CMDR's Thoughts:
I havent decided whether this is going to be a long report or a short one, but I have alot of stuff to get through so maybe it'll be lnoger than usual we'll see..
First of all I must apologise for my lack of Report the last 2 weeks. To be honest I've hit a wall with CMDR life, I no longer have the drive to complete my duties to a satisfactory standard, hopefully I'll be able to rediscover the 'passion' that I once had for this job and get us all back on track.
To Help me do that I am hereby instigating some changes to the way in which the Squadron is run, these changes will include the appointment of a Squadron Executive Officer who will have his own section of the weekly report to say whatever needs to be said, requirements will be sent out via email posted to the MBs and the Squadron Website. Flight Leaders will also be taking a more direct role in the running of their Flights. Flight Leaders and the XO will also have access to the Python Squadron news page to post as they so desire.
Those are the major changes, there may be some more in the following email, so you'll find out then.

COL Ekim has stepped down as Scorpion CMDR, applications are now being taken. Requirements have been posted on the Vanguard MB.
The Van is now at 57 members, almost 60 ;o). Sickman promises a massive party for all who recruit, so get to it.
