SQUADRON NEWS:

Welcome to the 16th Wing XIV Report. Wow here it is another week gone by. It seems a though I just wrote my report and now here I am again. I appreciate all the effort that was put in last month from various members and they have been aptly rewarded. If not they will soon. The Wing MWE with all recs have been submitted and all but a couple of them have been awarded already. Just to name a few of those active gurus: CM Nutrientman, CPT Big Poppa K, myself to a point, CM S 4patas and others. If your name doesn't appear on this report somewhere then your doing something wrong, or you have been removed due to the lack of activity or participation.

Well I hope that August is better for activity than July was, even though you guys proved me wrong that we could as a team get over 200 missions BSFd in one month. However, that was from about a third of the Intrepid membership, which overall is really sad. We are about to review the entire wing and come up with an ample solution for this problem. I will be checking the AWOL listings and I will resend a letter to everyone. It is imperative that you answer this call. If you don't you will most likely be mistaken as being AWOL or MIA and thus will be removed from the wing.

Activity lads that is the ultimate solution. Because if we don't have it, then part of the re-evaluation will be to decide on closing another squadron and redistributing people to active squadrons. Now I know that our squadrons have great histories and nobody wants to see those go away, but quite frankly I don't see activity worth keeping a 5th squadron open. If you feel the same way then we can do this in a couple of steps. 1) answer the AWOL email when I send it out, this will be to everyone currently shown as active on the roster, 2) start doing activity to prove that we want to keep all squadrons open, 3) actively recruit, go to the MB ad make posts, send emails to those past member or others in the RSVs. This might help bring our numbers up. I have a recruiting comp still going (carried over) from last month until the 15th and if you get someone to come to our wing by then and you have the most recruits then you will get rewarded.

So please help us out and don't be part of the problem, be the solution. Otherwise like I said, we will be deciding on which squadron to close by then. Also to incite some activity I will be releasing my ladder comp soon, but I need to know one thing, which platform does everyone prefer to fly for SP? Depending on the answer will determine which we use for this ladder. My comp called: will be the one running for this month and possibly beyond if is works out in good measure. Anyway, Great work from all who showed an outstanding level of activity or even 1 ounce of participation for the Wing effort. I applaud you. Stand up take a bow :)

WC's Work: I managed to finish a couple of comps that I created, submit this report as well as the MWE for July.
Remember that I will also accept any work for those of you who are doing FW on your spare time. So please don't forget to send me any activity you have for this platform. I will add it to the report and get you any rewards in which you are entitled to. If anyone needs me please use email. This is the fastest way to make contact with me right now, so I have minimum distractions. Thanks.

(SP) FCHG Stuff: CM Nutrientman, CM El Guapo are taking the lead on this as they have kicked off the new month with mass missions submitted. Good work lads and keep up the steady flow of BSF to my inbox ;)

PS: Don't forget my new email address is apophis@orionsnexus.net so be sure to update your address books, also if it's during the work week Mon~Fri then please make sure you include apophis808@yahoo.com as a CC email address, that way I can do Wing stuff while I'm at work. Remember you slithering snakes, DO SOME ACTIVITY! nuff said!

That's it for this week, cya next time!
