Commodore's Report #1

Well well well.....after almost 4 very short months on the ship as WC I've now moved up into the sawn off chair of the Commodore! Dont forget to remind me to get the fitters in to extend the legs on that chair before I break something :P Anyway, we should soon have a WC, but for this week this will kind of double as a WC report. Enjoy!

Fleet News;

- The Hammer's Fist is currently after a new Prefect. There is quite a bit of info that Astatine is asking for in an application, check out the details at the TC news page.
- COL Andrijas of Praetorian Squadron (I think) has decided to host a MP competition to commemorate his 4yrs in the EH. The competition is official and supported by the COO, and you will get LoC's and DFC's for participating/winning. Details are to be found at http://www.freewebs.com/andpred/index.htm and the ladders can be found on the COO ladders page.

- Frodo's also reminded us that one of the semi finals for the Iron Mission Creation competition is on today. You can cheer them on if you like....dont ask me how though :P This also means that today is the final day to submit your HS for TIE Free 254 for a chance to win an IS-BW or SW!

- Well as you can see/should have heard by now, it didn't take long for Cyric to select a new BGCOM and GWCOM to take up the positions left vacant by VA Gilad and VA Yoda respectively. Congrats to VA Gidda on his appointment as new ASF BGCOM, and of course....I was promoted to RA and made GW COM.

- Speaking of COM's, Infiltrator Wing is now after a new IW COM. Details are all on the TC news page.....if your interested and you want to fly shoddily constructed Rebel heathen craft....go ahead and apply ;)

- Just today, Sarin has let us know about a new website that looks as if it's to recreate BSC and currently has competitions for XvT and Battlefront. Check it out at http://www.eclipticalrealms.com/index.asp.

Wing News;

- We now have a new Commodore......me! Drinks are on me for the week (I still have Yoda's card *snicker*) :P
- Some activity of late, mainly MP...but good to see some flying etc nonetheless.
- It's now the end of the month and that means it's time for MSE's! CMDRs I would like all of your MSE's in by the end of the week. If that presents a problem, please let me know ASAP.

- New WC should be announced soon if everything goes right, then be ready for a few changes and probably some new comps!
