CMDR'S CORNER
Just wanted to start this report off with a congratulations to Pi on retaining 8th
place runner in SSL for Week #6. I know its because MAJ Jedgar fell off the earth and couldn't fly
so we missed out on some points. But hey this week we'll bounce back right MAJ? So make sure you all
fly the latest mission and do it good, we need the points to put us back in the top 5. We still have
to continue pounding our push for SSL. The reason is I'm sure other squadrons may back out or simply
stop participating. So with this in mind if we stick to it, we should come out of this doing pretty
good. I mean think about it, in the whole scheme of things and out of 19 participating squadrons,
being 8th I suppose its not all that bad, or is it?
I'll let you guys decide that. Now its time for round #7 of SSL, so all I say for this is everyone
fly it ASAP! Also we need to keep going on the Wing Top Gun comp, we're doing good, but we could be
doing better, so get on the ball and fly this one as well. Also we are trailing behind Eta with a
less than a measly 100 points between us. I think I'm gonna have to break some records and fly abit
myself. So the WC can look forward to seeing some BSFs from soon ;) I know hard to believe right?
I have to say I'm really sorry for the lateness of my report, but its due to a end of the week thru
the weekend RL problem. I had to deal with a very sick little girl who wouldn't let daddy have anytime
for himself. For you family guys out there I'm sure you know where I'm coming from :P I'm keeping up
with general activity and doing the BSfs and now reporting, but lemme say its tough having to deal
with a 22 month old girl with 102 and 103 fever But hey its all good.
Okay we're down to 5 now, so recruiting is a must, and if for nothing else and we only get one more
than I'll be happy with that. Cuz atleast we'll get citations again. Other than that you guys have
been great. ZF getting Pilot of the Month/Week, PI getting squadron of the Month/Week so all in all
I think us old timers teamed up with our 2 young bucks are doing rather well ;) Now Onto the semi-good
stuff the squadron nitty gritty.
RECRUIT! If you actively recruit members to PI Squadron and you get three
of them, then I will award you an ISM for recruiting them. The only stipulation is that they must
graduate the academy if they are there, then join the PI and stay for a minimum of 2 weeks while
being active :P , if they are old farts (RSV returnees or others), then they must remain and be
active for 2 weeks. The total amount to get an ISM, is for recruiting 3 members to PI. Once this goal
gets reached then I will submit a request for you to receive an ISM. Make sure you remind me or I'll
forget :P
Online report in case you'd rather see it this way :P

CHAIN OF COMMAND
NOTE: Remember there is a chain of command which
is in place, shown below this paragraph is the order in which it is to be
used.
So this by itself should give you an idea how
things work in the Imperial Military. There is an orderly way of doing things
and that means you must utilize the chain of command. And believe me when I say
this if you don't, or chose not to, it can seriously work against you. Ship
board matters needs to be dealt with using this chain. If there is a problem, it
should be handled here and only here, there is no reason why anyone outside of
this ship would need to help us with an internal matter, unless it's obvious
that it should go beyond our immediate chain of command in order to be
fixed.
PILOT FILE SUBMISSION STUFF
Don't forget when submitting a pilot file for me to BSF I
would ask that you put your pilot in the below format:
3319TIETC10 (where the first number is your PIN, the second is the platform type
which you flew, the last is the # of the battle flown. In the case of TIE-FREEs put TF,
for the rest: DB, IW etc, you get the idea, if not email me and I'll personally explain it.
This makes it easier for me to BSF, cuz in the case of those who don't add their PIN to their
email, then I'll atleast have it, by labeling it this way.)
Cya next week!
