1. CM TK-6686 is currently Wing XIII's top pilot with 415 points in the ASF:SC IV. Keep it up Trent !

2. Vortex Flying Competition: Fly XvT-FREE #64 http://www.emperorshammer.net/battles/battle.asp?record=697. Highest score gets an IS-BW. I'll award 15,000 points bonus to those who submit a honest review for the mission. First Place get an IS-BW. Ends April 10th, 2002.

3. Vortex Non-Flying Competition: Contestants will write Vortex History, using a mix of fictional and real facts in 250 words or more. Ends May 1st, 2002

4. I'm currently waiting for new competition to be approved. Vortex Top Pilot in the ASF:SC IV gets an IS-BW, and the title of Vortex Ace until next ASF:SC. Hasn't been approved yet, but I hope it will.

5. ASF:SC IV is still running and we need your contribution. By next week, I want everybody to have at least 200 pts. That ain't too much, Trent and I are already over it.

6. Vortex Squadron Flight 3 Flight Leader appointed. Congratulations CM Gilad Pellaeon !

2. On a lighter note, there is a bunch of new IWATS courses available. I suggest you take a look (IWATS Courses are worth 15 points ;)).

Well, this will be short. ASF:SC IV is on, plenty of shiny jewels to add to your uniforms. My goal is to have each of you to 200 points by next friday. It isn't hard to do. If you can't fly MP, well, download battles and fly SP. If you can't fly at all, there are plenty of IWATS courses for you to complete. Can't pass any courses ? Submitt graphics and fiction. As you can see, there's no excuses not to have at least a couple of points.

I'm pleased with Vortex's performance so far, and I believe we can truly get the April WC's Own title if we get to work. Think of it, no one is expecting us to get back on our feet so fast. What do you say we prove them wrong boys and girls ? Give me some points, and I promise you won't regret your activity for April...

As for recruitment, it is going well. We might be getting two new cadets soon. I want you all to set a good example for them by being active, and fly. If you can't do any of this, well at least email me once a week to tell me what's going on. If you don't want to stay in the TIE Corps, at least have the courage to tell me before going inactive.

Anyway, I'll stop ranting for now...I got a battle to design and pilot files that wait in my mailbox to be sent...
