Pilot's Lounge

"Incoming shuttle," the officer said.
"Very good, at attention, everyone."
The shuttle landed, and the latest batch of new arrivals was unloaded.
An entourage quickly walked by, lead by a lone figure.
"Sure a lot of pomp for our arrival, I say we skip on to the cantina," Miack remarked.
Following him was the Grey Wolf's famous Gungan, Hev Randrowan. He stuck out his massive tongue and licked his lips in anticipation of a cold drink.
"Sounds good by me, been awhile since I've been to the old canteen," Dark Archon chimed in.
Meanwhile, behind them, another officer stepped down from the shuttle.
"Welcome aboard, Jdf."
"I suppose it's time I took up a command here, I've already been Squadron Commander on the other two ships in the Battlegroup."
Archon smirked, and presented him with a red badge.
"Ah, thanks, good to have this again." Jdf concluded.

Letters from the Cardinal...

"Excuse me, sir, this area is for employees only."
"Ah, yes, I'm the manager around here."
"Since when did the managers start wearing red robes?"
"Erm, didn't you get the notice?"
"No..."
"Well, let me in, our I'll assign you to sweeping the floors!"
"Sorry, sir, I'm afraid I'll have to call security."
"You'll regret it, I have a powerful gold staff, really!"
"Guards - Please, remove this person from the building."

"Drat, wasn't able to avoid the lineups for the new Matrix movie..."

News

- First, congratulations to our WC, LC Archon, on his promotion!
- LC Jdf1984 was appointed Tartarus' new CMDR, congratulations to him as well!
- CM Choosh got first in the Run-on, with second being a tie between MAJ Delak and LT Somnos.
- Flight Members are now eligible for the rank of Commander. The time requirement is three months of active service.
- The weekly #Emperor's_Hammer now has trivia. An IS-BR or IS-SR is given to the winner, depending on the attendance.

MAJ Archon was promoted to Lieutenant Colonel (LC)!
LC Jdf1984 was promoted to Tartarus Squadron Commander (CMDR)!
