Significant Events of Childhood and Adolescence: Blue eyed Kadith are extremely rare, and they are often nothing but trouble. Tovalaron "Fink" Cantor, of course, is no exception, but there is no denying that the Kadith knows his way around a cockpit.

Born on Coruscant, Tovalaron was the only child of Deronavae and Rosae Cantor Jerel, a pair of Kadith who had immigrated to Imperial Coruscant in hope of findng a new life. They didn't find it. Instead, they were confined to the infamous "Alien Sector," forced to eke out a living amongst the filth and crowds. Tovalaron cut his teeth on this world.

Tovalaron rarely speaks of his experiences on Coruscant, but it seems likely that he met his first mate, the Kadith Inaya Vaansias, in the slums. Whatever the case, Tovalaron was 15 when the Stormtroopers drove him and his from the slums and into space. He traveled with parents, working odd jobs along the way before at last arriving at the Rebel Alliance base at Xyquine. Each of the Kadith quickly found their particular niche within the Rebellion. Rosae became a mechanic, Tovalaron and Deronavae took up posts in Red Squadron. They fought together for a year, Rosae even birthed another puppy - A female named "Sarah" for a Human friend aboard the ship. Good times would not last forever though. Tovalaron's Father was killed in combat during an operation against the Imperial Star Destroyer Relentless. Rosae soon succumbed as well, she was diagnosed with schizophenia and committed suicide.

Tovalaron, in his grief, was transferred to the CRS Defiant and took command of a squadron of his own. He had a fairly successful career, and departed the service shortly after the conclusion of the Battle of Endor. The Kadith never fought in that decisive battle, he had sustained a rather painful injury (his during a previous mission and was unfit to fly. Leaving his friends in the Rebellion, the Kadith traveled to the Unknown Regions and began work as a freelance pilot, mercenary and bounty hunter. He took up the name Fink, a proper name for an individual largely concerned with the accumulation of money. He fought in the IGZ Cluster, gaining some notoriety as a pilot for the Obsidian Order before accepting a 1000 Credit offer sheet that landed the Kadith in the Emperor's Hammer. Fink recalled his anger as he was driven from his home by Stormtroopers, but his ethics went out the window in exchange for the promised sums of money. Soon enough, Fink was wearing the Uniform of an Imperial TIE Pilot.

Significant Events of Adulthood:
For a time, the Kadith rarely, if ever, interacted with his comrades. He merely did his job, and did it well. He was acutely aware of the fact that he was one of the very few aliens amongst Humans, and that they regarded his past with some suspicion. Eventually though, one Human officer named Kyle Kessler took notice of Fink's seeming ability behind the stick and offered the Kadith a position in his squadron. The Kadith accepted, and spent the better part of the next year as a member of Tornado Squadron.

By some coincidence, Kessler's surname was also 'Cantor.' Intrigued, Fink informed the Human of this. Very soon, Fink found himself meeting the rest of the family - Risua Cantor Darkfire, the Corellian heiress; Yacko Smemanov Cantor, another Corellian pilot; Mazzic, Daavak, and others. Soon enough, Fink discovered something incredible - He shared common blood with the Humans! Long ago, during the Kadith - Republican War, the Kadith had intermingled with Humans slaves. In some instances, out of respect for the Humans, a Kadith born of a Human/Kadith union would be given the Human's surname. One of Fink's distant relatives had been just such a Kadith.

Fink's encounters with his past didn't end there though. On a mission to a rather obscure planet, Fink found himself face to face with Inaya Vaansias and an individual who appeared to be his begotten son, the pup Aktrian. Sadly, Inaya turned out to be a Rebel spy, but out of a strange sense of honor, Fink helped her to escape. The Kadith was nearly charged with treason because of it, but he considered it to be worth it. After all, he had once loved her. Fink kept the pup as his own, but eventually found that he was ready to move on from the Emperor's Hammer. He was in a local bar, toasting his official retirement from the service when he received a call from an old friend - Auriga Valkryie.

Fink had had a number of run ins with Valkyrie while a mercenary in the Unknown Regions. The then Kadith Nar had met Fink in a bar during shore leave, and struck up a fast friendship with the wayward one. He had bailed Fink out of a few jams in the Cluster, and he wanted Fink to return the favor. His fleet had run into a good deal of trouble in the Lylat system, a mysterious race called the Aliroos were on the attack, and Valkyrie was at a loss. He wanted Fink to add his tactical expertise, but the Kadith refused. Angry, Valkyrie called Fink a traitor to the Imperial Cause and had him locked up. In his particular cell, Fink discovered one of the 'Aliroos' that Valkyrie spoke of. Small, black and winged, the Aliroo Saveen Divaderick meshed well with the cynical, somewhat bad-tempered Fink. The pair schemed to escape their cell, and eventually made it out as the ship collapsed around them. In the end, Valkyrie was destroyed by the Aliroos.

The escape was only the beginning of a wholly new chapter in Fink's life. He traveled to Katrees, the Homeworld of all Kadith, and helped to overthrow the mad Emperor Khaxki. He took an active role with his Government as an Ambassador, but was called to greater things when the Imperial Regent fell ill and died. Taking command of the Kadith Empire, Fink found the state of affairs in poor shape indeed. The Kadith were experiencing skyrocketing tensions with Corneria, and were being attacked by a mysterious race along the Imperial borders. Fink quickly took charge of the situation, directing the military and calming the populace in general. Then he took his case to the Aliroo Alliance Council, begging for their help against a shadowy enemy.

Luckily, Fink was not alone. During the fight to free Katrees from Khaxki, Fink had found Inaya. The female had departed her post in the Rebellion and joined up with the rebels on Katrees. She had expressed her gratitude for being allowed to escape from the Imperials, and tensions eased between the couple. Soon, romantic relations had resumed, and Inaya had become Fink's partner. She was there in the chambers while Fink delivered his plea on behalf of the Kadith people. But as he spoke, Inaya plucked a hidden blaster from her holster and fired into the representatives. The council president was shot in the shoulder, her friend Vail was hit three times in the chest trying to defend her from the shots. Fink was the one who gunned down his mate. She had been under the control of the enemy the entire time. Her body was carted away, and Fink never saw her again.

The woes of the Kadith did not end there. Another race emerged from the void, and soon laid waste to the enemy. But they also deemed it fit to annihilate the Kadith. Fink fought the good fight against the enemy, but he was defeated and the new race destroyed Katrees. Much of the fleet fled, Fink himself crashed on the dissident world of Demeter and found himself amongst the mysterious blue Kadith. With the help of their leader, Adam Rea, he soon made for M'rey and the final fight to save the Alliance from her predatory enemies. In the end, they were victorious, but the Kadith were a lost people. There was a good deal of rebuilding to be done.

Fink's was quick to get his people out of the refugee camps on M'rey, striking a deal with the Qwas that would allow the Kadith to share Lorn Holloc. The Kadith soon established themselves over the Northern portions of Lorn Holloc, and Fink extended an invitation to Rea to have him become Defense Minister. When asked why, Fink let him know - He knew that Rea's real name was Janaki Qel'Droma, and that he had great ties with the old Revolution and Government. Fink wanted to reclaim a touch of the past while adding his own flavor to the Empire. Rea agreed, but only on the condition that Fink allow him to briefly return home to get his affairs in order. Fink agreed, and the pair returned to Demeter. While there, Fink had a revelation of sorts. As he stood in Church, he believed that he had been touched by what may been considered a "God." Returning to the Lorn Holloc proper, Fink began to preach his newfound "faith," and he was promptly removed from the throne. A hero though Fink might have been, he was violating Keershang's doctrine by attempting to introduce divisive religion. The people of Katrees would not stand for it, and a new Emperor was brought to power - The scholar Tiers Solari. The Emperor vowed to keep the New Kadith Empire on the path that had been set down for it, but soon had to contend with a very angry Fink. Convinced that he had recieved the raw end of the deal, the Kadith struck a deal with the Qwas and established a Church on their land. The Kadith were furious, but there was little that they could do but watch as Fink attracted more followers everyday, including his future mate Iniri. He adopted a pup, Tayand, and settled into his new life, convinced that he had found his calling.

But of course, no sooner had Fink found happiness when he screwed it all up.

Convinced that his Church was being persecuted by Solari, the Kadith soon began to scheme to assassinate the Emperor. He planted bombs at the Day of Days, and conspired to frame an innocent young Qwa for the attack on the Solari. The attack failed, Solari was only injured, and Fink unwittingly injured his ally - President Aaron of the Qwas. Chastened, Fink could only watch as angry Kadith figured their former Emperor's role in the attack and burned his Church to the ground. Fink was forced to flee Lorn Holloc and again take up Mercenary work.

His first mission was a simple one - A Kadith named Riley would pay Fink to rescue the innocent Qwa that he had framed in the attack. Reluctant, but needing the cash, Fink agreed. His group attacked the prison, but Fink was promptly captured by Qwa authorities. Careful interrogation soon brought out Fink's role in the attack, and the Kadith was immediately put on trial for crimes against the Qwas. But the Kadith wouldn't stand for it, invoking an old law declaring that a Kadith may not be tried by another race. Then, to save the Kadith Empire further trouble, Solari struck a bargain with Fink - He would be free to go if he agreed to leave Kadith territory forever. Fink agreed, and he was released. Naturally, the Qwas were extraordinarily angry, and even brought the matter to Council. But the Council ruled that the Kadith were free to exercise their laws over their citizens, and that the Qwa claim was void. That point has remained a source of tension with the Kadith ever since.

In the meantime Fink, terribly strapped for cash and wanting to depart Lorn Holloc anyway, took a new job as a flight instructor and moved with Iniri and Tayand to M'rey. Fink spent a year in the instructor job, coaching the best and brightest pilots in the Alliance and developing a close friendship with one 'Roo in particular, Fletcher. Fink felt temporarily revitalized, but Iniri did not. Stretched to the limit by the constant moves, the trial, and the general stress that followed being Fink's mate, Iniri departed and left Tayand to Fink. The Kadith was deeply saddened, but at the same time he realized that he now had a chance to reclaim a part of his old life. Departing the Academy, Fink soon purchased a starship and prepared for life as a bounty hunter.

Fink was successful for a time as a bounty hunter, building a powerful organization even as he tried to forget his personal failures with the Iniri, Tayand and Aktrian. At last, seeking to renew ties with his family in the Emperor's Hammer, Fink began to use his considerable resources to locate Kessler and the others.

He was horrified to discover that his family had been split apart, as Kessler and Darkfire vanished into the unknown regions while Keirdagh "Yacko" and Maverick had become traitors and joined the Rogue Dark Brotherhood. Disgusted at the state of affairs in the Cantor clan, Fink made contact with Kate Flyer, a heretofore unknown woman who claimed connections to the Cantor bloodline.

Determined to reunite his family, and perhaps atone for some of his personal failures, Fink willingingly rejoins the Emperor's Hammer TIE Corps..
