I would like to submit this battle as The Sheerot Rebellion. If the player completes this battle he should be awarded the Medal of Audacity. This battle was created between 3/11/97 and 3/23/97 by the EH pilot: FL/GN TayHota/Hammer III-I/ISD Rel/CD-MilCOM.
A newly allied Rebel race called the Sheerotts is causing havok for the
Empire. This race has even obtained Imperial craft and are using them in
selected operations. The Sheerotts are targeting Imperial food supply
pipelines, hoping to starve us out of the sector. Your mission is to locate
the Rebel source of Imperial craft, stop the food raids and wipe out this New
Rebellion.
Mission 1: Escort the A-Wings.
This mission requires the pilot to fly a TIE fighter. This mission
makes the pilot face imperial craft that has been captured by the Sheerots,
while attempting to escort stolen A-Wings to an Imperial Frigate. An
Imperial frigate drops out of hyperspace and should be identified. It is
found to contain Rebel conspirators and should be destroyed.
Mission 2: Data Retreival.
In this mission, the pilot is required to pilot a TIE Defender. The
mission requires the pilot to clear a rebel mine field and then inspect some
container groups. The containers contain equipment that can wage war against
us. In one of the groups there is secret Imperial data that is important but
not vital to our survival. It must either be retreived or destroyed. Rebel
freighters also enter the area and must be inspected.
Mission 3: Destroy a Sheerot Convoy.
In this mission, the player is piloting a TIE Bomber. The pilot is
required to destroy a Sheerot convoy containing war equipment that is on its
way to attack our food processing facilities on the watery planet below.
Mission 4: Protect the Platform.
In, this mission, the pilot flies an Assault Gunboat. The pilot is
required to protect our space platform from Sheerot invaders. The pilot is
required to destroy all invading fighters and preventing enemy cargo ships
from leaving with our food containers.
Mission 5: Capture Sheerot planners.
The players craft in this mission is the Assault Gunboat. The player
is required to destroy freighters full of Sheerot troops. The other thing
required of the pilot is to make sure that the craft cointaining the Sheerot
planner's is captured.
Mission 6: Destroy the Sheerot Base.
The players craft in this mission is the TIE Defender. The player is
required to destroy the entire Sheerot base. Grand Admiral Ronin himself
shall oversee this destructon. When the base is destroyed, the Sheerot
Rebellion will be over earning the pilot a battle medal!
