Lieutenant Kir Katarn (#5431)
Name: Kir Katarn
Rank: Lieutenant
Current Assignment: Reserves
Scandoc Transmission Code: Wings3496@hotmail.com
Gender: Male
Race: Human
Date of Birth: Unknown
Place of Birth: Byss
Marital Status: Single
Family: Kir's mother died at birth, his father was a freighter pilot.
Social Status: Poor
Quote: "The Rebellion is like a plague that has infested the galaxy, the EH is the cure."
Significant Events of Childhood and Adolescence: Kir grew up on Byss, usually parentless because his father was always between planets on some shipment or another. He joined one of the local gangs, whose main form of entertainment was to follow stormtrooper squads around pretending to be stormtroopers. One day during their rutine "patrols", Kir got a nervous feeling, like something bad was gonna happen. He stopped the gang and was explaining why he had ruined their fun when a bomb went off, killing all the stormtroopers they had been following. From then on, the gang listened to Kir. One day at home Kir received notice that his father had been killed during a drop-off. The report said it was a rebel hit-and-run. Since Kir had never been close to his father, this didn't really bother him.
Significant Events of Adulthood: After holding several jobs, mostly as security officers for local shops, Kir decided it was time for a change. He went to the local recruitment center and entered the Imperial Academy. He was sent into stormtrooper training, and was under the command of General Veers at the battle of Hoth. Several times during training, Kir had that "feeling" that something was going to happen. It saved his life a couple times. Later that month he was contacted a superior officer and told that he was to enter a shuttle immediantly. The shuttle took him away, and when he exited, he was at the Emperor's Royal Guardsmen's Training Facility. He had been chosen to be a Royal Guardsman. He began the training, and although few people know it, Guardsmen all recieve flight training in case they have to fly the Emperor out, or protect his shuttle. Kir scored high enough on this part of the training to be made XO of the Emperor's Guardsmens squadron. This was not an "elite" unit, and was unknown to anyone outside of the Guardsmen themselves. Halfway through training, the Death Star was defeated at Endor, and the Emperor was killed. Kir was knocked flat eariler that day by some unseen force, and only later learned what had happened. After the Emperor's death, the squad of guardsmen Kir was serving with commited suicide, all except Kir. Kir piloted the ship all the way to the Emperor's Hammer Strike Fleet. Which he knew about because of his Guardsmen's breifings. There he joined the TIE Corps, and also found out he is force-sensitive. He serves in the Dark Brotherhood of Jedi, there he uses his skills in the force as well as his Hand-to-hand combat skills to his advantage.
Alignment and Attitude: Competely Imperial, although he was open as a child, Guardsmen training cleansed his mind of everything non-Imperial.
Former Occupations: Security Officer, Stormtrooper, Royal Guardsman formerally in training
Hobbies: None
Tragedies: Death of father, although Kir didn't and still doesn't care.
Phobias and Allergies: None
Personal View of the Empire and EH: Kir is completely loyal to the Empire. Although he would rather be serving the Emperor directly, that is immpossible due to his death. So the EH is the best way for him to destroy the rebellion.
Reason for enlisting in the EH: To continue his unending quest to eliminate the Rebellion.
