-Squadron Orders-
-If you have not reported in yet, it is IMPERATIVE that you do so immedietly! I have still not heard from from Lt Grey Wolf, Lt Mike Keyman, and LCM Daniel Bonini. Tempest is not another form of Reserves, and if you intend to use it for such then you will be moved out. We are almost at a full squad, and so we need to make space for those willing to fly.
-ECR III will be starting up February 24th and will begin with a fiction phase. You may want to start getting ideas on what to do or even begin work if you have something impressive planned.

-Despite a intense effort by Cyclone Squadron, Kappa Squadron got the upper hand, winning by only a small amount of 2,000 points. Congrats to both Kappa for winning and Cyclone for such a valiant effort(and had it been average, Cyclone would have won, but we won't go into that ;))

-A new system of medals for comps have been introduced. Here's how it works: The Iron Star is awarded for winning a Training Office-approved competition. There are two types of add-ons depending on the type of competition. For all Flying competitions, Wings are awarded. For all Non-Flying competitions, Ribbons are awarded. The type of Wings or Ribbon awarded is dependent on the size of the competition.
Bronze - 1st place in a competition involving at least 6 pilots, runner-up award for Silver competitions, 3rd place/participating award for Gold or Platnium competitions
Silver - 1st place in a competition involving 4 or more squadrons or task units, 2nd place award for Gold or Platnium competitions
Gold - 1st place in a competition involving 3 or more wings/task forces.
Platinum - Training Office competition
Wings are worth FCHG points (1,3,5,10 pts respectively) but Ribbons are not.
If you had a previous award, it has now been changed in the TC Database.
