Big news is the resignation of ASF BGCOM VA Vitcarp. He served
us well and will be missed.

Some people have recently been busted for cheating, and are
under investigation. It saddens me that cheating occurs. I'm glad some people
are getting their just desserts. Cheating is not worth it, and I won't
tolerate it.

LC Woobee - Lurked on IRC as usual, tweaked our lovely
website, plus made noises on various message boards around the TC. I also did
some piloting work. :) I flew IW-XW 3, F-XvT 36 and IW-BoP 18. A LoC arrived
for me for an Avenger Thur training win last week. Also I played some Jedi
Knight with Kruel and some other TC pilots. Was fun. Steep learning curve for
me. I am in negotions with a pilot looking to transfer to our happy squadron,
might see him here next week.

LCM Ganner Kruellis - Announced 2 week leave. We did chat some
on IRC, plus had a bash around with light-sabers and stuff in Jedi
Knight.

LCM Jamiek - On sick leave at the moment. We stayed in email
contact. Keep me posted mate.

LT Willem Margul - Recieved a DFC for OR XvT win. Great news!
However, I had no contact at all from you, and you have ignored my emails for
a long time now. I really need to hear from you mate. Tell me what you're up
to and how you are going.

LCM Leslaw - By far the most active member of the squadron at
the moment! Submitted F-XvT 5, 12, F-BoP 1, 2, IW-XvT 10, 23, 25, 26, TC-XvT
4, 9, IW BoP 18, 24. Phew! Also working on getting a friend of his into the TC
and our squadron. Good work Leslaw.

Well guys, I've been running this squadron for six weeks now, and I think
we are kicking some real goals. On the 28th of Jan we had 12 citations, and now
we have 20. Gaining 8 citations in less than a month is great for a squadron of
only six pilots. In the grand scheme of things, 20 is an impressive number. We
can do more, we need the involvement of the whole squadron though. This week it
really was only myself and Leslaw doing anything. I understand there are 2
pilots on leave. You guys have a strong record and I know I can expect full
cooperation and support when you return to full duties.
I'd like to comment on our imporovements in FCHG and Combat ratings. Sadly
the failure of the TC database to spit out the numbers makes it too time
consuming for me to chase it all down. I'm sure the figures would be fairly
encouraging though.
Once pilots come back from leave I shall arrange a new squadron competition
for us all. Any suggestions as to a desired format are very welcome.
