Greetings,

Not much news this week from the DIrectorate, except that Mordann has set up a superb competition which will last until he returns to us on the 5th of Februrary. He has submissions already, which is a great sign.

As for the reform, JediJawa will have limited access for some time and it will slow it down, but it will happen. I am sure everyone will be happy with it when its all done.

Well the first week of my 'leave' is over. I can't say I've done much in the way of leaving though except for the absence of a turn in Conquest. This has given me chance to continue work on the second edition (check the Conquest Improvements topic on the MB for details) and to unleash a big conquest competition, unimaginetively known as The Big Conquest Competition. http://www.emperorshammer.ca/directorate/comps.php for details. Conquest goodies will be rewarded to all entrants. The best will recieve medals and the 'winner' will get a special Conquest unit. I've already had quite a few entries. The closing date to win the special unit is Feb the 5th.

I've awarded a number of highly active and successful contest players an MoS each and given Jello the CoS for his constantly high activity and relative rating.
