In a couple of shock decisions recently, two British members have been appointed to the Dark Council of the Brotherhood. Having become ground breakers as the first ever British members to sit in the Dark Halls of Eos, the two Brits are busy making a success of themselves and basking in the limelight.

First ever Brit to sit on the Dark Council, Krath High Priestess Mairin Astoris, said: "Wow, am I the first? Cool!" Second to the Council, Headmaster Mejas Doto was a little quiet on the subject, but was heard to say: "I'm so happy!".

The appointment of Brits to the Dark Council has taken longer than it took for the first Brit to get onto the Command Squadron of the main fleet, with COL Kessler being the first ever British Flight Officer back in 1999. Brits have been taking over much of the Emperor's Hammer recently, with the IWCOM, the Flight Officer, and two Dark Council Members all being British.

Can this last? Both new Brits on the Dark Council say it can!
