INPR: TK-2107 - COL Astix
Serving in Chaos, TK-2107 quickly progressed through the ranks, becoming a Lieutenant within 48 hours joining the squadron and becoming a Lieutenant Commander within six months. TK-2107 found he enjoyed Chaos Squadron, and that leading his fellow squadronmates came easily to him as a Flight Leader. So, it was only natural when the coveted 1-1 spot become vacant following his squadron commander's death in a tragic training accident, he applied and was accepted for the position.
Under TK-2107, Chaos squadron did well, as did the man himself- earning many awards. Chaos won competitions, and pulled through battles well with few casualties thanks to the strict training regimé that TK-2107 put in place. In addition, TK-2107 was involved in the training of a new generation of new recruits to the TIE Corps, helping keep the fleet ticking over nicely. TK-2107's activities did not go unnoticed, and he leapt through the ranks at a startling rate- becoming a full Commander two months after taking command of Chaos, a Captain two months after that, and finally a major another two months after that. Surely, it was hard to believe that the boy who'd revelled in the stories of outlaws and criminals had become the perfect image of an Imperial officer, but indeed he had.
Chaos thrived, but unfortunately another squadron in TK-2107's battlegroup was faltering, and the young major was given the chance to bring it back into line. He took up the task, and set about reforming Stalker squadron. He managed four months there before his Wing Commander was promoted off the ship. Major TK-2107 was offered the position thanks to his outstanding personal record, his fierce loyalty to the fleet and his charasmatic leadership style. He accepted, and ran Wing XX carefully for four months. During this time he was promoted yet again, reaching Lieutenant Colonel.
Only four days after this most recent promotion the Commodore of the Imperial-Class Star Destroyer Subjugator was taken ill and removed from his command. Again, TK-2107's personal qualities outshone the competition and he was given his first cruiser command. The Subjugator was a primary escort to the Executor-Class Star Destroyer Avenger, and with TK-2107 the ship performed admirably, with TK-2107 holding the position for over a year. In this time he was again promoted. It seemed his grandfather's piloting blood had served Ticidious well, but it was not done yet- the Battlegroup Commander of the Avenger Task Force was promoted up away from his command, and yet again TK-2107 was the prime contender for the spot. He took it, and has now been commanding the Strike Fleet of the Dark Brotherhood for nine months... |
