Announcements

Operations Office Policy #1 (Update)
Recommendations for Commendations of Excellence will be rejected immediately if not from either the Fleet Commander or the Internet Officer, as per Lenvik's request.
Likewise, Medals of Tactics and Commendations of Service will be rejected immediately if not from the Fleet Commander, Tactical Officer, or the Command Attache to the Tactical Officer.

Operations Office Policy #2
All MSE medals MUST include quantatative data, such as battles completed, multiplayer activity, IWATS completed, communications activity, and medals awarded to the pilot in that month.
Competition numbers must be included with every Iron Star medal recommendations.
Please spellcheck and proofread your requests. We don't want any more rec's like "Crimsonfury has flown his arse", if your pilots are active, reward them with something that looks nice on their profile.
(this is, in essence, a reminder of Foley's rules.)

If you have a squadron patch that you want added to TTT, follow the instructions in the readme. Please note that you CC ops@emperorshammer.org , instead of the address listed there.


Projects

Promotion of Medals
Over the past week, I've promoted a lot of medals on the message boards. Links below.

Fast Medal Turnaround
Medals have been checked at least every twelve hours this week, as soon as I wake up, and then sporadically between the time I get home and when I get to bed. In essence, I do next day delivery. :P
Incidentally, if you've just recommended some medals and catch me on IRC, you can ask me to go process them. That way, if there are any issues, I can discuss it directly with you. Not that there will be any issues, because every one will behave.

Uniforms
I had a look at the uniforms and decided that the dress uniform had too many medals. So, I will be making a guide on the best way to do your uniforms if you want them to look nice, just as soon as I finish this report.

Not done yet.

EH Task List
Once the above projects are completed or settled into a routine, whichever applies, I will begin to look at the bigger OPS tasks on the EH Task List, most of which deal with developing subgroup uniforms and extending TTT.
