30th of April. I will paste the first
pairings and the rules into the mail.
You can also look them up
at:
http://OperationSupremacy.thx.to
(some links don't work yet).
So Folks, get flying!!!
1.) Copperhead
(3/6) versus Phoenix (5/19) - Minimum Match number: 15
2.) Python (6/10)
versus Wasp (4/9) - Minimum Match number: 24
3.) Crusader (6/11) versus
Avenger (5/6) - Minimum Match number: 30
4.) Valkyrie (5/10) versus
Tartarus (3/6) - Minimum Match number: 15
5.) Cobra (3/6) versus Mantis
(4/9) - Minimum Match number: 12
6.) Viper (3/7) versus ASF Commandstaff
(4/6) - Minimum Match number: 12
7.) Vortex (3/6) versus Krayt (4/8) -
Minimum Match number: 12
8.) Asp (3/7) versus Echo (5/9) - Minimum Match
number: 15
Ok, the rules are quite easy. The flying is your own thing.
You contact your
opponents, make a time for the match, decide TOGETHER with
them WHAT you
fly, WHAT HOSTING type you use (10 mins on one host or 5/5),
who reports, and so
on. The scores are to be sent to me before the time for
that round ends, my
timezone is the important one in this case! (Central
European Time, GMT+1,
EST+6).
Setting up matches: You can fly each
opposing pilot up to TWO times. Both
pilots have to agree to the conditions
and times!
Match numbers: The numbers are easily counted. As you can see at
the
pairings-listings, each squadron has two numbers behind them. These
Numbers show the
current members and how many of them should participate.
For the minimum
number of matches you multiply the numbers of those who
should participate, and
for the maximum you multiply the numbers of
overallpilots in the squadrons.
If the minimum requirement of matches in a
round is not reached by two
squadrons, there ill be investigations which
squad was responsible, and then that
squadron will be disqualified/ will
have lost their round.
To determine a winning squadron the flown matches
are added up and the squad
with most wins is the winner. If there is a TIE
there will be selected two
pilots to fly the match (random by me, unless
Avenger is involved, then Cyric
will select two pilots. If the ASF
Commandstaff is involved too a third
person will be sekected to choose two
pilots).
The competition is a knock-out competition. If you loose your
match you're
out of the game.
Awards:1st Squadron: IS-GW for the
Overallwinner, IS-SW for second and
third, IS-BW for the rest 2nd to 5th
Squadron: IS-SW for best pilot, IS-BW for
second and third Rest: IS-BW for
first place
