Convened on the 2nd day of March, 1996
Admiral Doomsday, Presiding Officer

This General Court Martial has been called and convened aboard the Imperial Navy
Platform Daedalus to determine the guilt or innocence of the one known as Mark (mamiller1@ualr.edu).

The indictments are as follows:

1) That he did impersonate several senior Naval Officers, including, but not limited
to, Fleet Admiral Moldman, Admiral Threat, Admiral Doomsday, Grand Master
Jedgar Paladin, and Vice Admiral Crona. (12+ Counts)
2) That he did impersonate several junior Naval Officers, including, but not limited
to, General Blake and General Oberst (8+ Counts)
3) That he did disobey several direct orders from senior Naval personel, including,
but not limited to, Grand Admiral Ronin, Fleet Admiral Pappy Rene, Admiral
Threat, and Admiral Doomsday (18+ Counts)
4) That ignoring the authority of the officers mentioned in Article 3, he acted in an
inappropriate and insubordinant manner. (18+ Counts)
5) That, while attempting to evade incarceration for the above indictments, he did
attempt to corrupt members of the Emperor's Hammer Strike Fleet into joining him
in a mutiny against his commanding officer, Grand Admiral Ronin. (Confirmed 4
Counts)
6) That he did give himself an unauthorized promotion to the rank of Grand
Admiral. (1 Count)
7) That he did attempt to disrupt safe operation of an Imperial Vessel lawfully
underway, and in doing so, endangered the lives of numerous Imperial Citizens and
officers of the Imperial Navy (4 counts)
8) That he did use his falsified nicknames to attempt to gain control of several
civilian-controlled computer networks. (3 Counts)
9) That he did attempt to destroy or damage several civilian-controlled computer
networks with the use of illegal software. (Confirmed 4 Counts)
10) That he did attempt to deface and sabotage an Imperial Computerized
Message Board to prevent further operation. (2 Counts)
11) That, while a fugitive from the law, he did join the outlawed Rebel
Organization, and in doing so, made public moves against the Empire.

The evidence to support these charges are as follows:

1) The accused did falsify his nickname while on the Imperial Holonet Network
(IRC) to that of "ScotP," "GM_Paladin," "VAThreat" "VADoom" and several
variations of such, discrediting the reputation of the above-mentioned officers
2) The accused did falsify his nickname while on the Imperial Holonet Network
(IRC) to that of "Oberst" and "DarkDante," discrediting the reputation of the
above-mentioned officers.
3) The accused, when asked to stop his illegal activities by superior officers, did
not cease his activities. This is the very definition of mutiny.
4) After refusing to halt his illegal activities, the accused did begin to swear at, and
question the authority, sanity, masculinity, and intelligence of the above-mentioned
officers.
5) The accused did attempt to form his own illegal strike wing known as "Dark
Wing," that was not only an unauthorized Imperial organization but was also
created for the sole purpose of challenging the Emperor's Hammer Strike Fleet.
The accused attempted to lure unsuspecting Imperial officers and unsuspecting
civillians into this organization for the purpose of challenging the Emperor's
Hammer Strike Fleet.
6) The accused did refer to himself as "GA_Mark," and did wear a uniform
corresponding to the rank of Grand Admiral.
7) The accused used illegal "clone" software in order to flood the Holonet
Network (IRC) Channel "##Emperor's_Hammer," by using a process known as
"flooding"
8) The accused used his falsified ID's (see articles 1 &2) and the reputations that
were attached to such in order to gain operator status on several Holonet Network
(IRC) channels, and in so doing, discredited the reputations of the abovementioned
officers.
9) The accused used the abovementioned "clone" software to attempt to destroy or
disrupt the operation of the Holonet Networks "#starwars," "#Mos_Eisley,"
"#cantina," and "##TIE_Fighter"
10) The accused made inflamatory, disruptive, and rude comments on the
Emperor's Hammer WWW Message Board so as to disrupt normal operation of
the Message Board.
11) The accused did join the illegal organization known as "Rebel Squadron" in an
attempt to challenge the Empire.

The court finds as follows:

Article One:Guilty

The court hereby delivers the following sentence(s):

Article One: Fifty lashes, Five years imprisonment, and dishonorable discharge from the
Imperial Navy. [CHARGES DROPPED -- PARDON GRANTED]

Article Two: Fifty lashes, and demotion in rank one level.

Article Three: Death, by ejection into space. [CHARGES DROPPED -- PARDON GRANTED]

Article Four: Death, by hanging [CHARGES DROPPED -- PARDON GRANTED]

Article Five: Death, by firing squad [CHARGES DROPPED -- PARDON GRANTED]

Article Six: Confiscation and subsequent liquidation of all personal, public, and family
belongings (to be donated to the property of the Empire), and Demotion of one
rank.

Article Seven: Death, by ejection into space. [CHARGES DROPPED -- PARDON GRANTED]

Article Eight: Ten years imprisonment [CHARGES DROPPED -- PARDON GRANTED]

Article Nine: Transfer to the Imperial Medical Research Institute for Infectious Diseases
(IMRIID) for use as a test subject.

Article Ten: Twenty lashes, and thirty years hard labour. [CHARGES DROPPED -- PARDON GRANTED]

Article Eleven: Death, by torture.

Therefore, having been found guilty by the court, and summarily sentenced to death, the charges
defined under articles one, three, four, five, seven, eight, and ten are hereby dropped due to the
compassionate nature of this Court. The accused will serve out the sentences defined by articles
two, six, nine, and eleven. All of the accused's property as defined under article six are to be
auctioned off, the proceeds of which will be donated to the "Overworked Underpaid Command
Officers' Relief Fund"
