizad said, heading off.
"No need," Khadgar said, "Oh, R2-D6... Some Barcadi for the Lieutenant Colonel and myself?"
CrazyR2 beeped and rolled towards us, when he arrived, a tray spit out of one of his compartments with two Barcadis on it.
The day was off to a great start...

Greetings, I am Cardinal Khadgar, here to tell you about about some new Wing Policies regarding Heresy.
The defintion for Heresy of course, is:
Heresy n 1: any opinions or doctrines at variance with the official or orthodox position.
Any forms of Heresy will be dealt with various forms of punishment, such as a poking from the soft cushions, being tied to the rack (as pictured above) or even having to sit in the Comfy Chair.
For your "convenience", here are the various forms of Heresy:
- Heresy by word: When somene says something that is conterdictory to the beliefs of the Wing.
Example: <Khadgar> !tieadd
- Heresy by deed: When someone does something that is conterdictory to the beliefs of the Wing.
Example: * Khadgar releases a Shark in VitCarp's Fish Tank.
- Heresy by pilot file: When a Wing member submits a battle or free mission, but forgets to attach the pilot file.
Example: "Khadgar, you goof ! You forgot to attach the TFR [for the blillionth time]!" - Major Brakka
- Heresy by copy and paste: Making cheap use of copy and paste to fill up a report.

CA:FO is open, to apply, you must meet these requirements:
- Applicants must have been in the TIE Corps for no less than twelve months.
- To have held a Command level position (preferably WC or higher) for at least four months and to hold the rank of Major or above.
- To hold no HCI convictions, nor be currently under HCI investigation.
- To have a working knowledge of TC regulations and policies.
- Applicants must have a basic knowledge of HTML.
- Applicants MUST be able to check their email at least once a day, and be able to reply promptly.
- Applicants should also have a stable email provider (i.e. NOT Hotmail).
- Most importantly, applicants must be reliable, mature and in good standing with the TIE Corps Flag Officers and the Command Staff.

Our Fiction/Graphics Competition will get running shortly...
- It would be a double comp, also to include graphics.
- Submitted fiction and graphics will be put on a site, with a script
allowing readers/viewers to rate the work. They'd give a rating 1 to 10
and their idline (to make sure they don't vote for themselves 50 times).
- Whoever has the highest rating at the end in either classes will get an appropriate IS medal.
Currently RA Ender MBind and CPT Jdf1984 are getting this set up, get ready to write and design graphics!

Description: "The Wing XV Commander will add a piece of a story to his wing reports, together with a XWA Mission based on that part of the story. Participating Pilots in the wing send in their pilot files of that mission to their CMDRs - including a short written fictional account of their experiences in the mission. The CMDRs check the pilot files, forward the scores, the reports and their own files to the Commodore and Wing Commander and include the best fiction of their squadron in their weekly reports. The best fiction in the wing will be taken up in the wing report, arranged into "propaganda"-type news coverage. Medals are awarded to the best flying and to the best writing but also to outstanding activity like helping to run this competition.
Flying and fiction both influence the story, and so the missions: the Pilots' performance in one mission has consequences on the next mission they'll fly. Making this a true Interactive Battle with a flexible story line, centered around the ISD Vanguard and it's Squadrons."
Status: The first turn winner were rewarded, Ender said he will do the ViB related things in his COM Report. We are in need of XWA Mission designers, contact Ender MBind if interested.
