WING NEWS:

Welcome to the 7th Wing XIV Report. Good morning/afternoon/evening which ever it is your way. I need to remind those of you that are in the need of a reminder, reports..this issue has been tendered and is already being dealt with, I have received 3 of 5 reports and 3 MSEs. Need I remind you that we have a new system in place now, it's called the 3-strike rule in selected areas of responsibility and if this can't be done, well expect changes to happen and quickly, nuff said on this subject, just get those reports to me ASAP and by Saturday at noon.

No onto activity. We have had lots of activity recently and thats great, considering I'm doing like 50% of the BSFs it's still not a problem, however, I'd like to see more CMDR activity interaction either with their squadrons or by themselves doesn't matter to me, but they should be leading by example by virtue of position. Now with that said I will be doing more SP stuff on my behalf to ensure a higher level of activity from the Command perspective, and hopefully so will the COM :)

We seem to holding steady for IS V, although our first bout was a defeating blow to the ASF ego, but hey sometimes it takes alittle humbling to get others to put forth more effort. I would suggest that all of us try to start flying some FREE mission for XvT or even XWA and if possible throw in some TIE FREES so that we can be ready for the next round. I would hate another IS encounter like the last one we had because that might spell then end of the ASF for Imperial Storm, depending on who we go up against. All I say is be ready, and to help further this along I will be creating a competition to get it started. more news on this as I finish the details.

Lastly, CM S 4patas has cranking out those battles and for this he has earned the WCs pilot of the Week award. Speaking of POTW awards, I will be tracking this stuff and when and if we ever have one pilot who carries a continous POTW awards he will be rewarded something extra other than a simple end of the month award. So let's see more more internal comradery and competitiveness going on here. Well that's it for this week have a great day~!.

Activity to do: I would like everyone to try and at least do one of the following every week. Fly one FREE mission or battle a week, write a small piece of fiction, make a graphic, add a new reply to the current squadron run-on or something for the squadron message board, create a new FREE mission or new battle for the compendium, last of all I want at the least is a report from you saying I'm alive, well and kicking.

Rewards: As all things come to an end, such as rewards for work accomplished. There were no medals posted this week, with none pending save the MSE ones, which I'm not sure if they were awarded or not, hopefully they will come soon. Just remember I will gladly get you a medal or promotion if you put forth the effort. I promise you I will if its within my power to get you these things. All you need to do is show me that your ready for it. Nuff said.

Have a great day!

Respectfully,

Lieutenant Colonel Apophis Kuma
