In order to view the 256 color graphics in this HLP file, OSHTOOLS.DLL
must be in the same directory as the help file or in your
WINDOWS\SYSTEM directory. 

To run the file, start windows and enter the file manager.  Then Double click 
on the icon representing this file.  If you want to make it an icon in one
of your folders, drag it from the File Manager into one of the Program
Manager's folders.
