- BATTLEGROUP NEWS -
Multiplayer Competitions So far I haven't received any submission for my Co-Op Challenge comp. C'mon, it's not that hard to set up a Co-Op host and I assure that this kind of gameplay is fun! Rules are posted HERE but if you have questions feel free to contact me! IS-GW, IS-SW and IS-BW will be awarded to ALL pilots in the top three teams. For those who love classic Multiplayer melees there is the XWA Week of War. Matchmaking will take place in the XvT/XWA - client or in the IRC channel #BSC-XWA (holonet server). The war ends Friday at 01:00 PM EST. New Freeworlds server The new 24/7 RPG Server is up! The IP is 209.200.19.44 and the ping seems to be a bit better than the old USA 24/7 Server. Before to join please read the new rules and stats at http://rp.kurbaga.com/forum/. Also, if you don't have access to the Imperial forum send a PM to Spellfire. If you need money to set up your fighter or freighter you may contact one of the IN-C characters when they are online (see the forum for the memberlist). MSE reminder A reminder for all the CMDRs, WCs and COMs that it's time to start working on your monthly evaluations. Remember: CMDRs send their MSE to WC and COM. Flag Officers merge the MSEs together Ninain a single doc (with comments and extra recommendations were needed) and send it to me. Let's try to award all the gifts within the first week of the month this time, ok? Recruitment During the past week several pilots have been declared AWOL or MIA due to continued inactivity. It's very important that we replace those people with new fresh officers ASAP and that is why, starting from July, I will be awarding IS medals to the best recruiters in the Battlegroup. A word of advice, you are free to post on public forums and websites but please do not send recruitment offers to the Cadets on Daedalus as that would get you in trouble with the Security Officer. BGCOMmendation I want to personally congratulate with CM Daniel Russell for his very high activity during this month. CM Russell has completed many combat missions and he has passed several IWATS courses with high ratings. That didn't prevent him from keep an eye on the squadron admin and to submit WSRs regularly. It's a real luck for the Grey Wolf (and for the ASF) to have such a good Officer, keep up the great job!

Freeworlds 1.66 Trailer 04:51 - HA Priyum Patel An amazing trailer has been released showcasing the new features of Freeworlds 1.66 which is due out soon. Some highlights include new flyable capships (check out the battles), the huge Eclipse SD, brand new bases and fighter craft. The trailer can be found here (~170mb) . I will be taking applications until next saturday. (July 2). I need all you vets out there to tell me about the past plot driven “old school” TIE Corps-wide competitions. I would like to know what kind of competitions were run and how they were run. Email me at to@emperorshammer.org with any and all information! Also, a new Fleet Wide comeptition is in development based primarily on Training (go figure) if anyone has any ideas they would like to contribute, email me to@emperorshammer.org. I would also really like to bring attention to the most recent Training Office report (#17) as it contains lots of important information, including some projects that may reach the public eye shortly. Finally, congratz to COL George and CM Brukhar who have become my first ever TOA's. Their activity is a testament to the TCBG and to AD BUBBAX who has taken steps to ressurect the TCBG which was under duress in the most recent pass. Everyone should be proud! The New TCCOM's Own is WING X of the ISD Challenge! Congrats!

Their activity is a testament to the TCBG and to AD BUBBAX who has taken steps to ressurect the TCBG which was under duress in the most recent pass. Everyone should be proud! The New TCCOM's Own is WING X of the ISD Challenge! Congrats!
