Emperor's Hammer Star Wars Galaxies Report #1
7/10/03

(For distribution to the Fleet.)

For those who don't already know, the Emperor's Hammer has formed a Player Association on the Chilastra server in Star Wars Galaxies. Joining the PA is open to all members of the EH, and anyone else who wants to join. The only requirement (besides having a character on Chilastra, of course) is that you join the Fringe. You can do this using your existing EH e-mail address by e-mailing DCGM Darknyte at darknyte@alltel.net, or send him a /tell in-game to darkn'yte (note the apostrophe).

And now on with the report. The first two weeks of the game have moved slowly as almost everyone is learning how to actually play the game. I'm very much looking forward to the next few weeks as our members move past the basic Professions and into the Elite. New EH members are joining in all the time, and we've even recruited a few members from outside the EH. The best news so far is that we have recruited an Architect, and she is madly working on developing her skills so that we can actually build our PA hall in the next week or so.

The first version of my pre-game report/guide is still available at http://members.aol.com/imperialgleeclub/swg. Thanks to the EH member who donated the web space.

Update on RA Jacob Van Nowak: 07.06.03
As Emailed From: Jacob's sister ("Brittany")

I'm guessing according to looking through some of my brother's e-mails that I e-mail you do to the e-mail that Gyrffon I believe did not work. Sorry it has taken so long to e-mail you with an update, but as of now my brother is in stable condition and will remain in the hospital for three more days. He will be monitored, he came out with broken ribs, and left arm broken. The doctor said he will be fine but he was unconscious for 2 days and has and will continue to be monitored. He told me to tell you with a smile on his face his site he is making for you will be finished on time. My brother really enjoys this club, his whole computer is built around it, desktop it looks like icons, well as do to my mediocre skills with mirc as I use it to dual in magic online when I was much younger, I connected and luckily my brother had everything automatically pop up, channel wise, sorry again for being so late in updating, I have been at the hospital very late each day, and called relatives firstly. He should be back in 3 to 5 days.

Brittany

Fleet Commander's Note:

We all hope Jacob returns to us soon...and are comforted that during his recovery, he was thinking of us...:)

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Introduction

Hello Emperor's Hammer.

I have very good news today and I would like to share them with you. That's why this report is delayed. First, I have asked my girlfriend to marry me and she agreed, so she is not my fianc (I am not sure how to write this word). I have never been so happy, so my efficiency has been increased to 200%. (you will see how long is this report). All drinks on me, and if you will join me on EH Poland Meeting III, you will drink with me and my fianc :)

Second, very important thing. We have 3000 missions online. TAC3K. We have reached our top priority so let's celebrate. Next goal: TAC5K. More info in next paragraph.

Third. I have been promoted to the rank of Fleet Admiral, for my past 6 months of hard work and dedication. I would like to thank Grand Admiral Ronin for considering me worthy this promotion and all CS members who said I deserve it. Thanks sir, thanks guys :)

EH Mission Compendium hits 3000 missions online

It took EH almost 10 years but we are finally there. Since I took TAC this became my priority #1 and main goal. And we did it. During last 6-7 months we have released around 700 missions. We have introduced new battle types and increased numbers.

But that's not because of me only. This is because of great work of my Tactical Staff, and those before me. SA Kawolski who reached 1000, and HA Striker who reached 2000. All coordinators who worked in Tactical Office and all testers/engineers. Thanks for your hard work and dedication guys. :)
Our next goal will be TAC5K!

Tactical Staff awarded

Hard work and dedication always pays back :) I have been awarded with promotion, my Command Attach, Rear Admiral Philo has been awarded with Gold Star of the Empire, so do Tactical Coordinator for XWA, Colonel Master. Tactical Coordinator for XvT, Lieutenant Commander Apophis Kuma has been awarder with Silver Star of the Empire and Tactical Coordinator for TIE, Lieutenant Colonel Styles has received Bronze Star of the Empire. Congrats to all. Keep up great work :)

Tactical Officer going on leave

I will be on leave, starting this Wednesday, the 9th and ending next Monday, the 14th, spending time with my fianc and my buddies on EH Poland Meeting III. Join us and celebrate with us, or wait for the pictures!

Tactical Manual v3.0 - 20% done

INTERNET OFFICE REPORT #99
July 11 , 2003

Internet Office News

Well, another fun week in the IO. First off, I'd like to mention something that I forgot to write in my report last week. Thanks to Khylari of the BHG and Alex Foley, the BHG Blog (Web log/journal) system Calypso now features ELS support. What does that mean? It means: If you have a MinosNIC account, you can go to http://blogs.thebhg.org and sign up for your own blog using your Minos/ELS user/password!

The second round of new EH.org graphics is nearly complete, I'm just waiting on Leeson to finish them off. Leeson also is helping to fix a minor error in the tables of eh.org.

I'd also like to point out that hopefully this weekend I will be looking through all MinosNIC hosting accounts and removing the unused ones. I will also be sending out notices of removal to everyone who still has an rDB site on Minos, as per GA Ronin's orders. So if you've got a MinosNIC account that's empty and you wanna use it, you better put something up there!

In terms of EHW progress, I've sent out the preliminary database structure to the development team for their comments. Note that I am still accepting PHP coders - please email ari@tiecorps.org if interested!

Alex Foley continues to work on SquadFirst+, the next generation of template-based EH sites. Hopefully it will be completed relatively soon!

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Emperor's Hammer: Site of the Week

This week's SOTW is Tempest's modification of SquadFirst to fit an entire wing for the Wing II site at http://66.166.160.74/~stele/index.php. Congrats on a 4 star site!

Training Office Report #16
Admiral Keldorn Cochrane Reporting 7th July 2003
http://www.emperorshammer.ca/

<SALUTE>

Apologies for the rather odd timing of this Report, as I informed the Grand Admiral, I have been in London the last few days in various conferences. Leading on from this, I shall be attending a two-day seminar in Scotland on Monday 19th and have decided to work a small vacation into this excursion; hence, I shall be on a leave of absence from Saturday 12th July to Saturday 19th July 2003.

The Training Offices IRC colloquia project will begin shortly after I return from the aforementioned leave. As I mentioned when I first announced these online conferences, they aim first and foremost to educate members of the Emperors Hammer and as such are not limited to the fictional constraints of Star Wars canon. Several of the planned colloquia are (SW donates primarily Star Wars-based; RL donates those with a Real Life application):

Modern Leadership Techniques (RL/SW).

Democracy or Hypocrisy: An examination of contemporary Politics (RL).
A Brief Introduction to Shakespeare (RL).
The Condensed History of the Galaxy (SW).

The Apostasy competition shall begin shortly after I return from leave, allowing the SubGroup Commanders to prepare their elements while I am away, ready for a prompt start.

Major Devin Taralis has gone missing, and hence I am forced to open the position of Training Office Assistant to applications once again. The position varies in its duties, and the workload can lull and peak based upon the projects within the Office. Details can be found below.

Major Praetorian has tendered his resignation from active duty to pursue his training in the military; best wishes to him. This leaves the position of Graphics (GFX) Professor open to applications. Details can be found below.

My congratulations are extended to the Tactical Officer on his well-overdue promotion to the rank of Fleet Admiral.

Lieutenant Orrimaarko Reeft is on a short leave of absence until 13th July 2003, but Course grading should remain unhindered.

The Shadow Academy appears to be progressing well, but the processing of new Apprentices still cannot be completed. Or if it has, I do not have the details/access to perform the task. Sith Warrior Kyle Katarn has informed me that he no longer wishes to serve as the Pontiff of the Sith Apprentice and Sith Doctrine, and hence these positions are now open to applications to all members of the Dark Brotherhood. Details can be found below.

The Training Office is now accepting Course proposals. I am open to many diverse and innovative ideas, these can range from matters of real-life relevance to those of Star Wars canon (and indeed, our own non-canon). The Courses under consideration so far are:

Cascading Style Sheets.
Sound Processing/Editing.
General Multiplayer.
Star Wars Galaxies.
Advanced TIE Mission Design (TM/2).
Advanced TIE Tactics (TT/2).
Networking Basics.
Tactical Staff.

Training Office Assistant (TOA) Open for Applications

Due to the reluctant removal of Major Taralis from the position of Training Office Assistant, the position is once again open for applications. The successful applicant will be duly considered for elevation to the position of Command Attach in the future. The requirements are:

An active member of the Emperors Hammer.
Holding at least the rank of Commander (or equivalent).
No serious HCI convictions within the last 12 months.
A high-level of online activity (IRC, Fast e-mail turnaround).
Above average talent & experience in creating/managing websites (HTML).
Excellent grasp of the English language.
[Optional - Desired] Knowledge of ASP.
[Optional Desired] Knowledge of PHP.
Applications should be sent to me ( to@emperorshammer.org ) with the subject TOA Application.

Dark Brotherhood ONLY: Sith Apprentice & Sith Doctrine Pontiff Open for Applications

Due to the resignation of SW Kyle Katarn, the duel position of Pontiff of the Sith Apprentice and Sith Doctrine Studies is hereby open to applications from members of the Brotherhood. The requirements are:

An active member of the Dark Brotherhood holding at least the rank of Acolyte (ACO) in the Sith Order.
A member of the Brotherhood for at least 5 months.
Extensive knowledge of the history of the Sith (or the access thereto).
Be able to grade exam submissions within 24 hours.
Keeping accurate Graduate Counts (total and per month).
Applications should be sent to me hm@darkbrotherhood.org with the subject Sith Pontiff Application.

Graphics (GFX) Professor Open for Applications

The requirements are:

An active member of the Emperors Hammer holding the rank of Lieutenant (or equivalent) or above.
Extensive experience in the creation and manipulation of graphical imagery (preferably with modern versions of both Jasc Paint Shop Pro and Adobe PhotoShop)
Be able to grade exam submissions within 24 hours.
Keeping Graduate Counts (total and per month).
Maintaining/updating the Course Notes (basic HTML knowledge necessary; or a good WYSIWYG editor).
Applications should be sent to me (to@emperorshammer.org) with the subject GFX PROF Application.

Operations Office Report.
12th July 2003.

A quiet week at the Operations Office. This week saw a great number of awards being recommended from monthly evaluations. I am happy to say that by-and-large I have no complaints on the quality of the recommendations submitted. Keep it up.

Commendation of Loyalty Recommendations
The bi-annual awarding of the Commendation of Loyalty to members of the EH at large is fast approaching. I will post more details some time in the coming week, but for now everyone from Squadron Commanders (Clan Consuls for the DB) and above should start thinking about which of their members should be rewarded with the CoL.

Uploading Uniforms
Just a quick reminder that uniforms uploaded to the database must be no larger than 200 pixels wide and no more than 50kb in size.

<SALUTE>

The COMM bot "Chewie" has come back online with the reappearance of its hosting server. It seems the hosting company tried to move their servers to a different colocation place, but had great difficulty with changing the DNS servers on their domain records.

I have changed the IRC channel statistics generating package "pisg" to run only once every hour. This is due to the length of time pisg takes to go through all of the logs on the COMM bots, and the amount of CPU that it uses up.

<Salute>

This has been a relatively busy week for the Security Office, especially considering my continued lack of home internet access. This will hopefully be amended by the middle of the week.

As always, and especially with my absence from IRC, please don't hesitate to contact any member of my staff with issues that may arise. They are around to help you, and are entirely committed to doing just that, by any means necessary. Thank you for your time.

Hammer's Fist (EH Stormtroopers)

<Salute>

Quiet a few things going on around the HF this week so here goes.

-CRO MG Lander has added a new feature to the Records office, the ability to to request research something from the HF's past. If you think you have something that might be worthy check out www.delakkrennel.com/records.

-Operation Unity went very well and the final scores are up, they can be found out http://theholo.net/mb/viewtopic.php?t=7669 , I am pleased by the high amount of participation by the nearly the entire HF, good work everyone. On a similar note, we have a brand new op, running back to back with Unity...check out http://www.geocities.com/baloo0136dx/ for more information on Bright Light.

-The CSMA guys are working double over time and have released a brand new course this week (Aviation) and updated our Seatrooper course. Although still no word on Military Police *grumble grumble*

-The aviation unit is coming along nicely, Lt. Col Janson is working out something with the IW, if all goes well this will greatly benefit both clubs. The details are still being worked on, but everything should be up and running at the end of the month :)

-We are still having a bit of trouble retaining mid level leaders. Guys if you accept a command position, understand that I expect you to be there for at least a few months. Becoming a PC or CC and quitting a week or two later is very angering to me. I understand things come up and you may not be able execute your job, but please think ahead a bit before accepting anything.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------

Greetings from the office of the Infiltrator Wing Commander!

The Infiltrator Wing main domain site at www.infiltrator-wing.com is still suffering downtime (third week in a row now), due to server problems of our current webspace provider company. Apparently they have some database issues and are working on fixing it.

The Infiltrator Wing Systems Engineer will keep you all posted and inform the IW of any changes.

IWCOM under extreme stress

As much as I hate to admit it, I am terribly overworked. I have end of year exams coming up, and some of those are over 1500 pages thick (i.e. Internal Medicine). During the next two months I will be spending most of my time studying.

This does not mean that I will not be around. I will answer email AT LEAST 4 times a day, as brief pauses I take from studying are spent at the comp. I will however not be able to make much more effort than lead day to day IWCOM ops.

So, now you know - I am not dead :) neither will I be (hopefully) anytime soon.

Excellent Activity Reports

Commendations to all Infiltrator Wing Personnel, I was most impressed with the amount of activity throughout the Infiltrator Wing in all aspects.

I must admit that I was a bit worried at how my lowered activity would effect the IW, but I am very proud to conclude that it will affect it minimally - this is a commendation to all officers unto itself as it proves that we are working as we should, as a well coordinated team!

Keep it up!

IW Manual revamp

As some of you already know, I am reworking the Infiltrator Wing pilot manual and rewriting it to be the best manual ever made.

It shall have all the updated info that the current one already has as well as all the info about the Infiltrator Wing you will ever need. It will be based on the manual style of the 1999. IW Manual written by the IWCOM, War Marshal Von Reinthaler.

I am now approximately 20% through the manual and it has 30 pages.

There are always many active IW competitions, check them all out at the IW Combat Center (IWCC) at: http://iwcom.minos.net

The biggest news this week is the resignation of the Vice President of the Corporate Division, Vice Admiral Reb Crush, from his position. Reb has been my Vice President throughout my time as President of the Corporate Division, so I'm very sad to see him leave. In honour of his work as VPX, as well as his previous positions of CHMN and CEO, VA Reb Crush is hereby awarded the Corporate Division Cross (CDC)... the highest possible CD award! Congrats Reb, enjoy your retirement. :-)

This leaves VPX open. For the time being, I can easily handle the day-to-day duties of the Vice President... I will take over the roster management, running the PLT Revenge and anything else linked. Any questions that usually would go to Reb, please send them my way now. On that note, the position of Vice President is opened to applications;

Criteria for the position of Vice President of the Corporate Division
- Must hold the rank of Master Warrant Officer or above.
- Must have been a member of the Corporate Division for more than a year.
- Must have held a position of Chief Executive Officer or higher for more than four (4) months.

Applications to Admiral Trow ( EHTrow@aol.com ). Remember, I'm looking to see someone who is dedicated, so I won't accept a half-hearted application. Thanks.

It's been agreed this week that the Cosmic Holonet Corporation and Fleet Imaging Corporation merged corporation is to be named Auroran Technology Enterprises (ATE). Currently, including CEO Glorick, there are 11 active members within this corporation... leaving 31 active members in the Trade Assembly. Get recruiting!

Congratulations to WO Wedge Antilles for winning the CD Splash Page Competition! Loor's OPERATIONS LOGO competition ends tomorrow, so get your submissions in. Medals, credits and PE points are up for grabs.

A quick reminder, the CDBASE course has been renamed to the Basic Training Apprenticeship. Please, all, update your ID Lines. Thanks.

Report of the Supreme Director #8 - 11/07/03

There are lots of important announcements this week so please read the following report carefully

Roster Count: 70

AoT - http://aot.ehintel.org
Manual - http://manual.ehintel.org

Commanding Officers
Ubiqtorate
SDIR/VA Mordann Talkyra - sdir@ehintel.org
ExDIR/RA Aseret Thunderhawk - exdir@ehintel.org
BLDR/GN Davi Anthol - bldr@ehintel.org
TTDR/VA Raith Sienar - ttdr@ehintel.org
Praetorian Squadron
CMDR/COL Andrezj Mezynski - andrzej_mezynski@hotmail.com
XO/MAJ Dolsar Saris - darkfinn@hotmail.com

1. SDIR on Leave - Monday 14/07/03 till Friday 01/08/03
Until I return RA Aseret Thunderhawk - jediaseret@yahoo.com is completely in charge of Intel - all the things you usually send to me should, instead, be sent to her. NB - the ehintel.org forwarders should now all be up to date

2. New Bureau Liaison Director
The new Bureau Director is General Davi Anthol. Congratulations. You can contact him at davi_anth@yahoo.co.uk or bldr@ehintel.org. Until new BUDRs are appointed, Davi is acting-BUDR of both ANLY and BOO.

3. LC Johann Stalwart resigns as ANLY BUDR
The topic says it all really. We wish Johann all the best in his future endeavors.

4. ANLY and BOO BUDRs are both open for application.
If you think you have what it takes to be a BUDR (see the manual for details) email exdir@ehintel.org and bldr@ehintel.org with an application. I intend for the new BUDRs to be appointed before I return, so if you send your application to me and not Aseret you wont get the job

Requirements:
Experience at CMDR+ level of leadership within the EH
High activity level
Punctual with command reports
No HCI record
Experience in Intel report writing/infiltration/interrogation would also be desirable

5. Turr Phennir steps down as Prae CMDR, Andrezj Mezynski takes over
Turr Phennir has retired as Prae CMDR, but will remain in Prae as an FM. The FO and I have approved COL Andrezj Mezynski as the new Prae CMDR on Turrs recommendation and in turn Andrezj has appointed MAJ Dolsar Saris as his XO. I am also pleased to announce Turr Phennirs promotion to LC for his loyal service as Prae CMDR.

6. Plexus Bureau Closure
I have decided to close down Plexus for the time being. There are simply not enough agents in the Bureau to make its operation worthwhile. Those agents who used to be in Plexus (all 2 of you) should email Aseret (or me if you can wait two weeks) in order to sort out their new home.

7. Academy of Tactics Situation
Ive started to receive notification of general test marks; however there is still a backlog of tests at the AoT. I believe Raiths last guess was that there are around a 100 different submissions still to mark. Marking tests isnt fun at the best of times so please help him out -

a) Only send in tests once. VA Raith has received your tests. Sending him another copy of your answers every couple of days is not helpful and its very demoralizing for Raith.

b) Only submit one test. If you're waiting for your General test to be marked possibly the LEAST constructive thing you can do is to then go through the AoT and submit as many of the other tests as you can - if a trainee sends 6-10 tests in while he waits for the General test to be graded the only effect it will have is that it'll take 6-10 times longer to grade them...

c) If you've submitted the General test then please email Aseret - jediaseret@yahoo.com - and she'll assign you to a Bureau, where I assure you there is plenty of work to be done.

8. Agents Com-link
I have loads of stuff lying around which could be assembled into a reasonable looking Com-link (Intels newsletter) so hopefully a new edition will be released before the month is out. If you have anything that you feel would make a nice addition to the Com-link (please feel free to produce new stuff too) send it to me at sdir@ehintel.org and youll receive something delightful and shiny (also known as a medal).

9. Recruitment
The Intelligence Division is still actively recruiting. If youd like more information about the Intelligence Division please go here:

http://www.ehnet.org/mb/viewtopic.php?t=6690 or alternatively email me at sdir@ehintel.org. If anyone already within the Division can think of someone who they reckon would make a great agent then please recommend them to me and Ill get in touch. (Dont approach them yourself unless youre a BUDR or above though).

10. INTORG Recruitment
I have five open spaces left in INTORG. If you are interested in a position with the IDs elite Bureau email sdir@ehintel.org and Ill get back to you with more details of the vacancies when I return from leave.

Sirs:

No report received from the MUD, I take that to mean that nothing worth reporting is happening.

There is nothing worth reporting on the RPG side, still no one interested in playing.

>From Galaxies, I have received word that things are starting to pick up, as the players are getting the hang of the game. We have a developing architect and should have a PA hall in a week or so. For more details see Compton's report, which was already sent out to the Fringe.

CHS Report #29: 07.12.03
As Emailed From: Chancellor of the Imperial Senate (Kallath)

Imperial Senate

Imperial Senate Report #29
7/12/03

News

Plain report today (I hate html). I have a few more manual revisions this week. To begin with, Ive decided to add another High Council position. The Minister of the Interior (M:INT) is an advisory position without the right of aide (i.e. Vice Minister) that can be held by previous Chancellors, or someone who's recognized as a distinguished Senate veteran. He/she will, first and foremost, know the inner workings of the Senate. If, for example, a Party Leader were to award something that wasn't appropriate for the task that was completed, the Interior Minister would be there to inform the PL of a more appropriate award. He'd take care of things such as investigating whether a former High Councilor held a position long enough to retain the title of Vizier, or whether someone who claims to have received a [DSS] equivalent award without evidence of it 1) is lying, 2) if they actually deserved it. He's, essentially, someone who has been in the Senate long enough to remember. He may also be considered the Senate's security officer, handling disputes between members and forwarding certain cases to the Security Office. His last duty would be to run the Senate if both the CHS and DCH were on LOA, if the CHS and DCH resigned, or he'd take over the duties of DCH if there was no DCH. Fictionally, hed run the Senate Guard, and thats about all there is to it.

Heres the official manual revision:

HC-8 Minister of the Interior (M:INT)

The Minister of the Interior is the only advisory position within the High Council. Its his/her primary responsibility to familiarize his/herself with the inner workings of the Senate, ensuring that no member is breaking Senate or EH regulations. Whether its a Senate leader awarding inappropriately or a CoC violation, the M:INT will be there to submit cases to the High Council or Security Office. Hence, the M:INT may be considered the Senates security officer. The position is typically held by former Chancellors (much like the
Executive Councilor), but may also be held by individuals whore marked as distinguished Senate veterans. The Interior Minister may not have an aide.

Senate Issues and Legislation

Senate Issues are produced as a result of a competition or debate, or they might be the very content of a competition or debate. Much like Senate-wide competitions, there are various stages to Senate Issues: presentation, debate, legislation, and voting. Often with Senate-wide competitions, Senate Issues will determine what course the competition will take and what regulations are set forth therein. To accommodate this feature, the database is equipped with a Legislation Docket, informing Senators of the current issues that have yet to be resolved. Representatives do not have the right to vote, but do assist the relevant Senators and their Parties in the creation of bills or resolutions (depending on the issue). If two Senators are not in agreement about the bill or resolution in question, and two votes have already been cast, the planet will be considered in abstention and their vote will not be counted. Hence it is necessary for Senators to coordinate their votes with their Delegation and Party. If there is vacancy on any given planet, and only one Senator, then the legislation process will be suspended for a quorum call until a suitable replacement is found.

Each planet has one vote rather than each individual Senator casting a single vote. This allows for sensible voting and coordination between Representatives. It must be noted that for legislation to be submitted to
the High Council, it must receive 3/4ths approval from the Senate, which is currently 7 out of 10 planets. If the Chancellor decides to veto a bill or resolution, the Senate may submit a referendum with Senator Prime approval. The Chancellor will then be forced to accept the bill or resolution in question. This legislation that is approved will then be displayed in the Records of Decision section of the Senate database.

Planetary issues, while they may evolve into Senate-wide issues, do not follow the same guidelines as Senate voting. This must be noted to avoid any confusion. For more information on Planetary Issues, see the Planets or Activities section in the manual. For full details on Senate Issues, please take the Senate Procedural Exams I and II.

COO News

Thanks to COOA Autoris Maximus, we are testing a new 24/7 Comp System. However every day there will be a special comp for a time zone (i.e.. EuroComp or AusComp). The system is still in beta, but it works good. I think the system will get official on 15th. The same day Parallax War will finally start after some problems

LT Cheriss will handle all connections to other clubs in the future. (Also Parallax War). You may ask why a LT as COOA? Well she can work with ppls which she doesn't know in a way that I miss from many members in the EH (also from me). This is not an attack to any special person! :-)

EH Advanced Guard

<SALUTE>

Greetings Advanced Guard.

Well I am sorry for another late report. I had to take a sick brother to the hospital last night right when I was doing my reports. He's doing fine now. Anyway, Guys I didn't get any updates this week from you. I "NEED" those updates. So please send them in next week. AWOL ended last weekend. Brad Tack contacted me with a reason he didn't do his stuff. So I am allowing him to stay in the Advanced Guard. Now I have noticed that some of you are losing track of which club's I have assigned you to. Which in some ways I can understand. I will go through and reassign you all again later today.

I will be going on a leave possibly until next Sunday. I have to travel for my work and get some meetings done. I apologize for the length of it. While I am on leave, Magister Nightmare will be running the AG. I entrust he will be doing a good job. Note that there is a chance I may not have to go this time, but I am pretty sure I have to.

I want to see some mIRC activity from you guys. If you cant come on IRC once a week, than you are really to busy to maintain an active career in the AG. If I can hold three EH command jobs and a RL job at the same time and still come on IRC every day, I know you guys can.

Guys I really want to start seeing some activity from you all. I said it once, I will not let this unit fall apart. If I see that you arnt holding your share of the work up, than you will be relieved of your duty's here. Now lets make this coming week a great and active one!

Emperor's Hammer Mission Compendium hits 3000 Missions Online: 07.02.03
As Emailed From: Tactical Officer (FA Mike)

Tactical Office

<Salute>

I have been waiting for this moment for a very long time. And now, my dream came true. 10 minutes ago, I have added 3000th mission to our mission compendium, and we have achieved another great milestone: 3000 missions online. Since I took over the TAC, I have set TAC3K as my primary objective. And, after 6 months, I have finally achieved it. Of course it would not be possible without hard work and dedication of entire Tactical Staff, and Tactical Officers before me. I would like to thank the following people:

Former Tactical Officer: SA Kawolski and HA Striker, FA Starlion
Former Tactical Coordinators: Drako, Gord Darkonian, Tissaya Argat, Mark Schueler, Pellaeon, Enahropes, CrazyR2 (and all those I forgot)
My Tactical Staff: Philo, Styles, Apophis Kuma and Master (your cookies are inbound)
And all people who supported me by testing and correction and of course submitting new battles and free missions.

I really appreciate your hard work and I herby set another goal for my office: TAC5K! When will we hit it? I have no idea. It took me 6 months to release 700 missions, so we will see. And now, let's celebrate!!!! Drinks on me!!!

With the help of the Dean of Education, the Minister of Education hopes to use the CDGI make the Directorate more enjoyable for members abroad.

Some of the latest news from the CDGI revolves around the upcoming courses to be released they are:

- Ground Warfare
- Space Warfare
- Planetary Defense
- Galactic Battlegrounds Mission Design
- Fleet Tactics
- Ground Tactics

So with the additions of these courses the CDGI hopes to grow and help to attract more members to the Sub-group.

And so as you can see with new exams being made for members to take the CDGI is carrying out its role as the main source for educational for the Directorate.

...the Hammer's Techs...

Volunteer your PC to help fight cancer, smallpox & bioterrorism @ Grid.Org !

Greetings Fleet Commander

Bet you never thought you would get an email from this address again, hey?

I wish to call your attention to a project similar to SETI in which a few of us have been working so far. It's called Grid.Org, and it's dedicated mainly to the research of cancer. As you know, many lives all over the world are lost every year because of cancer, and I think that researching ways to fight it is a very important cause. The website is http://www.grid.org/home.htm

Last year, a team called "The Hammer's Techs"

was created by LC Spearhawk. We have only 29 members at the moment, and I'm its most recent member. We ask that you make this project official, so that other EH members may join this effort to save lives. All we ask is a little place in the EH website next to SETI. I'll add that I've tried playing several games with this program and it doesn't affect game performance in any way, so anyone can leave this program running while playing their favorite SW games.

I'm sure you'll understand, and I wait your decision.

Dark Empire Medal Award to the Emperor's Hammer Fleet Commander: 07.02.03
As Emailed From: GA Destavol Gin/FC/Navy/SSD Hood/DE

Dark Empire Jewel of the Empire (JoE) Medal

<SALUTE>

Greetings fellow Dark Empire members. Today is a special day. One of great importance. Through out the Dark Empire's struggle to become an active club again, there has been one man that has always stuck by us and allowed us to use the EH's materials. Through thick and thin he has not let us down. I have been granted permission by the Emperor and Lord to personally award this medal to him. From Grand Admiral to Grand Admiral.

Thank you Mr. Ronin. For your continued services to the Dark Empire, we would like to award you with our finest medal. It is called the Jewel of the Emperor. It is a finely crafted jewel. Colored in crimson and black this is most definitely a great award. It is a true pleasure to give this to you Grand Admiral. You have been one of the soul men in the Dark Empire's rebirth. This is a thank you from the Emperor, Lord and my self.

*Destavol hands Ronin a golden box with the lid open displaying the jewel.* Mr Ronin. You are truly a man we all look up to. Thank you and I hope the DE and EH can continue to compete and grow from each others experiences.

Now, the Jewl of the Emperor is abbreviated JoE. So if you want to put it in your ID line display it as that. We will also be making you a dossier on out site with a Fleet Commander's uniform and the EH logo on the left soldier (so people don't get us mistaken hehe). The jewel will be placed on the uniform and in the medals box. Once again thanks Ronin.

Signed respectfully

GA Destavol Gin/FC/Navy/SSD Hood/DE
{BS - DE} {SS - DE}

Fleet Commander's Note:

Although I accept this award thankfully, in the interests of full disclosure, people should note that the submitter is our own beloved Lord Ambassador (RA Destavol) who also happens to be 3rd in command of the DE... :)

The XO's Apology: 07.04.03
As Submitted From: Executive Officer (SA Astatine)

Office of the XO

Recently, information has been going around, information that I said. It was information that I'd mistakenly assumed would be kept in confidence. However, the context and content of what was said was
inappropriate and unprofessional on my part. It was an unfortunate incident and I am sorry if anyone was upset by what I said. It was not my intention to do so. The people I spoke about have, regardless of what I might think, contributed to the EH in their own way and they deserve better than what I said about them. I am sorry for any distress or disruption I may have caused the people specifically mentioned in what I said or to the EH as a whole.

The High Court of Inquisitors ruled today as follows...

Verdict : Case 193
Date: 7/5/03 11:13:03 AM Eastern Daylight Time
From: parejean@videotron.ca

In case 193 the defendant XO Astatine is found Guilty on both accounts.

Sentencing is as followed :

1) Astatine made his public apology so that was part of the sentencing, good thing it's already done.

2) He is to take a vacation/forced leave of absence of 2 weeks starting today in which someone else will have to fill in on his duties. During that time he is to reflect on his actions so that they never happen again. (Ending July 19th 2003)

3) He is to be banned from IRC for a month (ending August 5th 2003)

4) He is also ordered never to have anymore communications with the rDB (or other enemies of the EH) As second in command of the club it's unacceptable that he communicates with the enemy.

Case 193 closed.

Flight Office

Greetings all and welcome to this week's report from the Flight Office -

News-

- I still have the two Flight Office competitions running. The first of these is the new FO Link banner and FO Site banner comp. The main banner can be of any size, and the link banner should be similar in size to the current one (you don't have to submit for both). Submissions should be zipped and send to spellfire@btinternet.com by tomorrow at the latest.

The second competition is your chance to write my own history in the form of the INPR. They can be humorous or serious, but should be in good taste. The deadline for submissions is Sunday 13th July (send to the address above).

Rewards will range from the Iron Star - Gold Ribbon down to the Iron Star - Bronze Ribbon. Particularly good entries may warrant a merit award.

- The new Wing Commander for XX on the ISD Subjugator has been selected and approved. Congratulations go out to the former Nemesis CMDR, Major TK-7764!

- Another Flag Officer change...Major Devin Taralis, WC of the Vth has unfortunately been removed due to loss of contact over the past several weeks. If anyone has heard from him recently, please let myself and Admiral Proton ( Hullbreach@warpmail.net ) know.

AD Proton has selected a new Wing Commander to take his place...congratulations to the Colonel Gen Es'mith! Gen is a hugely experienced Officer, having held a WC's position previously, and is a fine choice to lead the Wing. Congrats!

- Major Turr Phennir has decided to step down as Praetorian Commander and take up a FM's position in the Squadron. Both myself and SDIR/VA Mordann are sorry to see him go, he was a fine Commander for the Squadron. In recognition for his work, we've agreed to promote him to the rank of Lieutenant Colonel.

We've also agreed on his replacement - congratulations go out to Colonel Andrzej Mezynski! The Colonel is a veteran of the Squadron, and we have high hopes for him & the Squadron over the coming months.

- Two lots of congratulations to the Tactical Officer, Admiral Marcin: The first for overseeing the addition of 3000 missions to the EH Compendium, and second for his promotion to the rank of Fleet Admiral. Congrats!

Marcin is on leave for a couple of days while he attends this year's EHPL Meeting. I hope those of you who are going have a good time!

- Some recent HCI events of note:

Case 192 - Empire vs Zeth Durron.
Zeth was found guilty of cheating (407 violation) and the appropriate punishment served.

Per-Aa, recently found guilty of numerous infractions by the High Court, has been expelled for (serious) violation of his parole terms.

Case 193 - Empire vs Astatine
Our XO has been found guilty of 404 & 407 violations and punishment served ( http://www.minos.net/~moreco/hci/news.php ). Since the evidence pertains in some degree to myself, I think it would be remiss not to comment that his forced apology is accepted, and I'm glad he recognizes that some us contribute to the EH in our "own way". If you require clarification, catch me on IRC (nick `MortE).

INTERNET OFFICE REPORT #98
July 4 , 2003

Internet Office News

Well, plenty of big news this week. Lots of new exciting things happening in the IO now. Congrats to Alex Foley on his promotion to MAJ for his activity this week. In addition to the following, he will also be working on The Fringe's new site.

Alex Foley created a brand new site design for the SquadFirst site, but it's release has been delayed. Particularly because of the development of the next generation of SquadFirst-based websites: SquadFirst+. This major upgrade will completely redo the database structure so as to permit larger units, all the way up to Battlegroup, to create sites with - and even non-TC sites, such as a site for your DB Clan or HF Detachment! Also, you will be able to have multiple users, to allow access to various people different levels of access. SF+ will hopefully have additional modules/features for you to put in, too, plus maybe some new themes.

Alex Foley has organized another new service for the EH. Using the source code from www.pastebin.com, he has created the brand new EH Code Collaboration (CC) site at http://code.minos.net, with help from Xander Drax on a great design. The CC is a place for you to post any code you're having trouble with and have your fellow PHP developers help you work out the bugs! Just make sure to include any comments about what's wrong at the top!

I'm also happy to announce that the planning stages of EH Wargames are nearly over. Today marks the beginning of the CODING STAGE. After some heated debate about which type of database we will use, I have concluded that PostgreSQL will best suit our needs. I am also putting out the call for ALL PHP DEVELOPERS in the EH. We need coders! You should have at least some experience with creating database-driven applications. Don't worry if you're not familiar with PGSQL - it's very similar to MySQL in terms of actual syntax, and the differences aren't hard to learn. If you're interested in helping out with PHP coding of EH Wargames, send an e-mail to ari@tiecorps.org with how long you've been coding PHP, when/how you can be contacted (especially on IRC), along with any and all example sites you can give with your work. Not everyone will be accepted, because there are certain levels of experience we may need. Please do apply, though!

However, I do want to encourage all PHP developers to send me an e-mail anyway with their skills and experience, so as to create an informal developer's network. That way whenever I need to contact someone to do a PHP project, I can have email addresses readily available. So please, even if you're not interested in EHW, e-mail ari@tiecorps.org.

Some more technical things about EHW for those interested, VA Reb Crush has set up a CVS (Concurrent Versioning System) workframe so as to make it easier for multiple coders working on different parts of code. Since he has experience with working with multiple coders on one project, he will be heading up the code management.

Iron Stars, Competitions & Competition Numbers

A few points about competitions and the resulting awards. As I have mentioned for many weeks, if you do not add the competition number I will deny the recommendation out of hand. Secondly, please make sure you put the right competition number as I do check and will reject the recommendation if the competition number given is wrong. Finally, I must reiterate that you are only allowed to recommend the awards listed on the competition form for the activity listed, anything else will be denied. Additionally, if you run a competition and only a few people take part you shouldn't arbitrarily lower the awards from, for example, an IS-SW to an IS-BW.

As the title suggests, this website lists the recipients of the Emperor's Hammer Medal of Honor. It can be found here ( http://www.minos.net/~ops/hoeh/index.htm ). In the future it is hoped that the page can be expanded to cover why each recipient gained their Medal of Honor.

<SALUTE>

Apologies for not sending in a report last week, I was out partying most of the time with friends during the Canada Day holidays. Anyways, on to EH business...

I've upgraded the phpBB software used to run the EH Forums to 2.0.5, and have applied an additional security patch. The upgrade to v2.0.5 brings many bug fixes, and a few minor security fixes. The extra security patch applied to the forums corrected another minor security issue which popped up recently. In addition to the upgrade I have made some minor cosmetic tweeks to the forum style templates. I am currently in the process of procuring new icons, and designing a new layout for the forums to make it more EH like, and less subSilver/old-IO site like.

One of my eggdrop bots "Chewie" (primarily used for BHG Kabal channels), has been offline for several days now due to problems at the hosting company it is located on. It seems that UnixRules.net decided to change IP's and ran into problems with their domain registrar. I don't have access to the new IP's yet, so I cannot bring back Chewie right now to affected channels. I am sorry for the inconvenience, but there is nothing I can do about it right now.

I have added a batch of Hammer's Fist logs sent to me by Lander. They can be found here: http://theholo.net/logs/listlogs.php?c=8. As you can see I am still missing quite a few, so if anybody knows where I could find some more HF logs I'd be most appreciative. I have also begun to add TIE Corps meeting logs to the Logs site, they can be found here: http://theholo.net/logs/listlogs.php?c=9. I am still looking for people who can attend SG meetings and send me logs. Interested persons should email me at io@absolutek.ca.

My new laptop CPU has still not arrived (probably due to the holiday last week), but I have been assured it was shipped Monday. I expect it early next week (or the people I bought it from will learn the true meaning of the Dark Side... Muhahahahahaha...).

Logistics Officer Report
July 4, 2003
Vice Admiral Darknyte

Here we go again, yet another crme filled and sugar encrusted edition of the LO's Report! Be sure to brush after you consume this report, we don't need to see everyone's teeth rotting out of their heads and such. ::straightens his uniform:: Man, this uniform makes me feel like strong, brute man Mr. Hat...err, sorry...the South Park movie is on in the background, kinda got sidetracked by hearing the F-bomb on network TV...it's freaky.

This week has seen quite a bit of work done in this office, just all behind the scenes and not readily apparent to the EH at large. The IHS structure is still being fleshed out by myself and my CA, already I've had 3 people apply and two are now officially accepted. CM Bryan and RA Destavol Gin are whole-heartedly welcomed to the EH IHS, research assignments will be given out soon. The third applicant is pending review by this office, a decision will be made shortly.

Research started this week for the EH Memorium site, my CA has put his feelers out in the EH and is trying to compile data on any EHer who's fallen in service to the Fleet. If anyone knows of an EHer who's passed on while a member of this club, please email the LO and CA:LO with any information you have so that we can honor him/her properly.

The Codex update is almost complete, I have quite a bit of information to add/change in the Codex and I shall get it completed this week, work has already begun and astute viewers might have already noted some minor changes. Also, due to information I received from Val Ricaud I would like to clarify his entry in the Codex. I've not yet changed it, but he's informed me (and I confirmed it) that the former LO who last updated the Codex bore a grudge against him and put DEMOTED by his name in the Admiralty list as a jab at him when in reality Ricaud stepped down and asked to be demoted. I will be changing his entry to reflect that he was not demoted from his Admiralty rank, that he chose to leave it behind and go back to the Line ranks. On behalf of the Office, I apologize to you Val. Thanks for bringing this to my attention, I'll get it fixed for you.

That's really about it for this week, so until we meet again I'm your tour guide DJ Phatty McFresh saying keep it real, homies! WEST SIIIIIIIIIIIIIDE!

RO Report # 15: 07.05.03
As Emailed From: Reconnaissance Officer (VA Joe)

Recon Office

<Salute>

Greetings from the RO Office!! Happy Fourth of July to all Americans out there! ;) Yeah I'm a day late, but being police officer during the 4th proved to be a challenge to say the least. I was called in early, and didn't get home till at least 4:30 am. Anyways, on to the report.

I have all the letters typed up to send to the following actors/actress:

Natalie Portman
Harrison Ford
Samuel L. Jackson
James Earl Jones
Hayden Christensen

I was trying to go with a personalized letter, but after I wrote a few of the letters, I noticed I was basically writing the same thing. Adding a few personal touches here and there and using a basic format seemed like a better idea.

Now I get to work on the interviews. I have my mind set on about 10 questions. Mostly general stuff, but a few, more personal questions. ( I don't think I can get NP's number Ast, sorry ;P )

One question I had for the CS members (and SGCOMS), For any of the people listed above, if you could send me ONE question you would like me to ask them, I'll do my best to incorporate them into the interview list. Now keep in mind that I have no idea if we will get a response at all. This is a shot in the dark, but one that's worth it.

Once I get the interview page all ready for each person, I'm sending it via certified letter to each individual. Hopefully it will get noticed enough to put it on top of the fan mail pile. :P We can only hope.

Now, one OTHER thing for the CS-types. Of all the SW actors/actresses from any of the movies, who would YOU like to see me send a letter to next? I need five more people for my next set. So go ahead and reply to this report or just send me a private email with your suggestion.

The last thing I have, but certainly not the least. I would like everyone to welcome the newest Command Attache` to the Recon Officer, Rear Admiral Shay'la DuKahn Ludsorkim. She has been a ROA for a long while, and finally stepped up to help out. Congrats on her promo to RA. :)

Okay, onto the SW news!

SW Trooper Helmets are High Fashion
Sun, Jun 29, 03 09:25:25 AM EDT

Just when you thought you'd seen it all, a Japanese designer dressed his models in Biker Scout & Clonetrooper helmets for a fashion show in Paris on June 28th, 2003. Junya Watanabe creations are for Comme des Garcons's Spring/Summer 2004 Men's fashion show. This man deserves an honorary membership of the 501st (maybe he's already a member). LucasArts Claim Most Successful Launch Ever
Thu, Jul 03, 03 08:55:32 PM EDT

(( RO Disclaimer: Please note that I, nor most of the other EH's who play SW Galaxies wouldn't agree with the claim "Most Successful Launch ever". Just so everyone knows the truth. ;P ))

This press release was issued today from LucasArts:

LUCASARTS' STAR WARS GALAXIES(tm): AN EMPIRE DIVIDED(tm) EXPERIENCES MOST SUCCESSFUL MMO LAUNCH EVER
Player Community Shows Unprecedented Growth One Week After Launch; First In-Game Community Event To Be Held This Friday

SAN RAFAEL, Calif. and SAN DIEGO - July 3, 2003 - LucasArts' Star Wars Galaxies: An Empire Divided, the first Star Wars massively multiplayer online (MMO) game, experienced unprecedented success in its first week of availability, garnering more than 125,000 users and receiving accolades from gaming press and players alike.
To celebrate the successful launch of Star Wars Galaxies: An Empire Divided, the development team will hold its first coordinated in-game community building event this Friday, July 4. Planned to coincide with America's Independence Day celebration, the team is encouraging players to commemorate the Star Wars holiday of Unification Day by creating and launching fireworks within the game at predetermined locations every hour. More information about this Friday's Unification Day celebration can be found at www.starwarsgalaxies.com

"As evidenced by the incredible player turnout during the first week, the launch of Star Wars Galaxies: An Empire Divided was the single most successful introduction of an MMO to date," says Simon Jeffery, president of LucasArts. "The game has broken all previous records for first week subscription totals, which bodes very well for the ongoing success of the game."

"Star Wars Galaxies: An Empire Divided is the fastest selling MMO in history," says John Smedley, president, Sony Online Entertainment. "We're ecstatic to be in a position with Star Wars Galaxies: An Empire Divided where we can begin to offer events, such as the Unification Day celebration, so soon after launch. Throughout the development and into the launch of the game, the community has continued to grow stronger and more supportive and these types of events are a way for us to say 'thank you' to our players."

The Star Wars Galaxies development team is working on a variety of new features, such as player-owned ground vehicles and player cities, along with substantial new content to be added on a regular basis throughout the coming months.

GM Report #8: 07.05.03
As Emailed From: Grand Master of the Dark Jedi Brotherhood (HA Priyum)

The Dark Brotherhood of Jedi

Greetings All,

Report time again :)

First off a couple of DC announcements...

DJM Shadonyx has stepped down as Chancellor due to personal reasons and has requested that Dark Jedi Knight Reb Crush replace him. I see no reason to deny this so as of today all CHAN requests should go to him. Congrats Reb Crush, do Shadonyx and the rest of us proud.

Dark Side Adept Kaden Nightwolf has also stepped down as Herald. Right now I am not accepting applications as I have someone in mind for the job but until I hear if he wants it or not I'm not going to announce it.

Second off the GM Comp.

As of right now you have a week to get your submissions in for the GM Comp. Find me a throne, tell me how you found it and gimme a picture of it and you could win one of these fabulous prizes...

The first place winner will take home this beautiful shiny new Emerald Dagger to call your very own as long as we don't have to take it away cause you were poking holes in your clan mates.

Our Second place winner will receive a Sapphire blade so maybe he/she can go spar with the first place winner.

And Third place will receive a Grand Cross so maybe he/she can protect themselves from the other two.

All other participants will receive a Steel Cross

How can I do this you ask? I'm the Grand Master that's how. It's my new chair and anyone and everyone who participates gets something and gets an invite to the after show party so you can all stare at me sitting in my new chair.

I'm getting a bit tired of sitting on that rickety folding chair that Darkov found in some closet so get those submissions in.

Lastly,

Now on to something a little serious. Recently it has come to my attention that people are keeping me out of the loop for some reason. If you have a complaint, a wish, a desire, a gripe, or you just want to talk about an idea... I'm available and I want to help. DJP Astatine is not the go to guy, he's very busy and while he does know a lot about the DB I would really rather hear it first and then if necessary involve him so that he can get certain projects done for me that I need done. I want to hear from all of you about anything, anytime I'm online I'm most likely available unless I've been called to a meeting at work or something.

In conclusions, I can't know whats going on if you don't tell me. If you have any problem at all thats not getting solved or you see something you don't like let me know.

thanks all

Report:

A lot going on this week with the HF.

`Most of it revolving around Operation Unity. It had a rather odd beginning, that had a few bumps (the take over of the HF channel). But overall message board participation is the highest I've seen it in a long while and everyone seems to be enjoying themselves. Hopefully the activity will be equally as high when the next op starts.

`I proposed the idea of having a ground support unit and talked with the HF GS about this, and support seems to be 40% good and 60% bad. The biggest problem people have is the HF doesn't have the man power to support such a unit, so it will be placed on the back burner for the time being.

`The CRO is stepping up his research in the HF's past...."If any member's of the Hammer's Fist would like polls, surveys or reports on any subject in the HF history please feel free to make a request to Lander."

And finally, I am trying to round up all the old school members of the HF that left for whatever reason and are know ready to come back, we need experienced leaders now more then ever and ofcourse I still am looking for newbies that will be the experienced leaders of tomorrow.

K A R A N A S Y S T E M

Fleet Admiral NiksaVel was sleeping at his desk. He collapsed sometime during the night.

A pleasant metallic voice of the computer system voke him up at exactly 0600 hours.

"Good Morning Admiral! You have 1784 new holonet messages waiting. You also have 79 direct holonet communications to the Renegade which require your personal attendance. You have the senior IW command staff meeting in one hour. You are late five hours late with your weekly report to the High Command."

"I would also like to remind you that you have promised to hold a lecture about Imperial Infiltration tactics at the Imperial Weapons and Tactics School at 1100 hours."

"Regular inspection of the Warspite squadrons are scheduled for 1500 hours today."

Fleet Admiral NiksaVel blinked twice trying to figure out who he is, where he is and what is that noise coming from his desk.

"Give me five more minutes..." - and he closed his eyes just a bit longer.

Greetings from the office of the Infiltrator Wing Commander!

We have a bit of an offline time with the Infiltrator Wing main domain site while it is going a routine maintenance by the Infiltrator Wing Systems Engineer. There is no reason to worry.

IWTAC: Project Rejuvinate

The Infiltrator Wing Tactical Office is launching it's latest activity project, aimed at expanding the Infiltrator Wing's base of custom missions.

All mission designers should report to the IWTAC ( iwtac@infiltrator-wing.com ).

News from around the Corporate Division;

The search for a new name for the Cosmic Holonet Corporation and Fleet Imaging Corporation merged corporation continues. At the moment, names such as Fleet Holonet Corporation (FHC) and Auroran Technology Enterprises (ATE) are possibilities... but we are currently still looking for other possible names. If you submit a series of valid, well thought out names for this new corporation, I will happily award you with a Medal of Achievement. It doesn't have to contain 'Corporation' in the name, that's just something that the current three corporations have in common and is just coincidence.

With VA Leeson having completed the Credit section of the new CDMAN for me, thanks alot for that Lee, the CDMAN is very near to completion. It's taken longer than expected but will be finished very soon.

Currently, the Trade Assembly, the core of the Corporate Division stands at 43 members. I'd like to see this number increase as we move into the next generation for the Corporate Division. As I mentioned in my last report, the Meritorious Conduct Award (MCA) will be awarded to any member that recruits someone new into the Division, with that member completing their Training and becoming assigned to a corporation.

Now, a note about reports. This week, the number of reports submitted by Direx Board members and Chief Executive Officers has been disgusting. I'm going to mention this one more time, nicely... CEO's report should be submitted and added to the CDDB every THURSDAY, with Direx Board members having theirs done by FRIDAY. I want to see an improvement next week.

DP Report #129: 07.04.03
As Emailed From: Dark Prince (Trench)

The Bounty Hunters Guild (BHG)

CURRENT ROSTER COUNT: 453

Sirs,

I want to announce the resumption of a BHG history project first. This project was spurred by word from the XO of an EH Encyclopedia. Now, the BHG has had a timeline made in the past, but it had not been updated in some time. So, when word came of the Encyclopedia, I asked Reaver, one of our older members, to be my Historian and compile as many things as possible for the BHG history project.

After compiling some things, Reaver was unfortunately called away from us due to the fact that he is a full-time member of the military.

But thanks to the efforts of Specialist Skorbacca, the project moved forward. Of his own accord Skorbacca has been updating the timeline so that it is now current, and he continues to make more updates every week.

(Check it out at http://holonet.thebhg.org/index.php?module=2&page=timeline.)

Now I have asked Krail, another BHG veteran, to pick up where Reaver left off and to write the BHG's history into an exciting story version (as opposed to a timeline) with an eye on the Encyclopedia as well as other things. I'm very excited about this.

Meanwhile, Cyclone's CRA, Korbane Ashoka, has been promoted to Chief. Congratulations to him -- I can say from personal knowledge that he is an excellent hunter, and I'm sure he'll succeed there.

Coursca and Ehart will be updating KA hunts this weekend, and will be starting KAG 18 as soon as they've finished the website for it.

Finally, Koral has just completed an eminently useful project: he has written a script to hold the BHG Library and make it much more user-friendly and workable. For this he is being praised widely, and I'd love to join in that praise.

This Library, as well as other, smaller bits of BHG news, can be found at your one stop for everything BHG, http://holonet.thebhg.org.

Intelligence Division (ID)

Report of the Supreme Director #7 - 04/07/03

Roster Count: 72

(UBIQ/INTORG/BOO/ANLY/PLEX/PRAE)

1. Bureau Liaison Director Vacant

With Aserets promotion Im now looking for a new BLDR. Applicants must be experienced both in a command capacity as Bureau Directors and in the practical aspects of the trade as operatives, with a wide knowledge of the different types of EH Intelligence operations. Applicants must hold the rank of Lieutenant Colonel or higher, within the Intelligence Division. Applications should be sent to sdir@ehintel.org and jediaseret@yahoo.com NB The new BLDR should be announced shortly, probably on Sunday at the ID meeting so get applications in fast.

If you're waiting for your General test to be marked possibly the LEAST constructive thing you can do is to then go through the AoT and submit as many of the other tests as you can - if a trainee sends 6-10 tests in while he waits for the General test to be graded the only effect it will have is that it'll take 6-10 times longer to grade them...

c) If you've submitted the General test then please email me - sdir@ehintel.org - and I'll assign you to a Bureau, where I assure you there is plenty of work to be done.

3. Agents Com-link

I have loads of stuff lying around which could be assembled into a reasonable looking Com-link (Intels newsletter) so hopefully a new edition will be released before the month is out. If you have anything which you feel would make a nice addition to the Com-link (please feel free to produce new stuff too) send it to me at sdir@ehintel.org and youll receive something delightful and shiny (also known as a medal).

4. Plexus Bureau

Plexus Bureau is very low on numbers and may have to be closed down. If youre interested in this aspect of Intel (html, graphics etc) get in touch with me. As it stands next week may bring the closure of Plexus Bureau, at least for the time being.

5. Recruitment

The Intelligence Division is still actively recruiting. If youd like more information about the Intelligence Division please go here:

http://www.ehnet.org/mb/viewtopic.php?t=6690

or alternatively email me at sdir@ehintel.org. If anyone already within the Division can think of someone who they reckon would make a great agent then please recommend them to me and Ill get in touch. (Dont approach them yourself unless youre a BUDR or above though).

6. INTORG Recruitment Season

INTORG is looking for new members. We will be recruiting until 30/06/03. You can find my initial requirements here

http://www.ehnet.org/mb/viewtopic.php?t=6989.

Of course INTORG is elite and were very fussy so even if you meet the requirements you may not get in. But if youve been a good loyal member of the EH you never know

7. SDIR Leave

Just to give you guys some advanced notice Ill be on leave between the 12th and the 31st of July.

-Diplomacy seems to be getting underway quite well... I've heard nothing but good news about its progress so far. Hopefully it will keep up its momentum.

-A new Directorate-wide competition will soon be out... all we're waiting on now is the XWA SP mission.

-The results of the Colonial Branch AWOL check are... disappointing, to say the least. Of the 27 members of the Colonial Branch, 7 responded, and only 6 are staying in active duty. As such, Deputy Grand Moff Monsh, High Moff Ironfist and I are going to be re-evaluating the structure of the Colonial Branch.

-Competitons: MoS Seal and E-Mail Banner, I believe the MoE is still running a graphics competition, and the Squadron 1 Ship Naming Competition.

It has been a quiet week. The MUD and Galaxies players have been busy playing, and except for a few initial problems with the servers being congested, it seems that Galaxies is doing alright. No problems reported with the MUD. RPG players are still hiding, as noone has stepped forward for any of the adventures being offered (one by the REG, one by myself). Happy 4th of July for all Americans out there. I got home very late, so my report will just be getting in. Firstly, Orv should be getting on this weekend. He had a couple projects due last week, hence we had no progress on the database, but I have actively been creating documents of what I need created. With all the possibilities I have with Orvs coding abilities, it has necessitated some manual revisions. So, that should take up the bulk of this report. I promise that these manual revisions will be uploaded this weekend (Dakkon needs something to do anyway). Note that whats said below are only the revisions, not the entire manual.

To start, therere only a few changes to the High Council descriptions. Actually, only CHS, M:STA and SPR have changed. The Minister of State is responsible for the appointment of Senators to planetary delegations if a Senator has not already approved a new applicant. It is his duty to closely monitor planetary activities and the amount of activity contributed by each delegate. Along with the Chancellor, he also writes Planetary Issues, writes the outcome of Planetary Legislation (which is a result of Planetary Issues), and changes the Planetary Description according to how a delegation votes on certain issues. All information pertaining to representation, planets, and delegations, or any problems thereof can be obtained from or brought to the Minister of State.

The Chancellor is the leader of the Imperial Senate, chosen by the Fleet Commander and Executive Officer. He appoints Senate leaders and has the authority to approve or deny Senate Legislation. Only the CHS, or anyone acting in his absence, may authorize an issue to be brought to the attention of the Senate. Its his responsibility to report weekly on the state of the Senate to the FC and XO, as well as releasing a Senatorial Address every month. He also assists the Ministry of State in writing Planetary Issues, the outcomes of Planetary Legislation, and the Planetary Descriptions. In the wider scheme of things, the Chancellor acts as the chief administrator of the Senate Complex, which includes the Senate Hall, Forum, Floor, and University. All Senate-wide competitions must receive CHS approval and awards above the Emblem of the Senate [EoS] are strictly distributed by the Chancellor.

The Senator Prime is the only elected position on the High Council. The duty of the SPR is to be the voice of the Senators to the High Council. It's his/her responsibility to maintain constant contact with all Senators and Representatives, ensuring that any concerns they have are voiced to the entirety of the High Council. The SPR also filters all member-based proposals that pertain to Senate competitions and/or existing legislation, posting only what he feels is pertinent and necessary with respect to Senate Issues. The Senator Prime is something of a majority leader, and the position presents a very strategic vantage point for parties.

Representation:

Planets are the basic organizational unit within the Imperial Senate. Each consists of a potential 7 delegates: 5 Representatives and 2 Senators. The latter are selected by the Minister of State out of any delegation within the Imperial Senate. A Senator does not have to be limited to the planet he represented before his/her appointment, but placement is ultimately dependent on the amount of vacancies on a given planetthe same applies to Representatives. High Council members and aides, while not able to represent
a planet, are still listed on their planet of origin.

Senator:

A Senator is responsible for his delegation in Senate legislative activities as well as finding new delegates for admission. Along with his fellow Senator, he is constantly to monitor the Legislation Docket, voting according to his delegations opinion produced as a result of a Senate competition. If two Senators are not in agreement, the Planet will be considered in abstention. He may contact newly graduated Representatives, lobby them to join a specific party, and attempt to mold the planets political majority to suit party purposes. The position of Senator is perhaps the most interesting and enjoyable one in the Senate for the reason of Senate Legislation, and this provides reason for Representatives to strive to obtain it.

A Senator is also to keep in mind the opinion of the general population (according to the Planetary Analysis Record and/or systems manual description). Hence, if two Senators arent considering their populations stance on certain issues, theyre to eventually be removed. This presents a difficult obstacle for Senators. A planet like Aurora Prime, for example, is a staunch authoritarian and conservative planet, whereas a planet like Hiran, which is a Democratic Parliament, is comprised of some 50 million reformists and libertarians. More complex issues, such as those that deal with morality, justice, and ethics, might even be brought to question and weighed above political and economic concerns by the representatives of Kathel. For Lyccos II, on the other hand, profit precedes moral and ethical concerns. A Senator is of course expected to speak in regards to Senate issues prior to voting, as well drafting bills or resolutions in conjunction with their delegation and party.

A Senator also has the option of writing Global Dispatches to display in the planetary profile. This informs the Senate of daily planetary occurrences, and also provides a side-hand activity for the occasional pauses between Senate and Party-level competitions. The Senators are charged with maintaining activity among the delegation, keeping contact with Representatives, and reporting to the Minister of State. Also included in
the planetary profile is the Planetary Issues section, a side-hand activity where delegates are charged with handling day-to-day Imperial/Emperors Hammer problems or occurrences on their planet. Additionally, its desired that Senators regularly submit to the Senatorial Address with things such as political opinions and current events.

Representative:

Representative is the lowest obtainable position within the Senate achieved immediately after graduation from the Imperial University. He/she submits an application to whatever planet he/she wishes to join, and the Senators from that planet will review his/her University records before acceptance. If a Representative does not submit an application within one week of graduation, the Minister of State will find a suitable delegation for placement.

A Representative hoping to become a Senator must first achieve the title of Candidate, but isnt limited to the planet he/she represents. There are certain levels of commitment required of certain planets; for example, Aurora Prime would be considered the most prestigious and difficult of all planets to obtain Senatorship, and is usually comprised entirely of Senate veterans. Kathel, however, is the pinnacle of intellectual achievement within the Senate, consisting mostly of University faculty and academics. Each planet might have its own appeal to each member, and its suggested that Representatives research their planets thoroughly before submitting an application.

In order to avoid the typical confusion of Senate-wide activities, Senators will be the only ones permitted to speak on behalf of their delegation in Senate Issues and Legislation. However, this does not preclude Representatives from participating in the creation of planetary legislation and open forum debates. Mostly, however, Representatives will be participating on the Party-level until they muster the experience to contend with Senators and High Councilors in Senate run-ons, fiction competitions, and debates (although theyre permitted to). A Representative, like Senators, has the option of Party leadership that would quickly elevate his/her stature among Senate peers. It would increase his/her eligibility for promotion, Senatorship, or if he/she exhibits a specific talent, Aide or Vice Minister.

Along with Senators, the Representative is charged with addressing Planetary Issues (located in the Planetary Profile). Each issue requires a 3/4th vote of the delegation, and if approved, depending on what the issue dealt with, it will be ordained as Imperial statute and will subsequently effect future issues, the planetary description, and possibly Senate Issues. This is the primary activity for Representatives until they become a Senator.

Titles:

The Imperial Senate has a system of Titles that allow Senators to advance in stature. Some titles are given upon promotion, while others are given after a certain amount of time and persistence. Upon a position promotion, some Senators may keep their current title until they have proved themselves worthy of the minimum title of their position. The maximum title is given as a guide, and some exceptional Senators in various positions may be promoted higher than the titles their position allows.

Upon resignation from a position, members are permitted to keep their title, i.e. if a Party Leader resigns and he has earned the title Premier, he is allowed to remain as a Premier, rather than being demoted to the position he had prior to appointment, but with certain restrictions. If a Party Leader or higher resigns having only held their position for under four months, they will revert back to the rank they held prior to their position promotion. For High Councilors, if theyve resigned within that four-month period but demonstrated a clear amount of dedication and work, they may be given the title of Exarch.

The Minister of Records approves all promotions for Exarch and below, while the Chancellor handles all promotions of Vizier or higher.

Lord Ambassador Report #4: 07.05.03
As Emailed From: Lord Ambassador (RA Destavol)

EH Advanced Guard

Destavol had just gotten back from the Imperial Hospital last night. He had lost track of time and woke up to find his report was late. He jumped out of the bed and got on his holocomputer. "I better make this a good one" he said to him self as he began to type.

<SALUTE>

Greetings fellow Ambassador's and Envoy's of the Advanced Guard. Its time for my weekly report. I apologize for the lateness of this report. Unfortunately I was passing a kidney stone yesterday, and the drugs they had me on pretty much wiped my memory of the date. How ever Mr. Ronin has accepted my excuse and I hope the rest of you will as well. Now moving on to the AG news.

This week every one has been assigned to a club. Only a few of you have done it. Which disappoints me. Remember. I have given you only so much time to do it. If you don't have me that info by then, consider your self out of a job. Unless you come to me with a good excuse. Guy's, WE are the Ambassador's of the EH. WE are the ones who keep are external security alive. Like the intelligence division, we are the eyes and ears of the Fleet Commander. With out are information of oncoming betrayals or attacks, the EH is blind. How ever I wont allow this to happen. Not as long as I am in my position. In big EH news are Executive Officer is not going to be removed from his position, just being placed on a leave. Ast, you deserve the break, bro. You work more for this club takes credit and I can fully understand why you are so angered with us when we don't do are jobs. Enjoy the leave sir. Now gentlemen, I ask that we do are jobs for now on.

There weren't any promotions or medals within the AG. Now I ask if you have been promoted within the week that you report it to me, so that I might add it in my report. Magister Nightmare is still on leave I believe. He needs to be back some time next week though. So if you are reading this Nightmare, please try and come in contact with me next week. Now every one. I need those club reports. I thank those of you who got them to me in a speedy way. For those of you who don't want to do your job, please just e-mail me and let me know you want to be removed from the AG. Your only hurting the unit as a whole by being lazy. So lets get to work guys!

An EH Member Checks In from Iraq: 06.28.03
As Emailed From: COM/VA Khameir Sarin/ISD Grey Wolf

(map from http://geography.about.com)

Greetings. It is a lucky day here in Iraq as we have internet access for the second day in a row. I thought I would send you an actual update of my scenario in Iraq, Pri said you like those sort of things.

I am a Second Lieutenant in the 3-502nd BTLN of the 101st Airborne. I am serving as an Infantry Platoon leader. During my time in Operation Iraqi Freedom I have traveled the entire length of Iraq by either Helicopter or Gun Truck (humvee). During the War fighting myself and my men were in engagements in every major battle the 101st fought. From Bartalla, to Najaf, to Baghdad.

Currently I am in Al Mawsil (or simply Mosul) Iraq. This is a northern city that is split between Kurds and Arabs. Our operations now consist of police work, protection of the UN food places, rebuilding schools, rebuilding water and sewage ways, and building a friendship with the Iraqi people. There are still Fedayeen Terrorist running around, but we conduct operations daily to crack down on them.

I have learned a life's lesson while being over here for three months. I have witnessed the horrible action is of the Saddam Regime (Bombs stored in Kindergartens that were in use) and have seen the awesome effect of our forces on the enemy. I have been shot at and have shot at people. An interesting thing for a 25 year old.

Currently we are looking forward to coming home in August or September and I am looking forward to returning to the TC and EHDB. I actually miss the TC and the relaxation of playing games quite a bit! Currently I am trying to recruit some of my men into the club, heh.

Well that is all from here. Take care and thanks for fixing my SW Sarin from the rogue DB to the EH DB.

Matt

Tactical Office Report #95
by TAC/AD Marcin Szydlowski #3203
( pbmike@go2.pl )

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Introduction

Hello Emperor's Hammer.

Today, I will introduce two new sections to my report, that will make it much longer. XO ordered that all CS reports include roster and links. So I will make it so :)

This was another hectic week for me. However I have managed to release few battles and free missions (uploading them as we speak). Thank to hard work of my staff, new battles are being release all the time. I am also happy because I have received many new submissions for all 4 platforms we use. That's very good. I expect to see more soon.

What's more. RA Philo managed to finish TFW Tutorial. I will upload it to tutorials database very soon (when I will find some time). This should help rookie TIE mission designers, who have problem with TFW, to create their own simple missions and learn more. You will find answers to all your basic questions there, and I am sure you will be able to make your own missions, after this tutorial. Good job Philo.

As for Tactical Staff. It constantly grows. Our new TCCs, Styles and Apophis Kuma, are working at 110% to make TAC3K even closer. It is only 29 missions away, and I expect it to be hit this weekend. So stay tuned for more info.

Tactical Database back online and working

I think I have finally fixed all bugs and problems with Tactical Database. I have updated some old code and made changes to the links, so they should now be correct. In case of any problems with it, just mail me.

CA:TAC Appointed

Approved by GA Ronin and HA Priyum, LC Philo has been appointed as Command Attach to Tactical Officer and promoted to the rank of Rear Admiral. Serving previously as Tactical Coordinator for TIE Fighter, he did great job. He has my full confidence, and I am sure he will do great. Congrats once again.

Tactical Manual v3.0 - 10% done

I have almost finished writing chapter 2. This takes long, because I have decided to completely write it. Former TACs were just updating it, making it long, useless and full of old stuff. And there are a lot of new thing that we need to add and update. I am making it as .doc and it will be over 70 pages long, possibly biggest EH manual. Stay tuned for more info :)

EH Poland Meeting III: 11-14 July 2003

I have mailed domain article to GA Ronin. You can also check main EH message board for more info, or wait for GA Ronin to add this article to EH domain :) Also, you can mail me for more information. Cya there :)

New location of message boards

Minos is still down so our COMM decided to move message boards to new location. They are available here. Make sure to update your favorites :)

Mission Creation Courses

Here are stats and urls for all mission creation courses:

TIE Mission Creation (TM) - 46 graduates
XvT Mission Creation (XTM/1) - 308 graduates
XvT Advanced Mission Creation (XTM/2) - 113 graduates
XWA Mission Creation (XAM) - 7 graduates
TCC:TIE, LC Philo is also planning next version of Tie mission designing (TM/2). Vetaran TIE mission designers, feel free to email him with your ideas and suggestions. :)

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
TAC3K countdown!
Tactical Database is now working properly, so new battles this week. We need only 29 to reach TAC3K! Good work Tactical Staff, keep it up!
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

New course proposed to Training Officer

I have proposed new IWATS course to Training Officer. Tactical Staff course (TAC). It would contain basic and advanced mission on how to be good testers, engineer, coordinator and head coordinator. It will also explain different options of Tactical Database. It will be required when applying on every Tactical Office position. Right now I am waiting on Training Officer, to reply and tell me what he thinks about this idea.

Tactical Office Person of the Week:

Congrats to Frodo, on being TAC's PotW. As nominated by TCC:XvT:

So I have to recommend that RA Frodo be my person of the week this week having done the most in the shortest amount of time. Sorry this report is late and is thrown together but all current. I will try to get it in by Thursday next week. This concludes this weeks report. I will get a better format next time.

Flight Office

- News-

- First off, obviously, I've changed the format and presentation of the FO report at the Fleet Commander's suggestion. I hope High Admiral Ari doesn't mind, but I've pinched his swank design :P

- Congratulations to the new Commodore of the ISD Subjugator, Rear Admiral TK-2107! With his promotion, the position of Wing XX WC is now open to applications - details on the news page.

- I've started a small graphics competition open to all in the TIE Corps (including the CS). I basically need a new main banner for the Flight Office (any size) and a new link banner, similar to the one above. Entries should be zipped and sent to spellfire@btinternet.com. Awards will range from the Iron Star - Gold Ribbon down to Iron Star - Bronze Ribbon. Closing date for entries is Sunday 6th July.

- Lieutnenat Colonel Archon has decided to step down as Wing Commander of XIII on the Grey Wolf. He was a fine Flag Officer and we're saddened by his departure. Applications for a new WC are NOT yet being accepted, so don't send them in.

- Congratulations to Admiral Mell who has been named as the new Imperial Sovereign Protector (ISP)!

INTERNET OFFICE REPORT #97
June 27 , 2003

Internet Office News

Well, this week things are finally starting to pick up again! The first wave of EH.org graphics to be replaced was completed and sent to GA Ronin, who should be updating the site sometime soon. Drako, Xander Drax and Leeson are working on the second round which will eliminate all of Chi-Long's old graphics.

Also, some great news, MinosNIC will be coming back online - hopefully by today! The server is back up thanks to the hard work of AD Turtle and the DNS is now propagating. Your ISP should be receiving the new DNS info within 24 hours.

Drako has also been working on a project directly from GA Ronin. Alex Foley is back from leave and did a new site design to be used for a subgroup-size website. Leeson has been working on the CD site and updating it to work with XSL/XML data formatting.

And now, I'll give you folks some info on our IO-WO-FO-TO-COMM project. The name of the project hereto forth is EH Wargames (EHW). It is designed to be an EH-wide project, modeled after many, many different ideas from different games, such as ImpStorm, Star Wars Rebellion, and Starz! to name a few. Obviously, if I named them all, I'd give away too much information. I can guarantee you now: whatever your preconceptions of a wargame is like in the EH, this project is designed to shatter them. It's a totally different style of wargame designed to maximize the involvement of as many players that sign up. EHW is still currently heavily in planning stages and awaiting many, many stats and figures from people in The Fringe who are working on them. If you're good with numbers and RPG stats, please contact CGM Zem/AD Pel if you wish to offer your help. This project will take a long time to complete, though by the end of the summer, I hope to have at least 1/4 of the coding done. When we're ready to begin coding, I'll be asking for experienced PHP coders to help out.

Operations Office Report
27th June 2003.

Another quiet week at Operations Office. Very few medal requests, which is usual at the end of the month. This week there is one urgent reminder, and updates on the website/manual status.

Competitions - Please remember to add the competition # when submitting a medal request, I do check and without the competition number I will deny the request automatically. Also, unless otherwise authorised by myself and the TO, you are not allowed to award merit medals for a competition.

Operations Office Website - At time of writing the Operations Office Website and Manual are offline due to the MinosNIC problems. This should be resolved shortly. I have nearly completed a page of 'standing orders' for you to refer to. This includes various rulings such as not permitting Silver Stars to be awarded for flying, not allowing merit awards for FCHG/CR 'milestones' and a few miscellaneous uniform regulations.

Heroes of the EH - Finished, just waiting for the website issues to be resolved.

<SALUTE>

As you know by now, my main computer is down for the count due to CPU issues. So I'm not able to do as much as normal. Never the less, I have been busy with a few little side projects while I wait for my CPU delivery from UPS.

I recieved a zipfile with Hammer's Fist meeting logs from Lander this week. I am in the process of adding them to the Log Archive at http://theholo.net/logs/. Once they're done, I'll resume pulling TIE Corps meeting logs from dasb0t's logs. Seeing as how it is virtually impossible for me to attend every single sub group meeting, I am looking for people to log various subgroup weekly meetings, and email the log to me. This will help to keep the Log Archive current and up to date for all subgroups with weekly meetings. Anybody interested should email me at io@absolutek.ca with information on what SG meeting(s) that they attend on
a regular basis.

Other than that, I have been busy taking care of the forums (remember people, one word posts are a no-no :P), updating moderator lists, and tweeking the COMM eggdrops (dasb0t, silentone, and chewie) to run better.

As Emailed From: Science Officer (FA Ender mBind)

Science Office

"In quiet seas, every ship has a good captain."

<salute>

Welcome to my eighteenth public report as a Science Officer, unavoidably late... (Damn alien abductions ;) ) ...but I can explain all that:

Science Office News:

1. As some of you might have noticed, I disappeared for a few weeks without much notice. For this my excuses, real life can be harsh. What basically happened is that I had to move house quite suddenly, the old one getting demolished, and that my ISP got all bureaucratic on me (actually, they still are). Apparently if they promise 2 weeks max, they mean 2 months... because of admin... *strangles some random bureaucrats*. But anyway... they claim it'll be all up to regular operations in a week (...heard that one before - but ok.), till then I'll only be able to check my mail and do a bit of mIRC not upload new patches or anything.

2. Because of minos.net behaving very oddly (according to the latest news it should be back up tomorrow) the main SCO site has disappeared. No worries: the mirror at http://www.gimmie.tudelft.nl/homes/blok10b/ender/sco is still working (as far as I know, it was this afternoon :) ) and that has all the files and patches as well. As soon as I'm fully connected again I'll make
the needed updates to the main site

3. Main patching news is for the TIE CD (and the disk) pilots: AD Darkhill released the DOS version of the rebel and transport patches. The link you can find in his post on the slicing board.

4. During my absence, AD Darkhill improved the "Uber Project" even further *huggles Den*... which makes it even more frustrating that I can't release anything at the moment... but hang in there: this wonderful piece of coding is coming to a site near you this summer!

5. Not a lot of patching news besides ongoing OPT creation. The Torpedo Sphere is nearly textured, as is the CAP-2, known because the bounty hunter Bossk used it as his private craft. The TIE95/XvT/BoP version of the TIE Raptor and the TIE Lander are in final testing phases while the TIE Scout and TIE X1 have been modeled.

Science Office Status:

CA: Admiral Darkhill has taken care of SCO matters during my absence and managed to improve the Windows version of the "Uber Project" (yes, the DOS version is near ready) even more... it's at version 1.5 now - lets hope TAC gets his part done one day. *whips TAC some more*. He also made and released
the TIECD version of the rebel and transport flying patches.

SCOA: LC Shadd has returned from his leave and is back on the track of finding interesting sites and projects across the web... and Starshatter? More news in my next report.

SCOA: LT Kweeky has not been in contact with me yet since yesterday, so no updates yet.

Site: The Science Office site could be found at http://sco.minos.net or via the redirect http://scienceoffice.isCool.net but isn't at the moment...

Please use the mirror at
http://www.gimmie.tudelft.nl/homes/blok10b/ender/sco during this hiatus.

Science Office Projects:

Star Wars - Imperium: The project's goal is to modify the Starshatter game into a viable new platform for primarily the TIE Corps and Infiltrator Wing, perhaps branching out to other SGs as well. On hold for the moment.

XvT/BoP/TIE95 Ship patches: This project's goal is to add all the original and Order of Battle craft that are still "missing" from these games, like the SSD in TIE and XvT, the Medium Transport in all etc. This project is
drawing closer and closer to its end for especially TIE and XvT: started on BoP and made a few more craft to add.

Uber Project: While finished, it has already been updated by AD Darkhill to do even more! (Everyone poke the TAC to get his part done! >;) )

Finishing up:

I think that's it - If I've forgotten anything or if you have comments, suggestions or corrections, let me know via email or look us up at #sco. Don't forget that all the projects are described in more detail on the SCO
site.

(Use only mindb_ender@hotmail.com for official SCO mails.) or ICQ (9706474).

Preferably do not mail large files to me, but DCC them via IRC - I'm practically always online at #sco, #emperor's_hammer and #tiecorps using the nick MindB_ndr (or variations.)

All my SCO reports are available online as well: you could until recently reach them on the SCO site: http://www.minos.net/~sco/reports/index.html but they are on the TIE Corps site, CS reports, as well.

Until next time, good luck and have fun!

Logistics Officer Report
June 28, 2003
Vice Admiral Darknyte

Welcome to my report! First off, my apologies for the tardiness of my report. I got wrapped up with the life of Darkn'yte the Novice Artisan and completely lost all track of time yesterday. Needless to say, I will be making a stronger effort to monitor my usage of Galaxies so that I don't again miss doing a part of my duties.

Not a whole lot to report this week, but I do have a few things that need mentioning. First off, the LO site is finally online thanks to the efforts of MAJ Xander Drax. You can visit the new LO site @ http://www.cosmicholonet.org/lo The Codex is linked from the site as well as all 94 issues of the EH Newsletter. I encourage you all to take a trip over to the site and let me know of any comments, suggestions, or questions you may have about it.

With the site up we can finally begin to coordinate the IHS and keep a record of who's doing what and where online. Currently I'm unsure about the EH Encyclopedia's status. It was originally a project of Astatine, and I've heard he has again picked it up and decided to work on it. I'll get in contact with Astatine and find out if he's working on it, and how this office can help him.

RA Daniel Stephens is currently hard at work helping to update the Codex. I expect we should have it fully updated in around a week's time, until then just enjoy the inconsistencies and peculiarities of the version we have online. Again, anyone wishing to join the IHS should email myself and my CA and let us know what you'd be interested in researching. We got one person this week who wanted to join, let's see if we can't get a few more in the upcoming week.

That's about it for this week, the only other thing I have to say is that Galaxies rocks and if you're ever in on the Chilastra server on Naboo, be sure to look us up. The boys and I ran wild all over Naboo last night having a merry time killing things, getting knocked out, and just gawking at the amazing vistas that surround the city of Theed...the waterfall is magnificent.

<Salute>

Greetings!

It's the end of another week, time for the news. ;)

Finding time, and finding the right words for all the letters I'm typing up is harder than I first thought. But it is moving along, though rather slowly. I do have a list of who are the first five lucky Actors/Actresses that I'll be sending a letter/interview to:

Natalie Portman
Samuel L. Jackson
James Earl Jones
Harrison Ford
Ewan McGregor

Hey, why start off small when you can start off with a list like that? Obviously, Natalie Portmant is my main target, mostly because that's what the majority of the EH wants. >:P Though, I'd almost kill for an interview with Samuel L. Jackson, James Earl Jones, and Harrison Ford. You just cant get much bigger than those guys.. I have 3 days off in a row ( wow!) Sun-Tuesday, so I WILL be finishing these things up and pricing how much it would take to send them certified US Mail. Why send them in a regular envelope if I can send them in a way they will get noticed a lot easier? ;)

I am going to announce my CA within the next few days. I have had a lot of applicants surprisingly. I have been very fair and looked at each one individually. The decision mostly rested on who I know that could do the work, has any experience, and whom I trust completely.

I will be sending an email today to the FC and XO with my decision. Hopefully I can release that soon! :)

Now, on to the news!

Star Wars Galaxies Sign-Up Problems
Fri, Jun 27, 03 12:49:30 AM EDT

We've had reports of gamers having problems registering for Star Wars Galaxies.

fjk1138 writes:

So far I have installed the game and got about 1/2 way through the registration process and it keeps giving me errors. Until you register the game, you cannot even see what it looks like, nor can you make any control, video, or audio setups.

I bought the collector's edition and so far I cannot even see what it looks like. If you are trying to sign up, keep your manual handy. You might get through all 192 pages. I tried a live chat with a Sony CSR and they have a pre-written response that they paste in and send to you (to) "keep trying" and to reboot. This sucks! 1 hr 45 minutes and counting...

Tahigwa adds:

This game was released with very little concern for its inevitable traffic to join up. I have wasted the better part of a day, just trying to subscribe. I ALMOST created a character and havent even sniffed any sort of gameplay.

The galaxy servers keep going offline and the simple login servers to identify and choose a player type have been off and on for the past hour. From the looks of the forums on the official site, I am one of the thousands who are having an undesirable first experience.

Sounds like the Hyperspace registration problems all over again. Thanks for the alerts.

Celebration 3 in Denver?
Fri, Jun 06, 03 01:10:12 AM EDT

K3po gives us the inside track on another possible Celebration location:

Someone who is in the know told us that Denver has received a bid to host the next celebration in 2005. Also, hotels in the area have been asked to review the dates of the event. The Denver convention center is being expanded and remodeled and is scheduled to be finished 2004. Here's hoping from a Denver native!

( A personal friend of mine went to SW Celebration 1, when it was held in Denver. He said if he wasn't such a SW nut, he would have left for home halfway into the first day. With all the bad weather they had, I still cant see Lucas really holding it there. At least I hope not. :P )

EP3: Rick McCallum Talks Filming & Finished Script
Thu, Jun 26, 03 01:26:42 PM EDT

The Sydney Morning Herald < http://www.smh.com.au/articles/2003/06/26/1056449361782.html > talks to Rick McCallum about filming on Episode 3. Here's an excerpt:

The final episode in the Star Wars saga is about to start filming at Fox Studios.

The producer, Rick McCallum, said yesterday that Episode III would be shot almost entirely inside the studios from next Monday. The main shoot would take 12 weeks, with Lucas returning for additional filming over the next 18 months.

The only shooting outside Sydney would be some plate photography - for visual effects - in Italy, New Zealand and Switzerland.

It's a huge picture and, under today's standards, it's a pretty moderately budgeted film," McCallum said. "But they're a lot of fun to make."

For Episode II, Lucas finished the script only three days before shooting started. This time around, he finished with five days to spare.

"I think they're always tough for him to write," McCallum said. "Especially this one, because it has to tie everything up from the prequels to the original trilogy. And you've got really big themes and issues in this one - how and why Anakin turns into Darth Vader."

EP3: Samuel L Jackson & Ewan McGregor Talk Episode 3
Thu, Jun 26, 03 09:33:26 AM EDT

MTV < http://www.mtv.com/news/articles/1473291/06252003/id_0.jhtml > features an interview with Samuel L Jackson and Ewan McGregor, about their thoughts and hopes for Episode 3. Here's an excerpt from Samuel L Jackson. Contains possible spoilers (highlight to read):

"I'm just going to die, you know?" Jackson said recently of George Lucas' plans for "Star Wars Episode III," which the actor begins work on next month in Australia. "I'm basically going down there hoping that I'm going to have this really awesome lightsaber battle with somebody that takes me out in the proper way. You know, the way a Jedi of my status deserves to be taken out."

"[I owe] thanks to George for creating a character like Mace Windu that makes me, like, the second-baddest dude in the universe," he said. "It's kind of awesome. And then, you know, to top that off, giving me the oddest lightsaber in the universe. I got the only purple lightsaber in the universe.

And here's an excerpt on/from Ewan McGregor:

Like Jackson, Ewan McGregor a.k.a. Obi-Wan Kenobi is looking forward to getting his hands back on the Jedi knights' signature weapon, even if he isn't too psyched about shooting scenes on empty soundstages in front of green screens, interacting with things that will be added in later.

"I like the fighting sequences [the best]," he said. "They're good fun to prepare for and also good fun to shoot. It's one of the rare instances in the 'Star Wars' movies when you're working with someone else, because you can't really swordfight on your own. However, most of the other scenes seem to be played into midair with computer-generated characters."

You can check out the rest of the interview by clicking here < http://www.mtv.com/news/articles/1473291/06252003/id_0.jhtml >. Thanks to Coming Soon < http://www.comingsoon.net > for the alert.

That's about it for me this week. Hopefully I might have some news concerning talks with the IW about some massive recruitment Ideas they have.

GM Report #7: 06.29.03
As Emailed From: Grand Master of the Dark Jedi Brotherhood (HA Rapier)

The Dark Brotherhood of Jedi

Sorry for being late with my report. I've been stuck on planes and in hotels for the last several days.

Ok here goes.

The GM Comp is still running and will be for another 2 weeks. Awards have been determined and will be announced in the next few days for those of you interested though I am a bit disappointed at only having 1 submission so far. Good job to that 1 though, it was enjoyable reading.

That's all for me right now lets here from some of the other DC members

GM Rapier

From the Obelisk High Commander

I apologize for the lateness of this report. All of my OHC reports up until now have been on-time, so this is the exception rather than the rule :P

1. If you have Star Wars: Galactic Battlegrounds and you're interested in play testing custom campaigns or even creating some of your own then please email me. Those who help will be well-rewarded.

2. Certain members of the DC are looking into ways to improve multiplayer participation. Anyone who has any ideas on this matter is welcome to email me. After all, the only people who know why the members don't bother to turn up to multiplayer events are the members themselves.

3. The Fellowship of the Jedi is busy with its own internal activities at the moment, but hopefully we'll be able to have our tournament against them in the coming weeks.

4. Some interesting information about Jedi Academy has come up in recent weeks. TheForce.net recently posted an interview with Kenn Hoekstra, Project Administrator at Raven Software. A few interesting things that popped up in the interview were: cooperative siege mode (similar to Team Fortress), which involves several 'classes' from demolitions experts to lockpicks to medics; some elaboration on the usable vehicles (including Taun-Tauns, the AT-ST, and- we can only hope- the Aratech Y4-Z speeder bike); the species available for playing (Human male and female, Rodian male, Twi'lek female, Kel Dor male, Zabrak female); and perhaps most excitingly- more word on the modder-friendly features of Jedi Academy, which include 'scalability' of custom models (i.e. from Ewok size right on up to a towering Wookiee), a 'mix and match' process of clothing and accessories which will allow for greater character customisation, and greater support for custom sabers.

This is very interesting stuff, especially from the point of view of the EH where customization is always a big issue. With the comparable ease of Jedi Academy modding, I can easily see a Dark Brotherhood mod ('Shadow Academy', anyone? :P) becoming a viable project when the game comes out in Fall 2003.
Check out the full interview over at TheForce.net.

5. CoG Jacen has announced some major changes to the makeup of the Grand Master's Royal Guard. See his next report for more details.

OHC/OWL Khaen/DC-10/Dark Council

From the Chancellor

This week has been an exciting one for the Chancellor's office. First and foremost, the medal images are done! Check out the Awards section of the Dark Side Compendium to see them all. Many thanks again to Kethoron and Gelton for their extremely hard work. As thanks, the Grand Master and I hereby elevate Kethoron to the rank of Obelisk Warrior and Gelton to the rank of Obelisk Warlord. These promotions are well deserved, congratulations!

With the addition of Kethoron to my office as Magistrate, Reb Crush, Kethoron and I are working on a complete revamp of the Dark Side Compendium. While section updates will be included, the focus of this update will be to completely rewrite the HTML code and layout of the Dark Side Compendium to deliver a new, fresher look, as well as remove all of the images and material created by Chi-Long and his associates (which was requested by them). Once this update is completed, it will effectively bring the Dark Side Compendium to version 6. These revisions will take time, but I imagine they should be done by the end of July, beginning of August.

Finally, as usual, if you need your medals tended to, please do not hesitate to e-mail me. Please consult the Medal Guide for any other questions you may have.

<salute>

I'm doing this report in a rush, being in the middle of our SW convention! I'll write a full report Monday, since I must say some words to our troopers.

-XO Cypher resigned due some RL problems. We're pretty sure she'll handle these issues and return to us in no time! And the new HF's XO is Dingo! Congrats! 2 Security officers in a row getting XO.. strange...

-The BC position has been removed for the time being. The CCs will work directly with the GS so a step in the bureaucracy is now removed and TRPs will receive the words quicker.

-Our 'Apostasy' top secret event has started few minutes ago, with my first email! Since I'm on semi-leave, I trust Dante and Kuro all power necessary to complete this op. Get the Security staff informed on the details, so no problems arise! :)

That's all for the second! BBL with some news!

thanks all, sorry the rush

Such a vast place... we will need to utilise all of our skills and abilities to fight through the war against the hated enemy that is the accursed New Republic. We will fight on, against any odds and we WILL prevail. The Imperial rule WILL be restored to the galaxy. Peace and order WILL be restored.

Greetings from the office of the Infiltrator Wing Commander!

We have a bit of an offline time with the Infiltrator Wing main domain site while it is going a routine maintenance by the Infiltrator Wing Systems Engineer. There is no reason to worry.

IW Manual rewamp

As some of you already know, I am reworking the Infiltrator Wing pilot manual and rewriting it to be the best manual ever made.

It shall have all the updated info that the current one already has as well as all the info about the Infiltrator Wing you will ever need. It will be based on the manual style of the 1999. IW Manual written by the IWCOM, War Marshal Von Reinthaler.

I am now approximately 20% through the manual and it has 30 pages.

Been a very busy week for myself this week, been trying to get as much sorted ready for when Leeson completes the new database. Where to start...

I've taken over as Professor for the Command Course on the PLT Revenge (Being renamed to the Engineering Apprenticeship and Development Academy) and last night finished rewriting the majority of the notes and the actual test. It is now more suited to the Course structures that are going to be brought in now, presuming the FC/XO/TO have no complaints.

Taking the CMD/1 (Renamed to CMD[STD]) is mandatory if you wish to be appointed to a Corporate Division command position within your career... so I highly recommend you take a look over the notes and at least have a go at completing the test.

Just a quick note on the changes, we'll hopefully be adding different levels of Qualifications to each course... Standard Qualification being the lowest, with the test consisting of a series of knowledge question with a group of notes to help you complete the test. Next level up is the Advanced Qualification which will consist of harder knowledge questions coupled with a few mini-essay questions and tasks. The top qualification for a subject is going to be the Masters Qualification, which will consist of a written exam of min-essay style questions and a practical exam, which will vary depending on the subject.

On the topic of the PLT Revenge....

Because PS/1 (renamed to PS[STD]) is currently PROF-less, and I'm not too proficient with Photoshop to keep grading courses, so it is hereby opened for applications. The only requirements are a working knowledge of Photoshop, and the ability to timely grade courses. Send applications to vpx@corporatedivision.com and EHTrow@aol.com. - VPX/VA Reb Crush

I've been working a lot this week on compiling details on active members from the Fleet Imaging Corporation and Cosmic Holonet Corporation so we can put together an accurate list to transfer to the new corporation. Currently, excluding CEO/COM Glorick, we have eight (8) active engineers. If you haven't yet contacted your Chief Executive Officer or myself and wish to be part of this new corporation, then please contact us quickly.

We are also currently in the process of discussing the new name for this corporation. If you have any ideas for the name, then please email it to myself ( EHTrow@aol.com ), VA Reb Crush ( vpx@corporatedivision.com ), CG Loor ( loor@home.se ), VA Leeson ( vpp@corporatedivision.com ), COM Glorick ( glorick@cosmicholonet.org ) and WO Wedge ( evan.heil@verizon.net ). A MoA will be given to the person if we decide to use their suggestion.

One project that I'm going to be heavily pushing forward soon is the Corporate Division Recruitment Team project. I've appointed COM Monsh Fesou as the Senior Recruiter, so if you'd like to help the Division recruit new engineers, then please contact myself and Monsh. Remember, we've got a medal to give out for every person you recruit into the Corporate Division (remembering that they have to complete their training though)... it's the Meritorious Conduct Award (MCA).

I've also started on creating a new version of the Corporate Division Training Manual to match the new changes to the Corporate Division. I'm certain I'll have it finished and done by the end of the weekend, it'll be checked over by the FC and XO within the next few days so by the end of the week the members of the Corporate Division will have a new resource to look over and learn... to prepare themselves for the new structure.

Well, that's it for this week. Thanks for reading.

DP Report #127: 06.28.03
As Emailed From: Dark Prince of the Guild (Trench)

The Bounty Hunters Guild (BHG)

CURRENT ROSTER COUNT: 449

Brought to you by http://holonet.thebhg.org -- your one-stop location for all your BHG news.

Sirs,

As I have reported before, tomorrow marks the official end of Darth Shadow's short but brilliant career in active service in the BHG. He is stepping down as Overseer.

During his time overseeing the roleplaying and run-on aspects of the BHG, Darth Shadow worked so hard that he justified the creation of an entirely new position. That is to say: he took on so many wonderful tasks and responsibilities that there simply was too much work.

His successor's challenge is very great, but I am sure that the new Overseer, Nindo Flast, will rise to it.

(It should be noted that, before stepping down, DS completed all of the activities he had planned to, thus allowing his successor to enter the job with NO outstanding tasks! What dedication, even to the last!)

For his great contributions to the BHG, I have decided to award Darth Shadow both the Mandalorian Emblem (ME) and the Hunter's Mark (HM), the second- and third-highest awards that the BHG has to offer. They can only be awarded once. He has earned them.

The new Overseer will have picked a new Adjunct within days, and that news will find its way into my next report. He has already started a whole bunch of activities, which you can read more about on the BHG's site and MB.

The current round of Project: Paradox activities end on Monday, so get your entries in soon! Note that the site supports .jpgs under 300k, so make sure your entries fit within those parameters. A new round of activities should be up on July 5th.

Marshal Tuss reports activity on the Shipyards, with seven new items added to the subdivisions this week. Also, four multimillion dollar ships were auctioned for a fraction of the price. In addition, a new activity, 'Caption This,' will be debuting this week on the MB. As the title suggests, Tuss will post a picture, and the wittiest caption submitted wins a prize.

Finally, all wishing to apply for Chief of Cyclone Kabal may apply at http://ka.thebhg.org.

Respectfully submitted,

Dark Prince Trench

SDIR Report #6: 06.27.03

Intelligence Division (ID)

Report of the Supreme Director #6 - 27/06/03

Roster Count: 70
(UBIQ/INTORG/BOO/ANLY/PLEX/PRAE)

1. New Executive Director Appointed

Congratulations to Rear Admiral Aseret Thunderhawk, the new Executive Director of the Intelligence Division. Note: Currently ehintel.org is down so I cant get into Cpanel to change the mail forwarders for the time being youll just have to use Aserets full address jediaseret@yahoo.com

They must also hold the rank of Major or higher within the Intelligence Division. Applications should be sent to sdir@ehintel.org and jediaseret@yahoo.com

3. Academy of Tactics Update

Ive started to receive notification of general test marks; however there is still a backlog of tests at the AoT. I believe Raiths last guess was that there are around a 100 different submissions still to mark. Marking ests isnt fun at the best of times so please help him out -

a) Only send in tests once. VA Raith has received your tests. Sending him another copy of your answers every couple of days is not helpful and its very demoralizing for Raith.

b) Only submit one test. If you're waiting for your General test to be marked possibly the LEAST constructive thing you can do is to then go through the AoT and submit as many of the other tests as you can - if a trainee sends 6-10 tests in while he waits for the General test to be graded the only effect it will have is that it'll take 6-10 times longer to grade them...

c) If you've submitted the General test then please email me - sdir@ehintel.org - and I'll assign you to a Bureau, where I assure you there is plenty of work to be done.

5. Plexus Bureau

Plexus Bureau is very low on numbers and may have to be closed down. If youre interested in this aspect of Intel (html, graphics etc) get in touch with me. As it stands next week may bring the closure of Plexus Bureau, at least for the time being.

7. INTORG Recruitment Season

INTORG is looking for new members. We will be recruiting until 30/06/03. You can find my initial requirements here

http://www.ehnet.org/mb/viewtopic.php?t=6989

Of course INTORG is elite and were very fussy so even if you meet the requirements you may not get in. But if youve been a good loyal member of the EH you never know

8. SDIR Leave

Just to give you guys some (well lots of) advanced notice Ill be on leave between the 12th and the 31st of July.

Sirs:

A very short/incomplete report right now (home network is down 3 days already, on the PDA again, should have it back up tomorrow & will give a better report)

Biggest news is Galaxies, I will be delayed getting on for a bit, I need new hardware. When you join, look for Compton in Theed (Planet Naboo).

There are still some slots open for the RPG games. Email me if you are interested.

Nothing new (that I have heard) in the MUD.

More to follow, as soon as I fix my intranet-internet connection.

EH Advanced Guard

Ok guys, on to the report. This week in the AG, Delak, Nightmare and my self have been working on alliances. Now as I told everyone. You need to be active. I haven't gotten reports from anyone but Delak and Nightmare. So I am going to give everyone one last week (excluding Astix). If you gentlemen don't do your jobs, than I will remove you and open the positions for active members. Now off of that.

The Imperial Army alliance is coming along nicely. I spoke with Reev today. The club is a rather nice club. However its a respectful and strict one at that. They only allow adults (mature people over 18) in. So my self and the current Ambassador's and Envoy's assigned to the club will continue our work. For the rest of you, I want to see about the clubs I assigned you to back before Darknyte left. If you have forgotten I will assign you to another club. So get to work guys.

Now as most of you should know, there is a Run On going on. I made it so every one can have some fun for a change. I posted it over 4 days ago. No one has replied to it.. So I want you to participate. If no one was added to the e-groups, please tell me.

In other news, the Advanced Guard site is being made. However Colonel Delak needs gfx for it! So send him some gfx. I have Bryce and Fireworks and I am learning still. Once I get it done though, I will have the site some nice gfx. Now I want you guys to do what I have asked of you. I'm sorry if I sound demanding, but I promised Darknyte I wouldn't let this unit get lazy and worthless like it was before he got it. If we all pull together we can be a most important part of the EH.

That's about it for this report all. Just report in with proof that you have done some activity and you can stay. If not you will be on the next transport to the reserves and it wont be easy to get back in unless you got a good reason why you where inactive. So I end my third report. Have a great weekend all!

Fleet Medical Corps

Welcome to the First Report of the Fleet Medical Corps for June 27, 2003. First off I would like to thank Grand Admiral Ronin and Sector Admiral Astatine for their belief in me and my motivation to complete and fully implement all the ideas I have listed. Thank you also to all who have Congratulated me.

News

Well the FMC website is 50% complete but I still want to stick to my month of making it because the graphics on the site I want to be great and it is going to be kind of hard to find the right artist with the right skills. Right now my trusty right hand man Commander Bryan is currently working the code on the FMC website. He is going to add an administration along with many more surprises. We plan the FMC is not going to be as fully comprehensive as Wemmel made it with the mix of Army and Navy ranks and over 50 positions, but keep it to a traditional TC ranking structure, with a command structure based on a pyramid, and help keep a fun and great environment. The FMC will soon be a place where all will love to hang out and chat, and help other while gaining new friends, medals, and awards, it will be our break from reality and stress, or at least this is the common goal for us all. This is all, I plan to add in next weeks report a little bit more to what we have accomplished.
