    After the current situation regarding VA Kaek, a new Executive Director is required... even if it is only for a short period. However, the UBIQ must have an authority figure. For this, I have chosen VA Raith (L050@yahoo.com) to be the Executive Director of the Ubiqtorate. Applications for TTDR are open, but a suitable applicant will not be promoted for a short time period.
 
FA Stalker5 taking leave
    I will be on vacation out of the country between 26th January and 2nd February, I will not be contactable for this time period and thus VA Raith is in command of the Intelligence Division.

    For those of you who are now confused by the current command's here is the Ubiqtorate as it stands for temporary purposes
