What is the Corporate Division, anyway? - AD Khadgar
A lot of people have asked me, "What is the Corporate Division, anyway? What does it do?" This is my attempt to answer that question for those curious about the Corporation, especially considering that we've put out this conspicuous publication. Essentially, the main unit of the Corporate Division, as you can probably gather from the name is corporations. Each corporation has a particular "industry" that it is in:
Corporate Division News Group (CDNG) - Works on publications such as this one.
Imperial Broadcast Corporation (IBC) - Hosts shows on the EH radio, HARA.
Data Equity Management Inc. (DEMI) - Creates trivia, especially for EH and TC meetings.
Imperial Outlook Enterprises (IOE) - The first roleplay corporation. Currently it is writing a roleplaying manual, and then it will be engaging in Message Board based roleplaying.
Lumina Corporation (Lumina) - Produces graphics and websites for the fleet.
These corporations are overseen by the "Direx Board", which has a Vice President of Propaganda (website coding), Vice President of Training (manages the PLT Revenge, the CD's training institution), Vice President of Operations (oversees the Stock Market, iBank and the CD store, Swamp Donkey). The President and Executive Vice President oversee this Direx Board and all corporations, known collectively as the "Trade Assembly".
