* Our first squadron versus squadron competition is over
and we won a nice victory but not the way had hoped. We had a rule saying
that at least 50 % of the squadron had to participate or the squadron
would get disqualified, and Nightshade had only 3 submissions from 8 pilots.
But we had the top scorer which means we win in both ways. Here are the
scors:

* LCM Rollins left us this week. Our number of citation
dropped a few but has already started to climb again..
* LCM Derek Dan submitted a Flight III report in which he told
us that he will leave after April 10th when his TOD is over. This will
be a big loss to the squadron and will not be easy to replace.

I have started to plan a TC-wide flying competition. LT ObiVader wanted
to help out and if anyone else wants to help out, just mail me.

haven't looked into the re-organization of the squadron any further but
will do so soon.
