YEY! I finally got my promotion, so I've been able to get on with some proper CMDR admin stuff :o) w00t!!! However, it hasn't all been happy things (such as BSFs) :o( Booo!!! I've sorted out LCM Joey C's and LT TK-9111's transfer requests, meaning the total number of pilots has gone down to five :'o( That's bad for two reasons: 1. There's less people who are having "a Snail of a time" (and getting to here my top quality puns :P) and 2. We can't get any citations. This needs to change !

Slight alteration to the WSR - A couple of weeks ago I decided there should be a "Question of the Week" section. Well screw that idea. It's bad for two reasons (listing things rulez0rz!!! *cough*) 1. I haven't got the knowledge to make the questions up myself 2. I haven't got the patience to traverse the internet for hours, searching for a snippet of interesting information out of all the crap that resides there. However, the Question of the week has not left this world without leaving an impression. Inspired by last weeks question, "Who is the most attractive person in the universe?", I decided to have a "Girl of the Week" section :oD If this offends anyone, tough luck!!! Sorry, joke :oP Just speak to me, and I'll consider (:P) removing it. This week, I decided to have a picture of Miss Stevens again, as I gave no information about her previously (and she is very attractive :oP).

Snail’s Log

[Tuesday 9th July]

At around 1530, my comlink buzzed. It was Wes.

"'Lo there Girth. Could you report to my office; I got a present for ya."

I hurried on up, knocking over a few confused Lieutenants along the way.

When I got to the WC's office, I found him watering some flowers.

"I didn't know you liked gardening, Sir."

"Well, I don't really. It's just I had a cold, and this plant's pollen apparently helps to unblock your nose. It seems to have worked OK, and I've grown quite attached to it."

The Lieutenant Colonel went back to watering.

"Er, Wes, wasn't there something you wanted  to talk to me about?"

"Ah, yes, sorry. I just got word from the Flight Office that your appointment to Commander has been approved. Congratulations!"

"Thank you, Sir!"

"Right, now here's your new position pin for your uniform, and here's some BSFs for you to fill in. I know Picard has some waiting to be sorted out." The man smiled, "Best get to work, eh?"

I sighed. "Yeah, best get to work."

Squadron News

1.  MAJ Hev Randrowan stepped down from commanding Vortex squad. We'll all miss you Hev :o(

2. Mage's FCHG race starts on Monday and goes on for a month. Make sure you all fly some.

3. Wes and Az have sent out an AWOL check - if you don't want to get removed from the roster you had better reply.

4. The squad's down to 5 members, two of them who aren't really active :o(
