As we try to get the Hammer's Fist runnign smoothly again, we have made a few changes in it's structure.  The first thing that was overhauled, was the structure of the platoons.  As of now :

1) Platoons will be comprised of 12 members.

2) Platoons will have a personal name, motto, nick, banner, and web page.

3) Platoon Captains are now Platoon Commanders (PCMs)

4) Creations of two new positions within a Platoon : Squad Captains (SCPTs)

(minimal rank : Captain ; average rank : Captain; maximal rank: Major)

5) Division of the Platoon into 3 Squads of 4 members each.

6) Each Squad will be lead by a SCPT, the SCPT is of course under the

command of the PCM which also lead the first Squad.
