The Emperor's Hammer is an UNOFFICIAL

The author of this document may occasionally
publish photographs, artwork, sound files or written text submitted by
a Member of the Emperor's Hammer. The Fleet Commander herein notifies all
readers that the submitter of the photographs, artwork, sounds or written
text is responsible for notifying the Fleet Commander of the origin of
the submission so that proper credit may be given to its original author
or creator, if applicable. When the origin or author of a particular submission
is not identified, the Fleet Commander will credit the sender of the same
with his/her e-mail address and date (year) of the submission. Authors
of original computer-generated artwork will also be so recognized in the
picture caption. All submissions and posts made by EH Members to the Emperor's
Hammer Newsletters and Manuals are entirely at their own expense and risk
and these submissions then become the property of the Emperor's Hammer
so as to allow their unrestricted use.
Let it be known publicly that the
Emperor's Hammer Strike Fleet is an amateur FlightSim fan organization
which makes NO money (even donations for expenses...!!!) from the efforts
of its contributing authors and Members. Any use of previously published
and copyrighted Star Wars information including those by LucasArts, Lucas
Film Ltd., West End Games, etc. is done entirely for the non-commercial/non-profit
enjoyment of Star Wars fans in general and is not intended to be used for
profit or personal gain by ANY Member of the Emperor's Hammer or other
persons. It is the Fleet Commander's intention to ONLY utilize those works
sent via email or collected from the WWW which would be considered "fair
use" under the US Copyright Act...Any alleged incidents of intellectual
theft or plagiarism should be brought to the immediate attention of the
Fleet Commander for appropriate revision...
The author of this document may occasionally
publish photographs or artwork submitted by a Member. The Fleet Commander
herein notifies all readers that the submitter of the artwork, graphic
or photograph is responsible for notifying the Fleet Commander of the origin
of the picture so that proper credit may be given to its author. When the
origin or author of a particular picture is not submitted, the Fleet Commander
will credit the sender of the same with his/her E-Mail address and date
(month, year). Authors of original computer-generated artwork will also
be so recognized in the picture caption.
Likewise, when written text is submitted
for posting in the document, all submitters are reminded that credit must
be given to its original author (if applicable) and the Fleet Commander
notified so that proper credit can be given in the same.
