EMPEROR'S HAMMER CELEBRATES FIRST ANNIVERSARY!

The Fleet Commander has many new announcements to post with this new issue of the Dark
Sentinel...First and foremost is the EH SIM splitting off into its own independent organization under
the command of DarkStelek@aol.com and LTSaber@aol.com. All previous SIM materials posted in the
EH Newsletters will become the property of DarkStelek and his SIM Team to do with as they decide...
With the resignation of AD Yoni (LTSaber@aol.com) to join this SIM effort, Fleet Admiral Melan Pyr
(RBKugel@gnn.com) will become the new Flight Officer of the Emperor's Hammer concurrent with
the posting of this Newsletter...His previous work with most of the EH original artwork is well
known...The Fleet Commander has the utmost confidence that FA Pyr will also bring the same zeal and
professionalism to the Position of Flight Officer...ALL new Fleet Members and Trainees since NL #28
are requested to review the Roster in this Newsletter to assure their Positions were appointed...Any
discrepancies or ommissions should be immediately brought to the attention of the new Flight Officer,
FA Melan Pyr (RBKugel@gnn.com)...
Also, the Fleet Commander regrets to announce the retirement of Fleet Admiral Renegade (Pappy) as
COM of the Infiltrator Wing...Due to health reasons, Pappy will stay on as COM of the new PLT Haven
and as RTO, an Advisory Position to the IW and the Fleet Commander...RA Waxer
(RAWaxer@aol.com) has been named as the new Commander of the infiltrator Wing...More details on
his retirement and a note from Pappy are presented in the Avenger Bulletin Board Section of this
Newsletter...
Several new EH Pilot Manuals have been posted with this Newsletter, including the new EH Frequently
Asked Questions (version 1.1) created by Vice Admiral Doomsday (bauyeun@io.org)...In addition, BG
DanMan (Md128m@aol.com) has submitted a new, stand-alone Infiltrator Wing Training Manual...FA
Havok is also hard at work on the new EH Mission Compendium which is due to be posted with
Newsletter No. 30, with the rapid growth of the Corporate Division, CEODan will soon be completing a
Corporate Division Technical Manual, and RA JACTRip has almost completed the new Bounty
Hunters' Guild Manual...
Finally, readers of this Newsletter are advised to review all the attached files submitted by EH Members,
as detailed in the Files Archives Section of this Newsletter...Of particular interest are all the new
Subgroup submissions this month, inlcuding the Coorporate Division, The Dark Bortherhood's Dark
Voice, three new Dark Forces patches/level submitted by non-EH members and new WWW sites for the
Subgroups...

OFFICE OF THE FLEET COMMANDER

Grand Admiral Ronin has gathered articles and submissions regarding development of
the Emperor's Hammer. These include new Medals, Wing events, new missions, Battle
Plotlines, etc. The Fleet Commander wishes to emphasize that all development proposals
for the Emperor's Hammer MUST be approved by the Fleet Commander prior to release
to the rest of the Wing.

RECON REPORTS/INTERNET CONNECTION
The latest events of the Emperor's Hammer on the Internet and World Wide Web
(WWW)...In addition, the Recon Officer presents his recon reports from the frontiers of
the Galactic Empire...

BATTLE BOARD

The Battle Board posts a chronological listing of all new Battles/Missions approved for
use with the Emperor's Hammer. This also includes individual missions status, mission
designers and high scoring pilots. In addition, a summary of all completed EH Battles to
date is posted herein...

SQUADRON READY ROOM

The Tactical Officer herein posts any special updates and events related to the Tactical
operations of the Emperor's Hammer Strike Fleet. This section also provides directions on
copying and playing the new EH missions.

OFFICER'S DECK

The Office of the Fleet Commander periodically releases submissions by Command
Officers and Flag Officers of the Emperor's Hammer.

AVENGER CANTINA

The Office of the Fleet Commander herein posts comments, scores, Imperial Navy Pilot
Records, etc. submitted by the Squadron Commanders, Flight Leaders and Flight Members of
the Emperor's Hammer. Higher ranked Command Officers and Flag Officers are asked to
place their submissions in the Officer's Deck Section for Fleet review.

PILOT ROSTER

The Office of the Fleet Commander herein posts the offical Pilot Roster for the
Emperor's Hammer.

MEDAL BOARD

The Fleet Commander, in recognition of the many efforts and contributions of the
Emperor's Hammer Members, herein presents the New Medal Awards, Medal Board,
the Medals of Honor and the Fleet Commander's Honor Guard...

FLEET ORDER OF BATTLE

The Fleet Commander herein posts the current Fleet Order of Battle for the Emperor's
Hammer, as approved by the Fleet Commander and the Command Staff...

SUB-GROUP FOLDERS

The Fleet Commander provides the following Sections of the Newsletter for exclusive
use of the approved Sub-Groups of the Emperor's Hammer Strike Fleet...
