Pilots of the TC,

I'd like to take this time to congratulate all of you on a fine and superb job you've been doing for your squadrons, wings, ships, BG's, and the fleet. With out your efforts, the TC would not be as exciting as it is.

The TC offers many a wide range of activities for you to participate. I offer two big awards (comps) periodically throughout the year, these being the TCCOM's OWN award and the TCCOM's OWN ESCORT SQUADRON award. The TCCOM's OWN award designates the top wing in the TC in terms of activity, morale, enthusiasm, and overall work. These awards given represent the best the TC has to offer at the time, while the TCCOM Escort Squadron represents the best overall squadron with the same qualities I look for in the TCCOM's OWN Wing award.

The TC also offers Various comps through the year, from something simple to flying a battle or mission to the huge war game, IMPSTORM pitting BG against BG for supremacy over the TC fleet.

I'd like to take this time to go over a few minor details for processing and promotions.

It is a policy of my administration that in order to gain a WC position, all applicants should have been a squadron CMDR at one point in their career, and it is a bonus though not a requirement at this time that the applicants take the Wing Management course offered by IWATS.

For Squadron CMDR, all applicants must complete SM/3. It has a lot of vital information when dealing with squadrons and tasks.

All COM positions require the applicant have been a WC or greater in the TC for these positions. Elite squadrons are considered mini-wings, so the Elite CMDRS would also be eligible.

When asking for e-mail changes to the FO or any kind of positional in-house or squadron to squadron move, please include Pin numbers, and a requirement is that all relevant parties be notified of the move BEFORE the FO gets the mail! If not, the request will not get processed.

Many pilots in the TC recognize my name and the job I do, for those that do not, my office door is always open. Feel free to write me with ideas, concerns, or questions at fo@emperorshammer.org
