Personal Background information
(Imperial Security Bureau)
Name: Drizzt Do'Urden
Rank: General
Scandoc Transmission Code (Screen Name): Drizzt
Sex (M/F): M
Race: Saraii
Date of Birth: 50 BSD
Place of Birth (Please include Homeworld): Juraas-Kur, Sif
Marital Status (Single, Married, Divorced, Separated): Single
Family: 2 Brothers, Father, Mother, 4 Sisters, all deceased
Social Status (Destitute, Poor, Well-to-do, Wealthy, Nobility): Nobility
Significant Events of Childhood & Adolescence: (one note: Saraii have a life expectancy of at least 700 standard years)
Drizzt was born the son of one of the matriarchal ruling houses in Juraas-Kur. He was born into war. During the time his mother was giving birth, his family was at war with another, less powerful family. During that war, Drizzt's eldest brother was killed.
After his house won the war (and gained power as a result), Drizzt was put into training for his future. His mentor was his youngest sister (who is 50 years older than he). For the next 10 years, he was trained in mental discipline and the ways of his family. After this period, he was sent to his family's barracks to be trained by his family's general, his father.
Drizzt's father hated the feudal system, and he hated his people. The only way he could vent his anger was in war with other houses. Drizzt trained for 17 years with his father in the ways of battle and melee. Drizzt was very skilled and dexterous, and learned easily. He later became one of the greatest fighters in the planet's history. After his training, Drizzt was thrown directly into battle against the ruling house in Juraas-Kur.
Significant Events of Adulthood:
During what came to be know as the "Battle of the Ruling Houses", Drizzt's family battled the first ruling family of Juraas-Kur. The battle was bloody and long. In the end, Drizzt was the sole survivor out of his family. Afraid the first ruling family would hunt him down, he fled to the wilds.
Drizzt lived in the wilds for over 6 years. During that time, he sharpened his skills in the use of melee weapons and learned how to survive in harsh conditions. Then, the Empire arrived.
Drizzt watched how easily his people were won over by the Empire from a distance. He watched the construction of IWATS academy and the new technology with awe. He saw his first TIE Advanced, and he wanted to learn how to fly one.
Drizzt proceeded to rejoin his people after so many years. He found that it wasn't that hard. His first flight of a TIE was in a flight simulator in Juraas-Kur, where the Imperials were attempting to discern whether any of the locals had any potential talent in space flight. Drizzt easily placed among the best of his people and was sent to PLT Daedalus to train as an Imperial pilot. Drizzt graduated early and was assigned to the Hammer Squadron of the ISD Relentless.
Alignment & Attitude: Doesn't care who he's flying for, just as long as he's flying.
Former Occupations (if any): Soldier
Hobbies: Sword fighting, model space ship collecting
Tragedies: His family was killed when he was young
Phobias & Allergies: Allergic to certain flora and fungus.
Personal views of the Empire (and Emperor's Hammer): Enjoys the peace and order the Empire proposes, since he's seen it work. Thinks the EH is his avenue to success.
Reason for applying to the Emperor's Hammer Elite Strike Fleet: Fascinated by TIE technology

The wind whipped through the narrow valley. It weaved in and out of the rocky outcroppings and buffeted the steep, snowy cliffs. It raced up the flat snow covered meadows and surged up the steep north ridge. It finally hit the firebase's buildings with gale force, trying to find a way around the boxy buildings. It eventually crested the top and ran down the other side of the ridge, gaining speed and force as it went.
Colonel Jake Robins sat in the observation tower watching this never ending race around the high mountain valley. The crystals in the snow refracted the light beating down from Freyla, a rather large blue star. Freyla VI was just far enough from the star to have a template climate. At 8000 meters, however, it was ice that ruled. Robins looked at the climate station at the corner of the tower and saw that the temperature outside was a chilly -130 degrees Celsius.
Freyla VI was governed by a loose alliance of several races. Humans, Dorlocks, and Sullustans formed a tricameral government. Surosub owned a large portion of the southern continent that was rich in many valuable metals. The Humans had come from Correllia over 300 years previous in a colony sponsored by the Old Republic. The Dorlocks were the natives on Freyla VI, and had the least say in the government. They lived in loose clans, with a patriarch leading the clan. They lived in the lower, temperate regions of the planet, and were configured roughly like a human. No sentient being ever ventured over 5000 meters, as the temperatures above that elevation dropped far to low to support life.
Freyla VI had been ruled by the Empire during Palpatine's reign. However, after the death of the Emperor and the fragmentation of the Empire, Freyla had become independent. Now, several years after the battle at Endor, the fledgling New Republic has asked Freyla VI to join. At the moment a Delegation of the New Republics highest diplomats was in the capitol city, Reylav. Reports were coming in from Robins network of spies that an agreement was close. While the terms of this agreement were unknown, it appeared that a New Republic Garrison might be stationed on the planet. This concerned Robins greatly.
The Imperial firebase had been built in the latter days of Palpatine's reign, as a backup should Freyla become occupied. Robins had been put in charge, and had constructed the base in less then six months under brutal conditions. It was now home to a full complement of Snowtroopers, plus a squadron of Tie Fighters. The base had been cut off from the outside world after the fall of the Empire, and has functioned autonomously for over a year. Apparently the base had caught the eye of the Emperor's Hammer, an elite faction of the Empire that was based in the Outer Rim. In the eyes of Robins they were the worthy successors to the Empire, and Robins had pledged loyalty to them. Now, monthly supply flights brought critical supplies in, as well as more base personnel. At the moment a new wing of the base was being constructed underground that would house two more squadrons of fighters, plus an additional 250 troopers.
Robins took a sip of his coffee and resumed his reading. Orders had come through over the holo-net to keep an eye on the Rebel diplomats on the planet, and if possible, to kidnap them. Robins had decided that the best time to get them would be when they were leaving. They would be leaving in two shuttles, with two A-Wings as escort. A Rebel cruiser was due in the system to pick them up in several days. They would be most vulnerable right before cruiser arrived, and that was when Robins planned to spring his trap.
Both squadrons of Ties, plus his four assault gunboats would take out the fighter escort and disable the shuttles. Then Robins' assault transports would arrive to board and capture the diplomats. The ISD Vanguard was then due to arrive and transport the prisoners to Aurora Prime, the headquarters of the Emperor's Hammer. Hopefully the entire operation would be carried out before the cruiser arrived, and before anyone noticed they were missing. It would be a disaster for his base to be discovered by the Rebels.
Sitting around his breakfast table were Commanders Ryan and Taggerty, who were in charge of Nu and Iota squadrons. Also present was Lieutenant Marx, the detachment commander for the base's zero-g stormtroopers who would perform the capture operation. All were among the best, and Robins had the utmost confidence in them. They were mulling over the operational plans while Robins enjoyed his breakfast of coffee and microwave pastries.
"So gentlemen, are the plans satisfactory to you? If we are going to change them, we need to within the next 25 minutes. After that Operation Venom will start, and no changes will be tolerated. Understand?" Robins asked in a brisk voice.
"Sir, I feel that we are cutting the time a bit close. What if that rebel cruiser arrives too early? I feel that we should allow a 4 hour window for the cruiser to arrive, not 2. That will also take the pressure of the Vanguard to arrive here exactly on time. I'm sure Ryan agrees with me as well," Taggerty replied.
"Yes sir, I feel that the change is necessary," Ryan seconded in his trademark drawl.
"All right then, better have your Squadrons ready to go within the hour. I'll be in the CIC if you need me," Robins agreed.
The commanders shuffled out of the observation tower, followed by Marx. Robins relaxed in his chair and mulled over the upcoming operation. His prevailing thought was one of dread, What if were discovered?. Robins quickly shuffled that thought to the back of his head and resumed his deep stare out the tri-paneled windows.
Johnson was ripped out of sleep by the action alert. Sirens blared all around him and red fluorescent lights flashed, bathing the room in an ominous light. Johnson stumbled out of bed and ran down that hall towards the ready room. He saw that all of his fellow pilots were already seated, and they all looked at him with a grin as he sat down in the nearest empty chair.
"Sleepy Johnson?" Flight Officer Bryant said in a mocking tone.
"Oh shut up you pathetic troglodyte. I was on rest status. What were you doing up?" Johnson asked rhetorically.
"Screw you," Bryant replied, having lost the battle.
The tactical officer, Chief Moony walked into the room and all conversation instantly ceased. He walked to the podium and turned on the viewscreen. Mission data flashed on the wall sized map. Each pilot watched in rapt attention as Moony described the upcoming mission. The briefing took a little over five minutes to complete, and by the end everyone had a good idea of his role in the complicated capture.
"Any questions?" Moony asked as the briefing came to end. Not once had anyone ever answered this question, a testament to Moony's skill at planning and organizing missions. "Good then, you have 15 minutes before launch. I recommend you all get to your fighters."
Johnson was the first person out of the room as he walked to his locker. Inside was his flight suit. It was a bulky monstrosity, designed to keep the pilot alive since there was no artificial atmosphere inside an average Tie Fighter. Vertigo was also a problem, as there was no gravity inside a Tie either. The cockpit design reflected its purpose; It was a weapon of war, and the pilots needs came secondary to the needs of the mission. Johnson sealed the seams of his suit and put on his helmet gloves. A reassuring his sounded as the helmet sealed and oxygen began flowing into his lungs. He was actually getting his oxygen from the outside air through a filter at the back of his suit. He walked down the halls, looking like a mutant insect, and reached the hanger in under a minute.
Being a flight member, his fighter was prepared by one of the junior deck officers. His Tie was parked in its usual place, the last position in the rear launching rack. His name was visible on an identification plate near the hatch to the inside of the cockpit. He still practiced an archaic tradition of painting his kills on the side of his fighter. 13 rebel fighters were painted on the fighter from his 3 years of combat duty. A very good kill total indeed, and one that put him near the top of the kill board in Nu Squadron. Of course he was no where near Ryan's kill total of 124, but he was working his was up. Johnson was up for promotion next month, and he felt he had good chance of getting Flight Leader somewhere.
"Hey Menendez, how's the fighter?" Johnson asked his Deck Officer.
"Purring like a cat sir. Try to bring her back in good shape OK? I have better things to do then fix your mistakes," Menendez replied in a joking tone.
"Yeah, Yeah, I'll bring her back fine," Johnson replied cordially, not in the mood for Menendez's jokes.
Johnson climbed down the ladder and dropped into his fighter. He attached his suit to the oxygen line in the fighter and closed the hatch above him. His indicator board was flashing green and his engines were powered up. Johnson ran the pre-flight checks, and satisfied that everything was in order, sat back and relaxed in his very comfortable seat.
A voice broke in over his intercom. "Warning, Warning, all personnel clear the flight deck, outer doors opening in 30 seconds"
With the wind howling outside and the temperatures at 150 below, no one could survive not without a thermal suit. Johnson saw the Deck Officers scurrying to the nearest door, not wanting to be caught in the cold. The doors sealed and the hanger was empty of people as the outer doors opened. The wind rushed in, buffeting his fighter. The launching racks rocked under the forceful wing. Johnson could almost feel the temperature dropping, even though his suit was insulated to -500.
A steady roar picked up as the first row of fighters went to full throttle and launched against the wind. They seemed to hang for a second before the engines kicked in and rocketed them into space. The procedure was followed for the other racks, and then it was Johnson's turn. He opened up the throttle and his fighter leapt forward off of the rack. His inertial compensators kicked in a moment too late, and Johnson was pressed back into his seat by the intense g-force. After a moment, the roar died down and Johnson became weightless. He was enveloped by the black of space, and his mood responded. Hate surged through his veins and anger rose within him. His dark powers took over, and he was one with the fighter.
Robins barely heard the roar of the engines over the winds as he watched wave after wave of fighter hurtle up into space. He kept a close watching on the long range scanners, looking for any sing that the massive starfighter launch had been detected by Freyla VI's security forces. For the moment, his screen was clear. Robins breathed a sigh a of relief, and thanked the jamming system that kept the entire base hidden.
As the last wave of fighters streaked off into the unknown, Robins' attention shifted to the tactical battle hologram, a 3-d projection of the space above. Robins' saw the four green symbols that made up the rebel envoy leaving the planet. Various blue symbols denoted satellites in orbit around the planet. The communications satellite that they kept hidden with a cloaking device shone bright amber on the display. Red symbols streaked towards the green like a swarm of angry hornets, intent on only one thing. The two green symbols that denoted the fighters raced towards the oncoming hoard. The red enveloped them, and within moments they were extinguished. The hoard continued onward, and the green shuttles' glow subsided as they were disabled.

Place of Birth (Please include Homeworld): Socie
Marital Status (Single, Married, Divorced, Separated): Single
Family: Mother; Living on Socie
Social Status (Destitute, Poor, Well-to-do, Wealthy, Nobility): Well-to-do
Significant Events of Childhood & Adolescence: He was trained to be a smuggler/pilot by his father so he could take over the family business when his father retired or died.
Significant Events of Adulthood: Death of his father Rebel forces and entrance into Imperial service are the two most important events. During this period he also discovered several old family cloning tubes. He has at least one clone (it is serving in the Bounty Hunters Guild) and more are possible. He has begun learning the Dark Side of the Force. Through this study he will hopefully learn to use his raw hate of the Rebels in a deadly manner.
Alignment & Attitude: Mostly independent of political views. Only joined the Emperor's Hammer to take revenge on Rebels for his father's death.
Former Occupations (if any): Smuggler/pilot for father in the service of various crime lords and the Emperor's Hammer.
Hobbies: Haem continues to keep underworld contacts. He often spends his shore leaves with old smuggler friends.
Tragedies: Father killed trying to get supplies to the Emperor's Hammer through a Rebel blockade. A squadron of X-Wings hunted down his father's Corellian transport and destroyed it.
Phobias & Allergies: Fear of extreme heights.
Personal views of the Empire (and Emperor's Hammer): On the whole he is indifferent to the political goals of the Emperor's Hammer, but will loyally carry out any mission. He feels the success of the Empire is the best revenge on the Rebel scum.
Reason for applying to the Emperor's Hammer Elite Strike Fleet: After his father's death he knew of the Emperor's Hammer from various smuggling jobs he had performed. He decided to join to seek revenge on the Rebels.
Other comments or information (optional): Will probably venture back into smuggling life after his feelings of hurt and desire of revenge are gone, but until then he will be a valuable pilot.

Sex (M/F): Male
Race: Human
Date of Birth: 71.01.09
Place of Birth (Please include Homeworld): Coronet, Corellia
Marital Status (Single, Married, Divorced, Separated): Single
Family: Niak (father), Mystali (mother), and Jaiyra Haxard (sister)
Social Status (Destitute, Poor, Well-to-do, Wealthy, Nobility): Poor
Significant Events of Childhood & Adolescence: Tyver's father, Niak, was a great and famous starfighter pilot in the Imperial Navy. This made a deep impression on Tyver, and he always wanted to be a Imperial pilot thereafter.
Significant Events of Adulthood: Tyver is a natural pilot, as his father had been before him, so he always wished since birth to join the Imperial Navy. Unfortunately, as he prepared to do so, the Battle of Endor took place and the Imperial Fleet fell to chaos. Seeing that the petty warlords and factions would never stand against the New Republic, Tyver resigned himself to the fact that the Empire was dead and he joined the Corellian Security Force (CorSec) to protect his home world and system. For two years, he flew fighters in CorSec. During that period, he flew with some of the best pilots in the galaxy, becoming an accomplished starfighter pilot in the process. One day, heard his CorSec commander talking to someone else about a new Imperial presence far out in the Outer Rim and how he wished he could go out and join the faction. Tyver heard his commander describe how orderly, powerful, and prepared the Imperial faction, the Emperor's Hammer, was. It suddenly dawned on him-the Empire wasn't dead after all! He quickly left CorSec, hijacked a Muurian Transport from a rebel-sympathizing smuggler in the city Bela Vistal, and then flew out to the Aurora System. Once there, he immediately joined the Emperor's Hammer Strike Fleet, thereby fulfilling his dream of flying in the Imperial Navy. Also at around this time, a strong force ability was detected within himself by a Dark Jedi Master and Tyver was initiated into the Brotherhood of the Dark Jedi.
Alignment & Attitude: Tyver is very loyal to the Imperial cause. He is a strong team player and believes that teamwork can get the job done much more efficiently and precisely than an individual can alone. He is a very quick learner, a natural pilot, and a pretty experienced one; but his raw talent hasn't be honed and trained to perfection yet and he acknowledges he still has a lot to learn.
Former Occupations (if any): Slicer, CorSec Pilot
Hobbies: Fragging Rebel fighters and capital ships.
Tragedies: (none)
Phobias & Allergies: Allergic to Pylic plant leaves, berries, and juice. The Pylic plant is native to the Planet Drall, Corellian System.
Personal views of the Empire (and Emperor's Hammer): The Empire is just, and the rebel insurgence deserves to be exterminated ENTIRELY. The Emperor's Hammer is the best way to do that, as it is the last, really organized and deadly remnant of the former Imperial Navy.
Reason for applying to the Emperor's Hammer Elite Strike Fleet: Tyver joined the Emperor's Hammer because the rebellion needs to be wiped out, and the EH is the best tool to accomplish that. Also, he applied because the EH is the best and only disciplined and organized faction left for the former Navy.
Other comments or information (optional):
"I flew with CorSec, and there were some pretty darn good pilots there. So, I learned a thing or two 'Sides, us Corellians have piloting in our blood. We're all just born with the flying instinct. I'm not the best, but I'm decent." --Tyver Haxard, CorSec Pilot
"How do you like your Rebel, toasted or scrambled? I can also serve them deep fried or extra crispy." --Tyver Haxard, Praetorian Squadron Pilot

The sounds of glorious victory reign the system as the Rebels futile attempts to retreat were stopped by the Harpax II. The Squadrons of TIEs were closing in on the out dated Z-95s. Inferno squadrons twelve fighters burst in from the side as did Tau Squadron. The Rebel Frigate fought frantically against the three Imperial II Class Star Destroyers, out gunned and out classed. Within moments the Frigates shields collapsed and the Assault Gunboats disabled the craft for capture. The remaining Rebel fighters were trying to destroy the Harpax II, but were out matched by the three squadrons of TIEs .
The SSSD Sovereign dropped out of hyperspace. All the Victory Class Star Destroyers moved in to the upper atmosphere of the planet awaiting the final stage of their attack .."

<SALUTE> Grand Admiral Ronin.
First - I have attached two NL submissions for the NL41 (now, the deadline was 23rd May, wasn't it? I had finals before, so I was not able to send it earlier). The first one is an essay on the EHSF Battle Groups (When I was making the ISD Vanguard HTML DataCore I have noticed that BGs are quite small). You are free to correct any grammatical errors you find, sir - due to the deadline I was unable to feed it through my English teacher, as I usually do with all my fanfiction. The second one is my bio.
Also, since I have finished (almost :>) creating the Raptor/Vanguard WWW HoloNode, I have followed BG Dangor/HIMSTR Trench's advice and created a form to be filled (preferably) by all Emperor's Hammer's Members, so we can survey the interest in the RPG among EHers...
You could mention it in the NL (I'll try to attend the EH meeting on the IRC this Sat, so I will be able to announce this, but I may be absent, so just in case...), sir, so that at least the EH members interested in RPGing would fill the form out.
Anyway, the URL is:

----END TRANSMISSION----
(and why are they so <expletive deleted - ISB operations manual DSU 384 catch 22> small)
It has recently come to my attention that the Emperor's Hammer Strike Fleet Battle Groups, used for both offensive and defensive operations on both Emperor's Hammer and New Republic territories, are surprisingly small for one of the biggest post-Endor Imperial factions.
Why?
Well, let's take a look at the Battle Group One - my home group. It is consisted of:
Imperial-II class Star Destroyer Vanguard (ISD Van) [BGCOM]
Victory Star Destroyer Formidable
Victory Star Destroyer Monitor
Modified Frigate Imperator
Modified Frigate Ardent
Modified Frigate Onamo
Escort Carrier Iron Fist
3 Strike Cruisers
7 Carrack Light Cruisers
10 Corvettes
20 Assault Transports
dozens of dedicated transports, tugs & freighters
Which makes for 28 combat ships (48 if we count assault transports). Of course, we should not forget that this battlegroup includes two Imperial-II class Star Destroyers - and we should not forget that "A Star Destroyer is considered a line in itself. A naval staff study concluded that a Star Destroyer was the equivalent of at least the squadron of the time, and would be more properly categorised as such." (Imperial Operations Manual, aka "The Imperial Sourcebook, by West End Games", Data Screen Unit 105).
Still, 48 combat ships would, in the pre-Endor Imperial fleet, be considered a squadron. To quote the aforementioned Imperial Operations Manual DSU 103 (Navy Organisation in Brief): "Squadron. Normally has 14 to 60 ships, commanded by an admiral. Normally the largest force of ships assigned to a single system."
The EH Battle Group fits here perfectly - in both the number of ships (48) and the rank of the commander - in this case, Vice Admiral Ray.
However, to quote IOM, DSU 105 "A measure of the extent of Imperial military growth is the squadron. Under the Old Republic, units of identical configuration were called fleets (note: the emphasis is mine), and were sometimes the total Naval presence in a sector. The usage "fleet" is still common among senior officers for ship groups of squadron size and up. Recent recruits and junior officers are more likely to use the terms listed in the OB. A full troop or battle squadron packs enough power to subjugate any system not protected by a equivalent fleet; no ground defence yet devised is sufficient to hold off a determined attack from these elements of the Navy."
As we see here, even by the old standards, the Emperor's Hammer Strike Group is not a force to be trifled with. Also, please note that it is a <expletive deleted - ISB operations manual DSU 384 catch 22> tough squadron. Actually, its power exceeds most of the known Imperial squadrons (but then, with the Fleet's approach to the OB, you never know). The most powerful squadron mentioned in the OB is a Battle Squadron. Why? IOM, DSU 105: "Battle Squadrons contain an Imperial-class Star Destroyers. (while an EHSF BG contains two Imperial-II class SDs and two VSDs) There are other ships, but they matter little in the configuration. (unlike in EHSF BG) In addition to the Star Destroyers, there are at least three lines, two attack and one pursuit line, for an average of 18 ships. If there is some system in the Empire that must be repressed, some force which must be run down, a battle squadron is the force of choice. Sending a battle squadron on a mission is the Navy's way of showing that the job is of utmost importance."
As we see here, the EHSF BG is, in terms of sheer firepower, an equivalent of at least three to four pre-Endor battle squadrons. This makes it rather an equivalent of the Systems Force Force Superiority (IOM, DSU 103: "Systems Force. Strength varies by mission profile: force superiority units have three battle squadrons and a light squadron, for up to 90 ships. Commanded by a systems admiral (also known as a commodore). A systems force is responsible for several systems").
As we see here, the 48 capital ships of the EHSF BG are a powerful strike force. Still, the EH's Navy would be considered quite small if it would be only consisted of a Sovereign-class Super Star Destroyer, two Battle Groups and Aurora Home Guard.
But we forget about the main force of Emperor's Hammer Strike Fleet.
Starfighters.
Fourteen wings of Imperial starfighters, for a total of 1008 various craft - ranging from standard TIEs and Assault Gunboats through TIE Defenders and Missile Boats to Phalanx Interceptor Gunboats and Spectre Missile Boats. And all piloted by the elite of the elite, the cream of the Imperial Starfighter Corps.
While the pre-Endor imperial military doctrine emphasised the use of capital ships over starfighters, the major breakthroughs in starfighter tactics, accomplished - sadly - by Rebels and their commanders (in many cases - brilliant, misguided Imperial officers), caused the revision of Imperial military doctrine by the master tactician and strategist, Grand Admiral Ronin.
That's why Emperor's Hammer relies mainly on their elite pilots and top-performance starfighters. In many cases, the aforementioned starfighters are the cutting-edge technology achievements produced by Corporate Division of Emperor's Hammer, e.g. the Spectre Missile Boat, capable of laying waste to whole capital ship's squadrons.
And that's why a standard EHSF BG has only forty-eight combat capital ships. It does not need more - with two wings of Imperial starfighters piloted by the elite pilots of the EHSF.
QED
Also, please note that the term "Battlegroup" can not be found anywhere in the standard pre-Endor Imperial Navy OB. Rather, it's an Army term for division. (Above regiment and below Corps. For more information, refer to the IOM, DSU 83 and 94-95)

Marital Status (Single, Married, Divorced, Separated): Single
Family: Younger brother, younger sister and a cat (who does not fly fighters)
Social Status: Well-to-do.
Significant Events of Childhood & Adolescence: My parents wanted me to become a translator, like them (protocol droids are not very good at some subtleties of the language), but I knew better. At the age of 15 I escaped my home planet and during 2 years I served on various Tramp Freighters. After gaining enough experience and money, I have bought a used Z-95 Headhunter and became a bounty hunter and starfighter pilot for hire.
After 9 months, I was approached by some Rebel agents, and they offered me to join the Rebellion. I was young and inexperienced, and I have always dreamed of flying some good starfighter, not that fast coffin that is Z-95. However, I was assigned to an Y-Wing, so I was seriously disappointed. After 2 months of training and 1 month of flying patrols in some remote corner of the galaxy, I became annoyed with rebellion's chaos and lack of organization. I revealed the location of my base to Imperial forces in exchange for joining the Navy Academy. And the Empire recognized my talent, so I was allowed to join... I graduated in top 5% of my class - not in the top 1%, because I was more concerned with sitting in the flight sim than in learning the theory of using starfighters. Anyway, I had an intuitive grasp of 3D tactics, so I had no problems with it... After leaving the Academy, I was assigned to a TIE/ln aboard the VSD Inexorable.
Significant Events of Adulthood: It was during my service on the Inexorable that I have saved the life of a Secret Order emissary and became an Initiate of the Secret Order. I was also promoted and assigned as a Wing Commander on board of the ISD Indestructible. After 4 months of service I played a key role in the battle of Ord Nollah - I disobeyed orders of the ISD tactical officer and took direct control of my wing. It was later discovered that due to erroneous intelligence data and the incompetence of the tactical officer, only my intervention saved the rest of the task force from being destroyed in the Rebel ambush. However, my FG Gamma, composed of TIE Interceptors, was unable to stop 2 Mon Cal cruisers from destroying the Indestructible.
After discovering my tactical abilities, I was appointed as a commander of an Imperial Strike Force Alpha-2, composed of ISD Indestructible II, VSD Bloodletter, M/FRG Wookslayer, 2 Nebulon-B frigates and 5 corvettes. I won many victories, but finally, due to the efforts of an ex-Imperial agent, traitorous scum known as Kyle Katarn ISD Indestructible II was sabotaged and destroyed in an asteroid field. However, Katarn barely escaped with his life.
After loosing Strike Force Alpha-2, my future looked grim. However, it was Secret Order that helped me - I was transferred to SSD Executor, and became the Wing Commander for its TIE/A squadron. During my service under Lord Vader, I had the honor of being chosen as his personal wingman and guard. He also appointed me as a member of the Inner Circle, and started to teach me in the ways of the Dark Side. This training was continued by the Emperor himself, and I was chosen to be his personal protector, and given a TIE/D. However, before the Battle of Endor, when the trap was being prepared, I had to be transferred again. I had received command of ISD Indestructible III, but during the chaos of the battle it was so heavily damaged that it was beyond repair.
Alignment & Attitude: I think that only the strong can rule the weak. Democracy is rule of the weak, that's why New Republic is going to lose. The Rebellion had a strong leader - Mon Mothma. Now, their squabbling, petty Senate will prevent them from winning this war. I believe in what was written in the Dark Side compendium - the strong will rule through fear.
Former Occupations (if any): Smuggler, Freelance Starfighter Pilot, Bounty Hunter, Rebel.
Hobbies: Flying fighters, Taekwondo (martial art relying mainly on kicking), flying capital ships, melee combat (I have no lightsaber, though I've received basic training in lightsaber combat), flying anything that flies, shooting Imperial traitors, flying fighters, shooting Rebels, flying fighters, shooting pirates, flying fighters and finally - flying fighters.
Tragedies: My first teacher, Lord Darth Vader was killed during the Battle of Endor by that Rebel Scum!
My teacher and mentor, Emperor was killed during the Battle of Endor! My rage flows through me every time I think about it. It has left me without my Dark Side teacher, and without my source of dark fire.
Phobias & Allergies: I have a mild arachnophobia, and I have no allergies (except psychological allergy on living Rebels, but that one can be easily prevented)
Personal views of the Empire (and Emperor's Hammer): The Empire is the only hope for the Galaxy for a stable regime. Democracy is for the weak - we need order and stability, and it can be brought only by a strong ruler - like Emperor or Grand Admiral Thrawn (or Grand Admiral Ronin).
Reason for applying to the Emperor's Hammer Elite Strike Fleet: This is the only Imperial faction that is worthy of continuing the Empire.

Significant Events of Childhood & Adolescence: Life in Nightsisters clan was hard and I really didn't like the way I was treated. The only good thing was that I learned to use the Force. When I was 17 a smuggler landed on Dathomir with X-Wing. Unfortunately for him I had had a bad day so I killed him and took off Dathomir. Actually I knew nothing of flying in starfighter and I accidentally activated hyperdrive. I dropped out of hyperspace right in the middle of a battle between three TIE Interceptors and 7 X-Wings. One X-Wing had already shields down and we collided in some seconds after my arrival. The X-Wing was destroyed in crash and others started to shoot at me. With help of TIE Interceptors all X-Wings were destroyed soon and in the of battle I had 3 X-Wings on my kills record. After that I joined the Imperial Navy and served under command of Vice Admiral Thrawn until the Battle of Endor.
Significant Events of Adulthood: During one escort mission Vice Admiral Thrawn's transport was ambushed by Rebels. Our squadron took serious losses but Rebels were driven off and the transport could hyperspace safely. All survivors were awarded later by Vice Admiral Thrawn himself.
Alignment & Attitude: Loyal to the Empire, forever.

Name: Shadow
Rank: Brigadier General (Guardian in the Order of the Sith of the Dark Brotherhood of the Jedi)
Scandoc: ScubaJoeB@aol.com
Sex: Male
Race: Unknown
Place of Birth: Unknown, Raised on Orron III. in the Corporate Sector
Marital Status: Single
Social Status: Officer in the Emperors Hammer Strike Fleet.
Significant Events of Childhood & Adolescence: My name is Shadow, my original name does not matter. I hold the rank of Brigadier General in the Emperors Hammer Strike Fleet. I am a Guardian in the order of the Sith in the Dark Brotherhood of the Jedi. I was found as an infant on a derelict ship floating in space, on the edge of the Corporate Sector by an Authority cruiser, owned by the Lord and Lady Barelle. To all outward appearances I am Human, except for my eyes, they are solid black. At the genetic level I am not even related to humans. The ship I was on could not be identified by the Corporate Authority or the Imperial Data center. The material it was made from, the drive system and power source it used could not be identified either. There was no other body's found on board, living or dead. I was told later that Darth Vader himself showed up to take the ship for "Imperial security " reasons. I was never mentioned because the Lord and Lady Barelle, unable to have children of there own, thought it would be posh to adopt me as there son. I was named Torm Barelle. I was raised on the plant Orron III, in the Corporate Sector. My adoptive parents were a Lord & Lady in the Corporate Sector Authority. They were very wealthy, but they cared for nothing but credits. Not even me. Why they ever adopted me I will never know. I was raised by droids and servants. I never wanted for anything, except my parents. I did anything I wanted. If my parents were not so high up in the Authority I would have been in prison at a very early age. My passion was to be a warrior. Unknown to my parents I started learning hand to hand combat at the age of four, and weapons training at the age 6 from an ex-stormtrooper instructor, who was one of my parents personal body guards.
I received my first swoop at the age of ten, it was under powered, but I had always had a knack with machines, not long after nothing could touch it. But it was still too slow for me. My father had a customized racing spaceship, I stole it the first time at age twelve, I spent a week in a bacta tank from that incident. Luckily for me bacta seams to work just as well on my species. But that did not stop me. By the time I was fifteen my favorite sport was bating the local space patrol into trying to catch me, they never did. By the time I was sixteen I had been in so much trouble my adoptive parents could no longer tolerate me. They used there extensive contacts to get me admitted to the Imperial Academy. Though I think they lied about my age and species. Shortly after that all communications with my parents stopped. I have never had any contact with them sense. That was when I changed my name to Shadow.
Significant Events of Adulthood: My instructors at the academy could not believe my skill with a spaceship, They transferred me to Tie Fighter pilot instruction, where I graduated in the top one percent of my class. Because of that standing I was assigned to the Emperor's Hammer Strike Fleet. My first assignment was a Flight member in Tav squadron. Not long after I had been in Tav squadron a robed figure, who never named himself (I believe now It was DGM Khyron),came to my room one night. He said he was from the Dark Brotherhood of the Jedi. He said my skill with a Tie was not just training, he said I had a very high potential in the Force and that I was being sent to the Shadow Academy. It was a very enlightening experience. I learned much from my Dark side masters. I graduated from the Shadow Academy at the top of my class. I was raised to the position of Guardian in the order of the Sith.
My ability to control the Dark Side of the Force now made me an even better pilot. Because of my accomplishments at the Shadow Academy and my skill as a pilot I was invited to join Tau Squadron. The elite squadron of the Dark Brotherhood. I immediately accepted. I am now a member of flight two "Death Bringers", In Tau Squadron, The current Envoy Squadron of the Dark Brotherhood. Tau squadron is a very close knit group, for the first time in my life I feel as if I know what it is like to be really close to someone. When you must trust someone so completely with your life, as you must your squad mates in combat, you form a bond, that is closer than family, which I never had as a child. It makes me strive all the harder not to let my squad mates down, and to uphold the honor of Tau all the more. I would give my life gladly for any member of Tau squadron, as I know they would for any member of Tau. That is what makes Tau a truly Elite squadron, and the most formidable squad around.
Alignment & Attitude: I care nothing for credits. My only goal in Life is to serve Grand Admiral Ronin (Grand Admiral of the Emperors Hammer Strike Fleet), Grand Master Jac (Grand Master of the Dark Brotherhood of the Jedi), Tau Squadron, and most of all The Emperor, to the fullest extent of my abilities. Long Live The Empire!
Former Occupations: None.
Hobbies: Scuba Diving.
Tragedies: Not knowing my true origin.
Phobias & Allergies: None.
Personal views of the Empire: The Empire is the pinnacle of galactic governing. Unlike the Old Republic that rotted from the inside. The Empire encompassed more systems than any form of government before it. It is the true and rightful government and will be restored to is former glory. Long Live The Empire!
Reason for joining the Emperor's Hammer Elite Strike Fleet: The Emperor's Hammer is the best military organization ever created. It represents the best hope to return the Empire to it's rightful Dominance of the galaxy!
Other comments or information: I have enjoyed serving the Emperor's Hammer Strike Fleet, and hope to do so for a long time to come.

Marital Status (Single, Married, Divorced, Separated): Single
Family:
Father - Lieutenant Commander Draxon Blackflame - Gunner - SSD Executor - Deceased
Mother - Unknown - Possibly Jedi Knight
Siblings - None
Social Status (Destitute, Poor, Well-to-do, Wealthy, Nobility): Well-to-do
Significant Events of Childhood & Adolescence: Learned how to pilot fighters, and some ground fighting as a teenager. Applied to the Imperial Academy.
Significant Events of Adulthood: Death of his family, see tragedies.
Alignment & Attitude: Loyal to the Emperor's Hammer and hates the New Republic.
Former Occupations (if any): Worked at the local fast food place, serving Tauntaun burgers, while at the Imperial Academy on Carrida. Spent several years in the Coruscant Home Defense before joining the Academy.
Hobbies: Playing Sabacc, as well as target practice.
Tragedies: General Blackflame's father was a gunner on Lord Darth Vader's flagship, the Star Destroyer, Executor. He worked with his father on the Executor, as a pilot onboard the Executor, then known as Major Vaaseul Blackflame. Vaaseul was off the ship when the Rebellion destroyed it, and he escaped onboard one of the Imperial Fleet's Star Destroyers.
Phobias & Allergies: Allergic to some creatures, such as Tauntauns (found that out during his brief occupation as the fast food restaurant).
Personal views of the Empire (and Emperor's Hammer): Vaaseul agrees with most of the Imperial Doctrine and the Emperor's New Order, although he has little love for Palpatine himself, nor the Sith Lord, Darth Vader. The main reason for his bitterness is the hunting down of the Jedi Knights, since he has heard several rumors that his mother was, in fact, a Jedi Knight. He also believes in the superiority of the human race, as do others in the Empire, and that all other races should obey mankind.
Reason for applying to the Emperor's Hammer Elite Strike Fleet: The Hammer was seen as the best opportunity to get back at the Rebellion, for his father's death, and the pain they have cost the Empire. He joined the Emperor's Hammer when he had achieved the rank of General.
