This consisted of 1 VSD and 2 STRKCs. The main purpose and function of the task force is to train members of the Military Complex section Corporate Division to fly the advanced craft that will defend the empire from newer technology that the rebels may develop. In between the total of 4 squadrons all together in the task force, (2 on the VSD, 1 on each STRKC) competitions will be held to enhance the ability of the Empire's most elite pilots. In this Military Complex, it is required to have graduated from the Imperial Weapons And Tactics School insuring even more that you are one of the most elite pilots in the galaxy. The pilots within the Task Forces will fly a squadron designated starfighter created by Phoenix Tech., or the Corporate Complex. We estimate that a Second Task Force may be started sometime in the beginning of May.

2) Fighter Competitions to come

Within the Task Force, the squadron designated ship that pilots fly in will be used to challenge other squadrons. The squadrons are entitled the use of more than one fighter. Each squadron will have a number of "starfighters won" list in the squadron history. When a squadron challenges another, if it has a victory, it may win that starfighter, making the winning squad an even more specialized squad. The advantages of being the best squadron over a month or longer could be receiving a squad citation for great elite skills. These competitions will start April First... No, this is not a joke.

3) Recruiting

As of 3/27/97 the Military Complex and First Task Force have reached a rising membership level of 41 members. Due to teamwork and hard work, my complex may reach its goal of 50 members by April 1st or probably even sooner. R ecently, my plan of emailing the entire SSSD Sovereign has been a success, I have divided all of the Wings among my COs, other members, and myself. Things are looking good for the MilCom. Our next step is Battle Groups 1+2.

Greetings Grand Admiral Ronin and Emperor's Hammer members!!! IWD has been growing rapidly in the past few weeks and because of this I have taken it upon myself to setup a new division structure to better focus our talents on the challenges on hand. This new structure incorporates new positions such as Public Relations Officer.(A position which I think will prove to be very useful in the coming times) With this new structure comes a new outlook, an outlook that will ultimately help the EH majorly. As I am sorry to say, from the beginning this corporation's members have been more concerned about getting new ships to fly instead of the needs of the whole, not just a part. They worried about when they would have new missions for THEM instead of the rest of the fleet. Well that is going to change. This is mostly because I have gotten rid of these nuisances.(all these selfish people have been inactive anyway) I am proud to say that IWD's overall activity is greatly increasing. We have worked well together in these past few months building this corporation up...now it is time to let this animal loose.

IWD's current announcements and happenings

As mentioned before, IWD has revamped its division structure. Contained in this package you will find the NEW structure with descriptions of all the new positions as well as the old ones, ID line set-up, and abbreviations for all the positions and the divisions.

IWD also announces the beginning of a new subgroup!!!! Ravager Mining Yards will be implemented into IWD by the time of NL #41 (If approved). We still have to work out most of the details but I am sure that it will not just incorporate TIE fighter but Battletech and Mechwarrior into its agenda. (For a short time anyway) Because of the harsh conditions of the moon Baldyr, IWD or RMY wouldn't be able to mine the surface until a mining facility can be built. As you all know this project will take a long time so RMY members will use Battle Mechs to mine the surface.(again...if approved) This not only proves to be useful and productive but it also looks like it will be ALOT of fun!!!

IWD will soon have a movie in .AVI or shockwave format. This will include the IWD's flagship, the VSD SHADOWS REVENGE, and possibly the design platforms. Along with it will be a web page with an ActiveX control to play the movie. It should be completed around NL #41. I greatly urge you to keep up w/ IWDs site and happenings.

There have been A LOT of additions to the site. I hope to see your name on the guestbook!

Greetings fellow EH members. I am a new member of IWD and already had fun. I was given the task of implementing new weapons into the Games and also developing the Sovereign so it can be put into the game. As I am sure you all know it is not possible to put a ship this size into the game...but I have done it!!!! The GA will be able to actually FLY his flagship:0 It is based off of an ISD. I has been modified a little but it works. Of course there are a few bugs in it but hey...there always are.

New Weapons Found!!!!

I have been checking most of the weapon codes for TIE and have found a few intriguing ones.(Well..I am only allowed to mention one at this time because of orders.)

The Code is #93...It is a somewhat powerful weapon but I think it will be able to be used in the game somehow. The best thing about this weapon is that it is invisible!!!
