WC's OFFICE:
   Hello XIX.  Time for your favorite report of the week.  I'm obviously back from leave and there are many issues to be looked at.  First on the docket I've decided to adress Commander's BSF's.  Commanders:  I know you've been waiting for your Files to be submitted but the database and my computer are not getting along.  Tiger and I are working on a solution to get your files BSFed ASAP.  I appreciate your patients on the matter.  Second, I'm forming Wing Staff.  Wing Staff will include many different aspects of the Wing Command process and working.  It will help functions flow smoothley and effeincy and increase opperating capacity.  The first Staff Office is the S1 office or personal.  Wing S1 officer is  CM Siterath Goersase (imperialstratagist@yahoo.com) .  Commander's I need your squadron S1 officers mailed to The Commander and I immediatley.  I will post a copy of the memoranduim in this report in case you missed the new wing policy.  Once the S1 office is up and running we will start forming the other offices IE logistics, admin, operations ect.
    Also to be Adressed, we will be starting A wing SP squadron League.  Every 2 weeks we'll have 2 squads compete against each other on a file using all 3 platforms.  We'll use a scoring system similar to the Sith Squadron League, however this competition will be drasicaly different.  I'll draw up details to come and will be getting in touch with the training office for approval before more details are released.
    My wing XO Tk-2107 has mentioned to me several times about our lack of squadron of the month.  I would like to re-instate squadron of the month but I'd like to make it something more then it's been in the past.  I would like everyone's input on ideas we could do for squadron of the month, rewards, incentives, and a new point system.  E-mail myself xdemosthenesx@hotmail.com , my XO, Tk-2107 tk2107@tiecorps.org , and the S1 Siterath imperialstratagist@yahoo.com .  We will review your requests and ideas and come up with a kewl SoTM.
    Third Guys, our wing is starting to look a little thin number wise.  Lets get out and start recruiting.
    And Finaly, we are a wing of the Dark Brotherhood Flagship... , I would like to see us set apart a little bit as Jedi from the rest of the TC and good interaction with the DB.  What can we do as a DB ship?  How can we interact better with the DB.  I'd also like to hear ideas, suggestions, and comments on that.  Again, these should be sent to myself, my XO, and the S1.  Thank you for your time.

MEMORANDUM FOR XIX PERSONAL AND RECRUITMENT

Memorandum WING XIX Personal 4 DEC 2002

SUBJECT:  XIX Personal and Wing Recruitment
 
1. Reference: WC/LC Charles Spencer/Wing XIX/SSD Avenger
 
2.      Now that the roster is updated after the loss of the database our wing numbers have dropped significantly.  Going from a wing of a strength in the 50's to a current membership of 39 we are faced with some problems.  Steps will now be taken to ensure the strength of our wing in numbers, activity, leadership, and motivation.
 
3.    With the loss of numbers some of our squadrons are left with little to no strength.  Faced with the possibility of closing it is imperative we get these squadron rosters filled with active members.  There are several ways in which this can and will be accomplished.  Squadron Commanders are to appoint a squadron Personal Officer no later then 9 DEC 02 and I am to be contacted.  I will appoint a Wing Personal officer who will be in charge of the Personal Office and those Personal officers in their positions.  A database will be established as XIX Personal Office and a website will be set up.  The Personal Officer will report directly to myself and my wing XO Tk-2107.    The Personal Office will be the first of it's type to come. It is officially labeled S1.  The S1 is the Personal Officer and is one of the most important positions on wing staff.  Wing Staff will come following.  We will be setting up wing staff positions ASAP.  Wing Staff will be modeled after the Army Brigade Staff military model.  The date for the activation of the S1 Office (Personal)  will be 20 Dec 2002.  Personal will be in charge of recruiting, reporting, memorandums, and other wing policy until ad administration office is set up.  Squadron Commanders will need to turn in their reports directly to myself and personal along with their squadron members.  Reports are due no later then Wed each week.  That is... if they are not in my Box by Wed they are late.  Continued tardiness will result in removal of command.

Commanders:  I think there are some promotions due, I need you to send in your promotion requests to me via e-mail, but I need certain information with the requests that have been lacking.  I need ID line, Pin, to know they've served the right amount of promotion time, and I need reasons for promotion.  What activities has the individual participated in.  What have they done to help the squadron and wing.  Myslef and Pri will not promote based on time served alone.
