New XvT Patches: B-Wing and TIE Vanguard

Thanks to my CA, AD Darkhill, I've been able to release two new patches for X-Wing vs. TIE Fighter: the TIE Vanguard and the B-Wing. Both come with additional Flight group colours for the EH, ASF and respectively the DB for the TIE Vanguard and the IW for the B-Wing. The T/D and MIS patches have also been updated lately and now work together with eachother and the B-W and T/V. Give them all a run once :)

LoC system update

The database has been updated to correctly reflect the new LoC system. In addition, the code now also correct calculates the number of addons you have, as opposed to just listing the highest one and your total of victories after it. A similar update has been applied to the display of DFCs too.v

Wing News

-CPT Gutt is in the hospital. Everyone keep him and his family in your thoughts and prayers during this time.

-Our Pilot Exchange Program is on hold for the moment. The Subjugator is rebuilding several of their squadrons and want to wait until that is done. Until then, I am looking for another Wing to do this with.

-Things were a little slow this week because of the holidays, but the new year is coming up fast.

-It doesn't appear that we will make our goal of 1000 missions flown this month. However, I am impressed with the fact that even though we have flown over 853 missions so far even with the holidays. Well done everyone!!

-Our competition with Wing III begins tomorrow. MAJ Auto should be releasing the mission that is to be used.

-MAJ Gutt has found his fighter. He had just forgotten where he parked it.

-CPT Loor has reported in while on leave. He sent a message to all the pilots saying, "I lub yous all. I justs wants to hugs and kissess everyone."

LT Per-Aa was recently caught in the Demon hangar trying to apply a bumber sticker to COL Arso's fighter. We don't know what the sticker said, because he ate the evidence before it could be confiscated.

Competitions

-We have challenged Wing III to a comp. It will be consist of flying a free mission. It begins January 1st and runs for ONE (1) week only. The free mission will be announced today.

-MAJ Auto has started a FCHG Race competition for the month of December. There is one small catch however. Only battles that are flown will be counted, not Free Missions. So, everyone get started and flood your Cmdr's inbox with .plt files! Right now it appears that a certain young Vampire pilot is in the lead....can anyone catch him?

-The Top Gun competition will be continued this month. Basically, the pilot that wins the most MP matches will recieve an IS-SW. The runner-up will recieve an IS-BW. Also, you don't have to wait until official EH comps for this. You can set up your own quick skirmishes while on IRC and I will count those as well, as long as you send me the results of the win.
