Christmas Competition

After long negotiations, we will have a Christmas Comp taking part from 24th from 2:00 pm - 26th 2:00 pm on the Zone. The Comp is BSC Hostes and standard WoW Rules apply. Competition systems screwup

Just recently, I found out that an error in the competitions system resulted in competitions being submitted, but these submissions not appearing in the admin or competition center sections of the site. This error has been fixed and as of this posting, all competitions have been processed.

New Order of Battle Released!

Wing News

-Vampire won it's comp with Aleth squadron. Not only that, but they won on ALL three platforms, XWA, XvT, and TIE. Way to go guys!!

-CM Reza has volunteered to head to the ISD Subjugator as the first in our Pilot Exchange Program. I am still waiting to hear from their COM on who is coming to our ship.

-COL Arso has volunteered to host the new pilot. More information will be out when I have it.

-MAJ Auto and CPT Loor has update our new website. It is located at www.wingxi.net. It is VERY nice, and has many features. One new feature is a IRC applet that will enable you to join IRC even if you don't have mIRC.

-We have a new pilot. Everyone welcome LT Tremayne to Ghost Squadron. He is settling in well and has already flown over 30 missions!

-Quite a few medals awarded this week. Also, I am impressed with the amount of IWATS courses taken. Keep up the good work.

-We are well on our way to our goal that for the month of December, we fly at least 1,00o missions as a ship. This will go along great with the comp that Maj Auto has started. (See below for details.) So far over 644 missions have been flown. Although a good start, I want to see more! :)

-If anyone has any information on who left nearly 1,000 marbles in the hallway outside the COM's quarters, a reward is being offered.

-On a related note, if anyone laughs at the COM sitting on a big, soft cushion over the next few days, random executions will be started.

-MAJ Auto has denied having any sort of Barbie doll collection. He swears that it was put in his room to "frame him".

-MAJ Gutt has apparently misplaced his fighter. It was last seen on the hangar deck. It is an Skipray Blastboat, nearly 20 feet long, weighs over 5 tons, and has a bumber sticker that reads "My wife wears the pants in my family." on the rear S-foil. If anyone has information leading to this, please post it on our Message Board.

Competitions

-Vampire kicked some serious booty in their comp with Aleth Squadron. Way to go guys!

-We have challenged Wing III to a comp. It will be consist of flying a free mission. It begins January 1st and runs for ONE (1) week only. The free mission will be announced the last week of December...be prepared.

-MAJ Auto has started a FCHG Race competition for the month of December. There is one small catch however. Only battles that are flown will be counted, not Free Missions. So, everyone get started and flood your Cmdr's inbox with .plt files! Right now it appears that a certain young Vampire pilot is in the lead....can anyone catch him?

-The Top Gun competition will be continued this month. Basically, the pilot that wins the most MP matches will recieve an IS-SW. The runner-up will recieve an IS-BW. Also, you don't have to wait until official EH comps for this. You can set up your own quick skirmishes while on IRC and I will count those as well, as long as you send me the results of the win.
