      Wing Commander's Prologue

   Greetings pilots,

Sorry for the delay in my report. As some of you might know I had my birthday party yesterday. So it took lots of time to prepare everything before and even more time to rest after the party :)

I will be on a "Leave of Absence" (LoA) from August 1st until August 10th. I'll be traveling to Indianapolis, USA for a business trip. So if any of you live nearby, haven't added themselves to the ATF Map (as I see no-one living there) and are interested in a RL meeting please contact me.

On July 27th the Wing Commander, MAJ TK-7764 will return. Give him some work with BSFs until then !

Which brings me to the next point: Participation in competitions
I'm very unhappy with the overall participation. We have 41 members and compared to the number of submissions this is very bad ! Thanks to all that already submitted the missions. All others: Fly TIE Free 229, XvT Free 97 and/or XWA Free 102 (depending on the games you own). Hey, these are only Free Missions - so only ONE mission to fly for each platform !

Please also don't forget to fly for BG COM Judgement. Our Wing isn't doing very good there. So fly TIE TC 131, XvT TC 44 and/or XWA DB 1 !

Now the last announcement: CM Diedre Varn has shown some very good activity ! Take an example on her.

Welcome back from the RSVs SL Ryell/Ravager1-2, CM Ernest Penfold/Ravager2-1 and CPT Maria 'Green Eyes' Skye ! Have fun here, pilots.

LT Slayer and CM Penfold have been promoted to Flightleader (Ravager 3-1).

"Who is the true X ?" is half-way through. I expect some additional submissions.

ATF Flag Officers beat the Sovereign Rat Pack (http://theholo.net/mb/viewtopic.php?p=107004) ! Don't forget to spend your BG COM, COMs and WCs a drink next time you meet them.

    Fly TIE TC 131, XvT TC 44 and XWA DB 1.

    Submissions go to Khaen and cc your CMDR (or me if you're a CMDR).

    plus do MP matches and send a screenshot to Khaen !

    ends on July, 31th. Medals are awarded !

Participate in "Who is the true X ?" (competition ID #670) !
    Single Player:
     - TIE SP: TIE Free 229
     - XvT SP: XvT Free 97
     - XWA SP: XWA Free 102
     - Submissions go to both Wing Commanders who will also do the judgement (CC your CMDR for BSF credit on your profile).

    Multi Player:
     - The MP Matches can be hold on #ATF or #Wing_X
     - Matches can only be done 1vs.1 (Wing X vs. Wing XX) and you may challenge one opponent only up to three times
     - Submission of Win's and Losses: The Looser reports to the WC's of BOTH Wings and cc's the winner.

    Writing Competition:
     The Judges (both BG COMs) will rate the submissions in following ways: idea, story, grammar and spelling
     Each part gets up to 5 points, the one with the highest total wins.
     The fiction deals with a night of drunken misbehaviour on a shore leave when the Wing X and Wing XX pilots just happen to bump into each other..

    Graphics Competition:
     The Judges (both BG COMs) will rate the submissions with up to 10 pts.
     The graphics prompt follows on the logically from this (fiction topic), being a banner for the wing cantinas.

    Following Medals to be awarded (highest Totals of each Wing):
     TIE SP 1st: IS-SW 2nd: IS-BW
     XvT SP as above
     XWA SP as above
     XvT MP as above
     XWA MP as above
     Writing: 1st: IS-SR; 2nd: IS-BR
     Graphics: 1st: IS-SR 2nd: IS-BR

    Conclusion: Both Wing Commanders will take care of the results of their Wing (and award medals for their pilots) and merge the total results afterwards before having the Final Result "Who is the true X" published.
