     The first page covered the building of a combat uniform. Now to learn how to read one at a glance. The rank and position system of the combat uniform is very easy to grasp. There are eight colors and a limited number of stripes or stars for position.

Ranks

     The Hammer's Fist ranking system is broken into two parts: Enlisted and Commissioned Officers. The pauldron color scheme also reflects this with Enlisted ranks being colorless (shades of grey) and Commissioned Officer ranks being shades ranging from yellow to dark red. Below is a breakdown:

Enlisted Troopers
	PFC to SPL		SML to WO1
	SGT to SGM		CWO to MWO
Commissioned Officers
	2LT to CPT		BG to GN
	MAJ to HC		HG to FM
