Here is a very special treat for you!!! The BGCOM, and Battlecry "Publisher", has wrote an outstanding piece of fiction. Weighing in at around 50 A4 pages, and all the words quality, this is a great addition to the "Imperial Orthodoxy" storyline started ages ago by Val Ricaud and Kyle Kessler. It is highly recommended that you read Ricaud's and Kessler's stories first so you know what's going on (stories provided).

Rage: Dragons of Death - by LCM Derek

You can tell that this is a class story without even reading it, as it came 2nd in an SSD Avenger fiction competition not so long ago. When you do read it though, your sure as hell it's a great story!!!

STARSHIP STORMTROOPERS - by LCM Roth Jalis

This is a very original piece of fiction, mixing two films together to get this amazing piece of work. As you can tell by the title, it's based upon the story of "Starship Troopers" and a little tale called "Star Wars".

MAJ Proton arrives at the Sov cantina - by MAJ Proton

It may be a very short story, but it's a remarkable read. Look here to see MAJ Proton's blatant ego-trip after becoming the WC of Wing V.

A Question Of Loyalty - By CM Fenn Logan

Again, not only has Fenn sent in a great story, but he finishes it off with a great XvT mission. I suggest you read and play this battle as practice for the BIG competition next month, as Fenn is signed up to make the XvT mission for it. 

The Hammer Falls - by CM Corran Halcyon

Inferno Squadron defend the Empire once more in Halcyon's interesting and enjoyable read right here. I especially like the part about the connection a pilot has with the ship's computer.

Too Many Secrets - by CPT Beef

This was an entry for the Battlecry Writing Contest, but was narrowly beaten this month. If you want to see how "The Secret" storyline COULD have turned out...read on. (read as Part 6)  

I'm sorry that Part V of Old Friends is not in this issue, but due to time constraints the next part could not be completed in time. I will make sure that there is a large part of the story wrote in time for issue 10 though.
