Quote: What we do in our life, echoes in eternity.
Significant Events of Childhood and Adolescence: My mother died a few days after my birth, so I didn't even know her. When I was an adult, the Empire peacefully took control of my home system - to protect us from many pirate and organized crime groups which were very active on my homeworld. Since then I always knew, that the service to those who disinterestedly defended us - to the Empire - was my destiny.
Significant Events of Adulthood: Not a long time ago my father joined the Rebel forces. It was a great pain to me to see one of the people I love to be fooled by pathetic and untrue ideals. The most significant event in my life, however, is that I was given the opportunity to join the Imperial Navy ranks.
Alignment and Attitude: I'm a realist (though some call me "reasonable pessimist") and I see the world just as it is. I know, that there is a lot of cruelty, pain and suffering - and all of that makes people weak, turning them into ressigned, indifferent plant-like beings. But I think, that if someone is strong enough - if he's got enough willpower and determination - he will be able to win with the Universe (including himself) and see some bright sides of the life. If he's really strong (and lucky), he can even achive happiness... It's difficult to write more about MY alignment and attitude - there should be others who do it. They're not directly involved and so they could describe me without emotions, which I cannot left aside when thinking about myself. All I can do is to give you some of my quotes; I hope it'll tell you something about my personality...
1. Better is the enemy of good.
2. If you don't have what you like, you don't have (contradictory to very popular "If you don't have what you like, you like what you have").
3. My word and my honour are the only things which I really own.
4. Never say never.
5. Dura lex, sed lex ("Hard law, but still law").
6. Always listen carefully - even the fools may have something shrewd to say.
7. Never - ever - break your own rules.
8. No matter what they do, always be yourself.
Former Occupations: None; being the Emperor's Hammer pilot is my first real "job".
Hobbies: Reading, reading and reading!!! Besides - I like to talk with interesting people, if you can call it "a hobby". I sometimes write some S/F stories. I often meet my friends (fellow-pilots for example), and I enjoy it very much!
Tragedies: My only girlfriend died in a repulsorcar accident. That was the greatest - and perhaps the only real - tragedy in my life. But, as you surely understand, I don't want to write about it...
Phobias and Allergies: I don't like repulsorcars, I don't even have a driving licence (see above). That's my phobia... I'm also affraid of being alone (I think every intelligent being is affaraid of it), left without someone who will - no matter the situation - always be on my side, who will always support me and be with me in difficult moments. I wouldn't call it phobia, though. Is's rather a simple - but very deep and sad, I must admit - fear...
Personal View of the Empire and EH: To me, the Empire means... everything. I love it and I would't hesistate to give my life for it. But I'm not blinded by my feelings; this love has got a lot of thorns. I can clearly see the mistakes made by some Imperial commanders, including Piet, Ozzel, Needa and Tarkin. On the other hand - amongst the Imperial ranks there were the people, who I admire the most, like Veers, Thrawn, Daala and Palpatne himself.
I viev the Empire as the only guard of peace and order in the Galaxy. Only the Empire can save the Universe from the chaos of the rebellion and from many other dangers that come from the Unknown. The Empire means strenght, honour, confidence and distinctivness; these are the virtues which I prize the most. For me, Emperor's Hammer IS the Empire, so I respect it, and admire...
Reason for enlisting in the EH: I'd like to do my best to help the Empire (see above, why...). I don't only think I'm needed here, I also feel it - with my whole heart... Besides - I think I'm quite a good pilot and I'd like to find any use of my skills. Only the Empire can give me the opportunities, only the Empire can give me a feeling that someone relies on me. Only with the Empire I can be - in some way - important, only with it I can fulfill my dreams. But - most importantly - only with the Empire I can bring at least a little bit of hapiness to the others, to all citiziens of the Galaxy who need it and are to weak to achieve it by themselves. It's surely worth of all dangers I can encounter as a Imperial pilot, including even the worst thing that may happen to someone - the death of his friends...
