Pilot's Lounge


With all new bugs and glitches!

I stepped out of the room, and I was back in Eras Du'kai's main chamber.
"So, Khadgar... You escaped my trap, well... You have no chance to survive, make your time!"
All of a sudden... A laser appeared above my head.
"Hey, wait a minute," Khadgar said, he raised his blaster and shot Eras Du'kai.
"Why didn't I think of that before?"
Khadgar stepped up to the platform where Eras Du'kai in a pile of blood.
"You're too late Khadgar... I've already unleashed the tax collectors, without the proper codes, they will reach Aurora very shortly..."
After his last breath, Eras Du'kai fell to the floor, finally dead. (Ding Dong, the Witch is gone!)
I looked at the monitor behind Eras Du'kai, and noticed a timer which was steadily counting down.
I suddenly came up with a cunning plan, I started opening as many programs as possible on the computer with the timer program, and sure enough, a blue screen of death appeared, Windows Me had saved Aurora Prime.
Suddenly, Droole ended the room the same way I had earlier, and suggested we leave the asteroid.


We ran towards our ship through the entrance to Eras Du'kai's chamber, and for no apparent reason, things started blowing up inside the asteroid and fires spread.
We got the the ship, debris falling from above us, threatening to damage the craft.
We quickly got inside and blasted away from the asteroid, which for some reason exploded as we left it. Most likely for dramatic effect and to create a certain quality to the fiction.

After making it back to the ISD Vanguard and explaining things to Ender mBind, Khadgar walked towards his office.
Upon getting there, he opened the door, and was literally buried in datapads...
It was going to be another long day...

By my gold staff...

One day Cardinal Khadgar was strolling through the Monastery...
"By my gold staff... Nothing has gone wrong today, I'm amazed," he said, smiling.
Just then he heard a noice, "Darwis to Rebel Command, come in Command!"
Khadgar walked up to a nearby door and peered in to see Darwis Maitr on a comlink.
"This is Rebel Command, Admiral Blumphang speaking," the comlink responded.
"I've inilftrated the Monastery and have discovered where the gold staff is kept... It is..."
Just then Maitr was head over the head by the gold staff...
"There always after my gold staff!" Cardinal Khadgar said.
"We'll get you... Khadgar... If it is the last thing we do... Admiral Blumphang Out!"

Tension rising... Time to throw all the tension away with...

Fleet News

  • Kawolski has done yet another thing to make our lives easier... Subgroup pages now have links through tiecorps.org (i.e. http://db.subgroup.tiecorps.org).
  • Counter-Strike is now listed on tiecorps.org profiles as a game! Yay!
  • Yet another Fan Film (if I got a dollar for each one of those... :P) called "Episode II: the College Years has been released at http://www.newgrounds.com/starwars... Mature audiences only!
  • XvT Tatics Course is now Online athttp://www.imperialacademy.org/xvttactics/... Professor is MAJ Tarkin!
  • The first EH Ladder session ended... Congrats to Wing XV's own CM Strahd who came in 3rd on the XWA Ladder (and he wasn't even around the whole time, as I recall)! I think the Training Officer did a great job with this, it was well organized and executed (which is more than we could say for OR these days :P).
  • Executive Order #0003: "All members of the club shall herein wear their underwear on there head." Whoops, that's not right! It is really... "Until the TIE Corps section of the EH Database is complete, name changes for any pilot that isn't a Cadet must be approved by the Executive Officer. Send name change requests to the Executive Officer (absurefire@aol.com) and CC the Flight Officer (spellfire@btinternet.com) along with a detailed explanation as to why you want to change your name."
  • Congrats to Rear Admiral Ricaud, newly appointed IDF Relentless Commodore. He is taking Applications for Wing IX Wing Commander in a very unique fashion, which I think is actually a good idea. See the requirements on fightingninth.org if interested!
  • Also Congrats to Rear Admiral Oldham, Commodore of the Lichtor V!
  • Old tests and pilot files for IWATS TIE Tatics are NOT being accepted! The Professor is LC Ford, not VA Fondor!
  • Fleet Admiral Kermee has resigned as Science Officer, requirements to be posted soon.
  • Imperial Vogure 1st Issue will be released May 15th.
  • MSN has been ineffected with a virus... HELLO.exe, as if Microsoft related stuff doesn't have enough errors and such already. :P
  • AlliED 1.57 released... It fixes some bugs that occured in the last version. http://homepages.picknowl.com.au/troyd/.
  • There is another fan film- Enough of this! I'm going on to semi-important things! :P
  • Send Bug Reports to the Tatical Officer if you skipped a mission with the subject "Tactical Review".

  • XWA WoW is on, go fly it! I myself have a faster computer (on the other side of the room) to toy with, so I'll be flying more XWA, I believe.

    This is my portrayal of Star Wars Episode IV. Basically, a Star Destoryer chasing down a Corvette on the top, and at the bottom, the Death Star blowing up Alderaan and some X-Wings coming in. What do you mean it SUCKS? Ack, leave me alone, I didn't have anything better! :P
