Stryker has developed a way to send medal recommendations that makes the OPS
and the CA:FC happy. Try to follow his example.
Also, when sending FCHG recommendations, if someone is advancing in level and
is not new to the FCHG, please specify what rank they currently are
(i.e. "GN Blah is advancing from Grenadier to Dragoon").
Well, I had fun doing the medal board this month. I hope everyone likes the
new look.
