    RA_Kalar 1) I've been having a few email problems relating to some hosting issues for the isdrelentless.org domain, hopefully they will be resolved soon, and if anyone sent me anything important over the last few days, please resend it.
    RA_Kalar 2) New competition with Wing III on the Sovereign should be starting up soon. Just a simply flying comp (with a little personal wager between myself and LC Aeishline Strathaven to make it interesting), details soon.
    RA_Kalar 3) In honor of finals week here at my college, I am submitting a new competition called "Relentless Final Exams" to the TO. It will be a multi-part competition with squadrons getting "graded" for each event (or class if you prefer). The people with the highest grade for each event will get an IS-SW/R (depending on the event), and the squadron with the highest GPA at the end will be the winner (and get something nice of course).     XO's Corner

    Note from Tycho: This will hopefully be a section that will be in all my reports for now on. It's the place for our XO (Sunrider) to rant and rave about whatever he wants to. As you've noticed, I'm not a motivational speech maker, but I believe he will is. (also it makes my WSR look bigger :P

    Welcome to my first edition of what I like to call XO's Corner! It's basically an XO's report, just with the word corner replacin'...the...uhh..yeah you know what I mean! :P Once upon a time, when I was but a little lieutenant I used to do the same reports for our very own Captain Tiger, and I believe I got the idea from an elite pilot, Shae Kitane, who once served in this squadron and I have used it since. It's one of the ways I assist the squadron, by explaining what I am doing to make the squad better, and what others can do to help out. Basically what I plan to do for the squadron is this:

  • Encourage activity amongst our own pilots (Now people, to be active you "don't" have to fly a battle/mission...there's tons to do out there! I mean you could do an IWATs test, write for the Newsletters, post on the MB's, or even chat on IRC...there's tons out there to do and that way we at least know you're interested in staying in the squadron!)
  • Recruit pilots to the squadron (If any of you wish to assist me in this area I would be glad to give you tips on how to recruit, seeing as how I once was a fair recruiter, and managed to recruit our very of CMDR to this squadron!)
  • Make sure everyone's having fun (Some people don't realize that this club is here for our enjoyment, sure they are some rules in place, but they're in place strictly to make sure that no one ruins our fun...we all, or most of us...are here to get away from the real world, i know i am...many times i've used the Tiecorps as an escape from reality and it allows me to relax, so c'mon people...enjoy yourselves, this is your time to live in a imaginary world, enjoy it! :D)

    Well that about cocludes my report for the week, I wanted to make sure this got out with the squadron report so it's lacking a few items but no worries, you'll be getting one of these in each of the weekly squadron report...go Hammer! we rock!! :P
