- Commendations of Loyalty have been awarded! Those of you familar with the award know that this is a special reward for excellent service which is only given out two times every year (on the anniversary of the EH and the birthday of the Grand Admiral). Sincere

- Our new XO, HA Kawolski, is undertaking a drive to re-vitalize the EH Newsletter, The Dark Sentinel. CMDRs, if you have ANY works of fiction or graphics which have been created by your pilots, be sure to send them in for publication. Not only will the author gain recognition for their work, but they will also share their skill with the rest of the fleet and be awarded the Letter of Achievement [LoA]. - LC Badlands has decided to accept the CR#1 scores for Aleth and Hey squadrons! Please join me in a collective sigh of relief. Let's make sure the scores are in on time for CR#2.
- Speaking of which ... CR#2 for the XWA League is active! The mission to fly is FREE-XWA #17, and all scores are due in my inbox by February 2nd. LC Badlands is accepting BSF e-mail confirmations from
TC.ORG as "proof of flight", so CMDRs may wish to hold on to these.

- Beth vs. Falcon competition will continue until January 29th! All Beth pilots should fly FREE-XWA #24 and get it in to Sequoh before the deadline.Remember, Falcon is a squadron from the Immortal, so our honor is at stake here ... I know that Beth will come through with flying colors.
- LCM Mayk Wolverine and CPT Jaster Sadista continue to develop the idea of the 'Aleth Elite' Badge. At last update, Jaster was planning to award the badge every month to the first pilot who completes certain tasks. Mayk's excellent graphic of the badge is attached to this report.
- Please join me in welcoming our newest pilot! Sub-Lieutenant A.J. Peterson, welcome to Wing III. I sincerely hope you enjoy your time here with all of us. Jaster, try not to slap him around too much ;-)
- FO/AD Theodore has re-instated the TIE Corps Commander's Award, a very prestigious honor that is presented every month to the ship or wing that has demonstrated excellence in participation or exceptional growth of activity. I am confident that we can win this award in the future! Stay focused, everyone.
- The Hey Squadron 'Golden TIE / Missile Boat' reward system is still in effect, and LT Josh Popelka is in the lead ...
- The Training Office is accepting anonymous recommendations for people that should be included in the EH Encyclopedia. Be sure to check it out, and nominate someone if you want :

- Restructuring of the Wing III IRC meetings is still be conducted by CM Osan'gar.
- Due to connectivity problems with my dumb telephone company, I am unable to access the internet or my e-mail account roughly 50% of the time. As a result, the 'official' CRT results for Aleth and Daleth have been delayed a short time. However, the CMDRs should be recieving 'provisional' CRR's from me shortly ...
- Okay, it's time to play Who Wants to Win an Iron Star!!! That's right kids, the Iron Star is the newest in trendy and hip Imperial fashions, and it accents the rest of your medals perfectly. I am anxious to award my first Iron Star : Bronze Ribbon, so let's run
a quick competition to see who gets it. The rules couldn't be simpler ... just fly FREE-XWA #21, "IRC Breen", and submit it to your CMDR. Highest score wins. CMDRs should compile the results for their
squads. Deadline to fly is next week, January 31st (!!!). So get flying and maybe you can be the first kid on your block ... erm, in your wing ... to own an Iron Star!
