Christ.....there goes another two weeks. Another quiet (but not uneventful) fortnight this time around so sit back and get a bit of a summary of whats been going on. Enjoy your weeks peoples, there'll be a few changes in the next couple of weeks so be ready and willing to adjust to changes!
 


ASF/Fleet News;
- Imperial Storm is over. Congrats to the Sith Fleet who won!
- The TO's Summer Patrol competition has begun and it's first week is now complete. If you didn't participate in it this week your out for the rest of the comp and miss out on the possibility of an IS-GW.
- SCO updated EHSP patches for XvT and BoP to work with Windows XP SP2.
- IO Lenvik has opened the EH Image Gallery, now in place of the old EH Image Archive. Check it out at http://ehnet.org/gallery/.
- If you make missions, make lots and be in with the chance for medals from the TAC Office.....Frodo is on a rampage!
- After stepping down/removal of MAJ Tek Selkirk, the position of Avenger Elite Squadron CMDR is open for applications.
- Commendations of Loyalty have been awarded.....read below for more info.
 
 
Ship News;

- Wing Commander: Alright everyone, a WC has been chosen and pending approval from the higher ups, we should have him on the ship in the next couple of days. Once he's here I'll add him to the Yahoogroup and send out a welcome email to let you all know that he's here and who it is exactly. Thankfully, Ambar has chosen to remain in the wing, as an FM in Vortex Squadron. Once he gets his computer sorted then he should be back to full capacity.

- Another CMDR position open: After a while spent waiting for a reply from Keiran via email etc I finally got an answer back, one that wasn't exactly what I wanted to hear. Unfortunately due to RL circumstances Keiran has had to step down as CMDR. As always, if your interested let me know by sending in an application and we'll go from there. Alternatively, if you know anyone else from outside of the wing who is interested in trying their hand at CMDRship, get them to send in an application to me. Don't hesitate if your only a LT, if you've shown consistant activity and are willing to work hard and learn I'm willing to give the right person a shot at CMDR.

- Crusader CMDR position open: The position of Crusader CMDR is still open for applications. If your interested, pretty much ditto to above. Any apps to be emailed to me at Crim5on@hotmail.com, dont send them through the mailing list.

- New competitions etc: Due to the considerable open positions (which will all hopefully be filled soon), I have postponed any further Wing competitions and the like. For those of you who are itching now and again for something to do - there is of course the Summer Patrol (if your not knocked out), the XvT/XWA WoW's and the ASF MP Combat Challenge if your in a multiplayer mood and of course the TO's IWATS incentive which is still on at the moment.

- Recruiting: Yup, this is back on the agenda now that we've lost a few of our more active members. We really need to get some new (and active) blood into the Wing as we're running the risk of becoming a Sovereign wing soon.....getting vewy quiet around here....can hear the crickets chirping!
