Come to attention, Pilots!
I am CM Aeishline Carmilla Strathaven and for a few days I have been your new Commander. As I said before, I hope our cooperation is very productive. This is the first Weekly Beth Squadron Report written by me, so, lets have a look at it.

· LT Aeishline Carmilla Strathaven was promoted to rank of CM and became a new Beth Squadron CMDR;
· LCM Dierdre Varn is going to leave her life in Reserves and join Beth. We are going to have another Pilot! And another woman in the Squadron :>

Changes and regulations
· Flight leaders are supposed to pass IWATS SM/2 and write Weekly Flight Reports. Please send them on Wednesdays to Beth Mailing List.
· If you take part in Wing/TC/EH wide competition, CC me your submission.
· CPT Cray Mikalen’s idea of Monthly Activity Plan is still in run, but with a few modifications:
o Every Beth member (including FLs) is to send me and his/her FL monthly activity plan;
o I want to receive it about a week before the end of each month;
o If things that you include in the plan are not below your average activity and you do more during the month that you wrote, I will consider award for you.
· Citation Officer. Yes, now a few squadrons in Wing III maintains a position of CIT Officer. In my opinion it is a good idea. So, if you want to take care of our citations, please let me know and I will tell you what to do. The position is open for applications till 20th of January, 2002.
· CRT is going to be once a month. So, be prepared!
· Beth IRC meetings are still on Sundays, at 19:00 CET. Remember- Undernet servers, #beth

Please, look carefully which files you send. Is the battle/mission name correct and the same as the one you are sending? (blinking to LT Linoge).
