GENERAL
 A whole bunch
of news is rolling this way. This first are that we now have new collar
pins. They are officially a to be used on your subgroup-uniform. You can
find them here.
 Also there is
few time for every PMO and PNO to take the PMO's test in the FMC-Academy.
The Academy is located here.
Note that any PMO or PNO who fails to take the test will be removed from
his position.
 On another note,
I won't be able to attend this week's meeting. Therefore Lieutenant Colonel
Death will hold it.
 XMO NEWS
 Another
week, another report from your friendly, whip-using XMO =P
 Well,
there wasn't that a lot up this week...I did a little study about the current
efficiency of the FMC in some points, had my fun with all the mails, like
some more too I think *looks over to Mr Rastyn and Mr Ast*, and especially
about the mails concerning medals and all that ;-)
 And
since I'm a curios person I would like to ask you all something, please
feel free to mail ME personally (not the whole e-group) if you would be
interested in a run-on (the last ones died always after some time..:I hope
we can keep them alive this time if we start one at all). So, who is interested
in doing a funny and crazy Run-On folks??!
 Next
and nearly last part: PMO/PNO Courses....folks, I know very well that just
THREE persons passed that course yet, that means that at last 5 others
need to do it too...oh, and one thing...Mike, don't you want to be a good
guy and show them how to do it? =P
 (Um...
will do.. *note to myself: Demote XMO*)
 Last
part: Reports...I get usually about one or two PMO-Reports lately, most
of the time one or two SMS-Reports too...that is not enough! I don't know
if you simply forget to CCed me all the time, or if you don't write one,
but that has to change!!! So folks, have a nice day then...and I expect
to see a lot of you all at the meeting tomorrow!!! =P

 2. FMC-manual:
If you have questions about the FMC or if you just want to have more
information, try downloading the FMC-manual at http://www.medcorps.de/manual.zip.
 3.
FMC-Academy: The successful completion of your assigned course (DOC/N
the DOC-course, for example) will result in an immediatly promotion to
Lieutenant (LT). This is in this case important because otherwise there
is no other way to advance to this rank. Thus, if you don't take your course,
you won't be promoted. The Academy is located here: http://division-stormwind.org/fmc/.
 4. Message
Board Reminder: We have an official FMC-message board, located at http://www.sitepowerup.com/mb/view.asp?BoardID=125376.
We once had even started a run-on there although it has run dry. Using
this board is a good way to show your activity and will be rewarded.
 5.
Meetings: The FMC-meetings are usually held at 2130 Zulu on #EH_MedLab,
Undernet. You'll have to use an IRC-client such as mIRC to connect to it.
You can download mIRC here: http://www.mirc.com.
2130 Zulu is 1830 EST (wich is 6:30 pm), 2130 GMT (wich is 9:30 pm) and

 Well,
its been a long time since i last had to do one of these, so i hope its
 ok.
 (it
is.. but I had to reset the font and color. :P)
 Well,
anyhow, firstly, onto the division reports:
 Sovereign
Report:
 Salute
Mr. Goatham here comes the truth of our Flagship.
 WING
I: no Doc set: one application for the Doctor=B4s Spot.
 Wing
II: Doctor Astarosta: News around Wing II involve the starting of a
 new
wingwide comp made by Kappa's Flight II leader CM Algaron, that
 seems
to
 have
atracted the pilots a lot. Theta and Sigma CMDRs, Michael Emrys and
 Artyis
have both been promoted to the rank of MAJ.
 The
same day, MAJ Artyis decided to step down for Sigma's command,
 leaving
his place to CPT Todbringer, long time Wing IIer.
 Roster
news: A pilot was AWOLed from Theta, but a SL joined them. Psi
 got
a new recruit, and so did Sigma, so in all the
 numbers
went back up.
 Wing
III: Doctor Mikalen joined TC RSV, and so his nurse take the
 Dcotor=B4s
Job for Wing III. Congrats all to the new Doctor Osan'gar. her=
 e
 is
his first report.!
 Wing
III membership  has been slowly falling but this isn't really
 affecting
morale. Participation in the recent XWA league combat run has
 been
very good and
 also
the CMDRs and WC are busy recruiting to get more
 members
ot come to the Wing.
 Overall
I think that morale is good and with the solid
 leadership
base in the Wing, membership should start
 to
rise.
 .......CM
Morgan you see a positive and good  one first report...
 Wing
IV: Mr. Starfire did step down, Nurse Biges did not send in the
 report
till now

/one application for the new Doctor position for Wing IV
 Wing
V: Doctor Striker
 Wing
V: Nurse Sickman
 Both
reported in and both did very good reports (this is what i like )
 but
i couldnt decide  which one is the usefuller one so i utted and
 pasted
both and tried to givce really an overall info about Wing V.
 Wing
V is back upto that 50 member mark again. The weekly CMDR`s metting
 in
 Airlock21
went well, LC Proton didn`t turn up, but we had a good natter
 reporting
on what has happened with each squadron. Also the talk of
 multiplayer
is high and the mission/battle creation about Wing V was
 also
a
 `hot`
topic.
 I
think a monthly multiplayer fight for Wing V would be a good
 idea......maybe
organised by use medical staff??? would bring the wing
 more
 together
and it might attract more members hearing that Wing V has it`s
 own
 multiplayer
meet.
 Aylin
Squadron - Aylin lost a pilot this past week, but is striving to
 maintain
a level of activity. Has joined the TC Wide FCHG Comp.
 Mem
Squadron - CM RedTaz is making some great changes in Mem recently.
 In
one short week he has managed to increase Mem's numbers impressively,
 and
bring a new level of activity into its ranks.
 Nun
Squadron - Not much from Nun this week, low activity and 1 promotion
 The
only notable mention is that CM Xavier Sienar was awarded a PC.
 Pe
Squadron - Pretty quiet in Pe this past week, but CPT Arathar has
 promised
me that we should see more activity out of them with the TC
 FCHG
Comp going on now.
 Sadhe
Squadron - LT Dae Cam was promoted to LCM, and was also awarded an
 ISM.
LC Sickman, aka Nurse Sickman, was reportedly seen flying in
 several
battles, A new member joins Sadhe this week, all welcome SL
 Cameron
Alpha!!
 Samekh
Squadron - Things are pretty much running the same as they have
 been
for the past two weeks. Recruiting activity has picked up a
 bit,Most
notable mention recently has been LT Justin, who has really
 stepped
up his activity in flying, mission creation, story writing, and
 other
areas.
 Welcome
CPT Psyko from Wing II, who has transferred to Wing V and Samekh
 to
 take
the FL position in Flight 3!
 Wing
VI. doctor Bonzo rsigined we are searching for a new doctor at the
 moment.
 over
all the Sovereign is ... well ready for a battle but not for the
 great
one
 as
we dropped to 228 and gone up to over 230 each week -  since 4 weeks
 now.
 this
means a lot of young pilots we have to teach.

 Senior
Medical Supervisor Report
 February
21, 2001
 Greetings
from the Battlegroups Medical Center, SMS/CM Manitsas reporting.
 This
is my first report as the new SMS of the Battlegroups. After I conferred
 with
the BGCOM, Jarak Maldon and received his permission to report to him as
 the
new BG-SMS, I accepted the promotion to SMS offered by PMO/LCM Devon
 Thannier
and CMO/AD Mike on Febrauary 18.  I have read the course for the SMS
 position
from the FMC Academy, but have not yet taken the exam.
 I have
conferred with the Operations Officer, FA Howlader, and have learned
 that
CMO/AD Mike was unable to award an ISM for the recent FMC Competition
 because
under the current system, merit medals are not to be awarded for
 competitions.
In addition, competitions in the EH have been required to have
 been
registered with the Training Office for quite some time.
 I have
created a new BG Med Center staffed by my medical droid RX79 who will
 remain
until I can recruit a SNS.  The site contains a morale survey usable
 by
all the ships of the Battlegroups.
 The
URL is http://members.aol.com/InfernoHQ/sickbay.html
 BGCOM
Jarak Maldon and I have resolved that the BG Medical Personnel would
 primarily
be subordinate to the ship Commodores.  In that vein, I have
 contacted
all the ship Commodores and medical personnel and informed them of
 this
policy.  The specifics of each ship's situation is listed below.
I ask
 the
following from each ship doctor:
 (1)
have fun
 (2)
every Tuesday, send me a VERY brief message about how your ship's morale
 is,
and anything else you've thought of doing.  Send the SAME message
to your
 WC
and COM.
 (3)
If you have not done so yet, ask your Commodore if he or she can set up
a
 link
to your sickbay on the ship or wing homepage.
 (4)
Send a welcome message to all new pilots (old ones are okay too), to let
 them
know what you are there for and how to reach you.  You will need to
keep
 track
of transfers to your ship.
 (5)
Is this too much to do?  That's what your nurse is there for!
Spread the
 joy
around!
 (6)
Visit the FMC Academy and take the right test if you've not done so.
The
 fun
just keeps on rolling!

 ISD
Challenge
 The
new Doctor is DOC/LT Daisuke Airyu.  His appointment was approved
by
 COM/VA
Corran Force/ISD Challenge on February 20.  He passed his Doctor's
 test
tonight, and has just been promoted to the rank of LT.  He has
 constructed
a new sickbay page.  The only problem is that no one yet knows
 what
the URL is!  A nurse has yet to be selected.
 ISD
Colossus
 The
Colossus Commodore, VA Troutrooper, reports that DOC/LT Nic Rety is on
 extended
leave.  N/SL Vash Tribal, the former Colossus Nurse, is Missing In
 Action
(MIA) and should be removed from the FMC roster.  I have requested
an
 interim
ship's doctor be appointed by the Commodore until DOC Rety is "rety"
 to
return to duty.
 ISD
Immortal
 DOC/LT
Braxon and N/LCM Banger have not reported in.  There is a very well
 designed
sickbay linked from COM/VA Adrenaline's ISD Immortal website, now
 also
linked from the BG Medical Center "Medcorps Links."
 ISD
Relentless
 There
are no medical staff appointed aboard the ISD Relentless.  The
 Commodore
of the Relentless, VA Andronicus, has been notified and I have
 requested
that he select a ship's doctor.  Until that time, I am available to
 the
crew of the Relentless in that capacity.
 Respectfully
submitted,

Strike Force/SSD Avenger/Naval Corps - No Report Recieved
 (As
far as I know).
 Well,
i'm actually impressed happily with the reports this week, two nice,
 lengthy
reports, i'm glad our SMSs are now happily working :) If this trend
 continues
i foresee some promotions in the near future.
 Well,
though the FMC is suffering right now, I think the future looks bright,
 as
people are contributing more again. Also once I finish with some reforms
 for
the Naval Corps, you can be assured i'll allow a PMO, PNO and DOCs and
Ns
 in
the NC, so that'll be another place to fully branch off into :)
 Thats
about all though, hope you liked the colour scheme, i got bored of
 plain
reports, i've been trying for ages to find a scheme i like, as i've
 tried
backgrounds, graphical signatures, banners, different arrangements, and
 none
of them work, i think colour might work well actually :)

 INFILTRATOR WING
 {Salute}
 Very
quiet in the IW this week, and not alot to report.
 News:
 This
week, LT Viper Axxemann recruited IW member RedTaz to become our new
 Wing
I N.  Welcome aboard RedTaz.  You're ID line is...
 "N/SL
RedTaz/MC90 Renegade/Wing I/IW/EH"
 Mike,
RedTaz is onboard the MC90 Warhammer, the IW Spec Ops cruiser so
 technically
he's not in the first Wing, but I see no problem with him
 serving
as Wing I Nurse.  Personally, I think it works that he's with the
 Elite
Squadron servring as someone in Shadow Squadron can talk to from
 within
thier own Squadron, the same as SL Xavier Sienar, but still...
his
 FMC
posting would be aboard the Renegade.  What do you think/fell/say?
 Reports:
 Three
reports this week.  PMO Astix shtill has no email address, and is
on
 leave
until further notice.  N RedTaz has just joined us and still needs
 into
the swing of things.  RedTaz, report to Wing I DOC, Axxemann on
 Mondays
from now on. SNS and Wing II N, report in for next week please?
 --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
 <salute>

Well nothin much is going on IW wise, but 2 things are happening
 in
the FMC side this week, firstly this argument about medals etc, which
 has
been filling my inbox, and the other, great thing, ive had both DOC
 reports
in! Keep it up guys!
 SMS/LCM
Jourdain/IW-Ren/Wing 2/IW
 Weel
folks, normally I'd save such news for my report to the SMS and
 PMO,
but I figured I'd let everyone know right off the bat. I'm pleased
 to
announce the new Wing 1 Nurse for the IW is SRG RedTaz of Shadow
 Squadron,
on board the MC60 Warhammer. Granted that Shadow isn't part of
 either
Wing, and that they fall directly under command of the IWCS and
 have
their own cruiser, I asked him if he wanted in, and PMO Rastyn
 likes
the idea of having someone from our SpecOps unit in the FMC.
 That's
it for me.  Doc Axxemnann
 DOC/LT
Viper Axxemann/Wing 1/IW
 <Salute>
Well not much has been happening of late other that the IW melee
 comp
(which ended Sunday) and congrats to Trevor Rastlyn for wining FMC
 Con1!
I have no problems to report as usual. The new FMC uniform position
 collars
are cool though and make nice additions to our already existing IW
 uniforms.
I haven't heard from Mako Felth for a week or so though. Doc Malik

 Orders:
 Take
the courses for your positions!!  One week left in the month, I want
 everyone
to have thier course before the end of Febuary.  Again, this is
 non-negotiable.
These courses take about an an hour, and will better your
 FMC
knowledge. That I know, I've taken the PMO/PNO course, and Malik has
 taken
the DOC/N course, get that addition to your ID line, it'll help
 everyone
in the long run!!  You will find it at,
